absolutely fabulous afternoon spent dining in the corinthian! the service was outstanding! my waitress emily (m) was so attentive and really went out of her way to make the experience phenomenal. would recommend dining here will be back asap!

Beautiful setting, attentive and friendly staff, but expensive bar prices. 1 pint ale and 1 glass of wine = almost £15.

Had a fantastic time here on Monday night for a private event. Staff couldn't be more helpful and Claire made sure we were well looked after on the night. Highly recommend!

Despite an issue I had with transport, Tabbi made sure I didn’t worry and worked her magic getting everything back on track without a hitch, no one even noticed! Tabbi made sure every detail was perfect and had so many amazing recommendations that helped us along the way. She took on all of our DIY decor and really couldn’t have done any more for us throughout the entire journey. I honestly can’t put into words how much I appreciate everything she did. Thanks to her, we had the most perfect day I could’ve ever imagined. Our guests also had an amazing time, and we had so many people tell us just how perfect the day was and how much they all loved it. Huge thanks to Tabbi and the whole team for all their hard work. Terrific venue, meal great, staff friendly!

We hired a private dining room for an after wedding dinner at the Corinthian. I cannot fault the attention to detail & communication from Tabetha and the team in the planning of our day. On the day was flawless with all food served on time according to the itinerary Tabetha gave us and our waitress for the room was extremely attentive. She ensured drinks continued flowing throughout the evening. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish and we would highly recommend the Corinthian.

Attended the SLR awards. The full event was great the food was good. It seemed to be very well organised and the staff were amazing. Nathan was especially helpful and nothing seemed too much bother for him. Would definitely recommend to others

Attended for an event and enjoyed a lovely evening. Great staff who were more than helpful and super friendly. Good mix of drinks available and so lovely to see the space being used in so many ways.

Can’t fault this place. Excellent service and the food and drinks were equally as impressive. Try the cocktail trees and enjoy the fact that they actually give you a decent slug of alcohol in them (sadly missing in most places these days). Got even better when they introduced live music in the afternoon. Ended up staying for 5 hours as the staff kindly allowed us to move to another booth after our original stag came to an end. Will be back time and time again if this level of service and quality of food is maintained.

Was here for the Candlelight concert, it was an amazing event. Great experience, amazing venue. Performers engaged the audience as well and was overall brilliant.

Was attending a candle light concert by a string quartet playing music by Pink Floyd. Absolutely brilliant.

Attended a baby shower in one of the beautiful function rooms looking out onto Ingram Street, reception staff were able to direct us to the room on arrival. The space had it's own bar and a mixture of booths and tables with stools. We had a fantastic buffet laid out on a central table that showed off the cake and cupcakes and sweeties. A spacious area beside the bar allowed photos to be taken in groups. I'd like to thank the mum to be's friends for organising games, taking photos and it was a lovely afternoon to meet up with everyone and celebrate before 🩷baby Kelly🩷 arrives. Looking forward to meeting my granddaughter soon.

Was not what the publicity shots made out the bar to be . Was expecting something else . I cannot explain how lovely the young blond barmaid who's name I did not catch was. She took the time to go to another bar for missing ingredients from a mocktail . The pianist was singing as well as play, it was advertised as just a pianist and one could choose the songs . Over all the bar area was good but the chairs and dark drapes and ceiling were a tad over powering .

I love this fine establishment, it feels very authentic and cool, I am only in Glasgow for 1 night and recommend this to anyone from my home town dundee. DD5 rule!

A couple of observations: our waitress Judith was amazing but when she went off shift we seemed to be abandoned, we had to go to the bar to get things sorted. I wasn't expecting the venue to be a concert hall, at least the singer thought he was the attraction, as it wasn't really background music whilst eating. Other than that the food was good and you can't beat the venue, and the atmosphere was nice, so I'd probably go back.

Was here for a Music by candlelight performance. The venue was freezing and I had a guy muttering and humming along to every tune. Eventually had to tell him to shut up and almost a fight. Never going back!

Everything great apart from the sounds: don’t need heavy bass disco music at lunchtime, especially for old aunties who are hard of hearing. Surely there must be some music students nearby gasping to get their hands on that piano? A wee bit of classical music would suit the place better

5* wedding venue. We held our wedding here on 15th November 2024 and were able to book at short notice due to family illness. From the moment we enquired Tabetha, the wedding events manager could not have done more for us. She helped us create a perfect day despite experiencing some difficulties in our reasoning for moving our wedding forward. The space we had exclusive access to in Charlie Parker’s and Private Parker’s was perfect for a wedding and gave us and our guests so much room to mingle and relax. Tabbi is the absolute best at what she does and felt more like family come the actual wedding day. She took all of the stress out of some of the mundane parts of planning and the package we got for our guests is well worth the money. Our guests still tell us what an amazing day and night they had and that’s all thanks to Tabbi, her team and the gorgeous venue the Corinthian is. The food was outstanding from canapés to our meal and everyone was well fed and watered with plenty of drinks the whole night. Tabbi thought of extra touches we could add including a Mr and Mrs cocktail which our guests loved and made the whole process of booking, paying and organising everything down from stationary, seating plans to our DJ absolutely seamless. We felt like royalty our whole day and cannot thank the whole team at The Corinthian enough for making our wedding a day we will cherish forever.

NYE Party, the music was a let down. Customer service was poor. I was really let down by the music here. Very old songs with no trending songs played. Kept hoping it would get better but all DJs were absolutely rubbish and a night wasted especially the basement club. Don't know how old the DJ is but age is not even an excuse to play the kind of those rubbish songs. Let's not get into the Customer service where the cloakroom was poorly staffed and spent atleast 25minutes waiting. The bat service was so slow with the poor quality of drinks. Ordered a gin and tonic with had more water than anything else and served with no ice. Slow staff when it was really not that busy. You are better off ordering a known bottle to enjoy a drink. Staff were friendly enough, it about the management I think but did notice a lady whose coat was misplaced by staff in the cloakroom and honestly did not witness any sort of remorse or some kind of solution when she asked how she was supposed to get home. Felt sorry for her, no way did they try to make this lady feel it would be sorted or some kind of reassurance. I did see staff let people go in and pick up their own coats, just really poor management and care. You are better of in a club you know the music is great, all you get here is probably the ambience/interior decor, don't count on anything else. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this club. My advice would be for their dj's to get in tune with the latest trend in music.

Service is top notch. Didnt have the best drink choice. The atmosphere was great and the decor is lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Christmas Day Lunch experience very underwhelming. Not offered Prosecco/juice upon arrival, had to ask for it, arrived after starters. Seated so close to heater at full blast, so hot and uncomfortable. Small pastries on table bland, dry, not enough for one each per person. Starter served within minutes of being seated, no time to even chat, soup tasted like tinned tomato soup and served in very small ugly bowl like hospital food, felt like they just wanted us through each course as quickly as possible, had to ask waiter to slow down with dessert, as already served two courses within 25 mins of arrival, so rushed. Tiny dessert portions, barely any vegetables on turkey main, just so expensive for what was received. Will never recommend; very disappointing for such a special occasion.

Fantastic location with do much potential

The lamb and seabass weren't quite fresh. The lamb has a gamy smell. It feels quite odd to have anchovies in the Cesar salad. But the fries and onion rings was good.

Attended here for a Christmas Night out with my work on Friday the 13th of Dec. Had an amazing time, thanks to the staff taking good care of us and giving us the best service. Annabel is particularly great at making a French Martini... so bonus points for her PLS!!! x thanks guys!

My work was in for a festive lunch and drinks in the mercer room, greeted by Liam at the front door who directed us to where the rest of our company was. Overall a brilliant afternoon with good food although a little wait for mains which staff came over and apologised about. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Absolutely wonderful experience, greeted by Marion at the door and she was beyond Lovely directing us to our Christmas party. As we made our way to the room we spoke to Liam and he was more than helpful with setting up our tab. Food was good and Dj was brilliant. Overall a fantastic night. Would definitely come back.

Booked the corinthian for a small wedding lunch and everything was amazing from the food to the drinks and service. Atmosphere was also really nice and matched the vibe we wanted. Would definitely recommend

Visited as part of a works Christmas lunch. They packed us like sardines into the "Flying Scotsman" function room with 10 people squeezed round a table that should only accommodate 6. No choice of starter or main - just started dishing out (slowly) soup and turkey to everyone. Several vegetarian colleagues had to wait even longer and I believe due to lack of vegetarian meals they ended up only providing half potions to these poor people. My turkey was barely edible - think slices that were more akin to a primary school dinner with more than half of it dry, rubbery and inedible - and all for the bargain price of circa £50 a head! Won't be back, no idea why this place is still in business!

Food was poor. Small portions, overcooked veg, Seats so cramped was difficult to get in and out. Music at times too loud for a conversation. Can't rely on a nice building to get people coming back

Booked for the Autumn offer and was not disappointed. The food was perfect - 3 course from the menu plus a wee drink. Guiness from a can only minus points but available on cold. M&M (Murray and Megan) were are great team - Megan was so helpful in assisting our large group. Great atmosphere, great food and drink, as it kept us all there for 10 hrs. Also thanks to Ben for chasing down the Lemon Curd sweet that went walkabout.

We attended a candlelight concert by Fever at the Corinthian club which was the perfect venue for it creating an amazing atmosphere with the beautiful architecture. The evening was an absolutely beautiful experience made extra special by Fever staff and Belford string quartet. The Corinthian provided bar services during the performance and all bar staff provided fantastic service. I would highly recommend attending a Fever candlelight concert at the Corinthian.

My wife and had our wedding at The Corinthian Club and couldn't be happier. Our planner, Tabetha, was amazing every step of the way, from the initial consult to tracking down gifts in the following days. We traveled from New York and booked the venue sight unseen because of her expertise. The venue was beautiful, We utilized the Charlie Parkers and Private Parkers room which was the perfect size to host our 40 guests for the wedding, reception and dinner. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and you could feel that everyone of them knew how important this night was to us. I wish I could do it all over again! I would encourage everyone to reach out to Tabetha and The Corinthian Club if they want the best wedding in Scotland. Thank you all for your hard work. Jamie & Becca

Absolutely dire. Went for food, cover band playing so loud we had to shout to get our reservation. Had to repeat everything several times to even get seated. Couldn't have had a conversation at dinner. Walked out. 4* for service, but otherwise absolutely dire. Beautiful building and architecture, really wanted to like this place, but, NO.

Shocking food shocking service and management can’t deal with complaints This was a complimentary food as our last meal day out was shocking so we were offered lunch to put or faith back in Corinthian! It has done the complete opposite! Worce than ever pink steak with blood wet frozen fish!! Shocking standards

Building and architecture amazing, service was good, but the food was not that great. Ordered the chicken schnitzel, it was ok but came with fries only. Experience was... ok.

Absolutely Shocking is the only way I can describe this place! Booked table for 7:45pm arrived on time but the food didn’t arrive at our table until 9:20pm after chasing it up twice! Food was disgusting (not like the photographs) steak chewy and unable to cut - no steak knife - ordered sides - didn’t get them! Friend’s Veggie option was laughable, seriously the food was so bad we should have just sent it back but we were so hungry! Staff knew that kitchen was understaffed and behind with orders, I question whether the actual head chef was on duty - no warning, just offered free drinks but would rather they had been honest and we would have went elsewhere! Others in the restaurant complaining too! - avoid like the plague - wouldn’t even give 1 star! Such a disappointment after attending a wonderful candlelight concert in the venue! Will not be back! Do not waste your time or money! Wish I had taken photos but I’m not one for doing that normally! Seriously if the Manager of The Corinthian wants to contact me I will be happy to explain exactly why I’m writing this review!!

Hen night. Definitely not a place to go for a fun hen night. Manager/coordinator very rude and wasted my whole hen night. Very disappointing made us feel like young kids from minute we walked in. Refused to serve drinks with meal, closed bar even though 20 paying customers were sober and bride was tipsy. My advice to anyone is if thinking of booking hen night is look elsewhere they are happy to take your money but you aren’t allowed to enjoy yourself the expect u to just sit on a chair.

On Saturday the 26th October 2024 attended my friends hen night we were treated absolutely shocking yes the bride was a bit merry and why not but they refused drink for the rest of our party through the meal made us have our meal before the cocktail making it was supposed to be a lovely night for the bride turned into a disaster the manager of the room on Saturday said we would be put out on a few occassion we are grown woman and we were not behaving badly she treated us with absoulete disrespect even her staff were apologising for her so if you reading this don't book you're hen night in corinthians it was shocking

Hosted a fashion show at the Corinthian in October & have to say the staff were Amazing! An absolute joy to work with & were so helpful. Would totally recommend for anyone looking to organise any events. They were so accommodating & also the food & drinks were so good! Thanks so much again for a wonderful night.

Had a lovely birthday meal, was really lovely atmosphere, they had just started live music which was a pleasant surprise. Some great cocktails. The staff were so friendly the manager Marann gave us a wee tour ,excellent service made my night.

Booked this for my sons 21st,couldn't have been better. Everything was in place for our arrival, food was great & staff were very accommodating and were very attentive.

Honestly this place was better than I expected, outside looked lovely but once you walked in to the main dining area you're struck by the beauty of its architect and design. Staff were beyond amazing and friendly and it was such a lovely atmosphere. The food was spectacular and honestly I will always return here anytime I'm in Glasgow. It's a must visit and now my favourite restaurant so far.

We had our wedding here last weekend in the Flying Scotsman and it was amazing! Tabbi, our wedding manager and her team were superb. Beautiful venue, food delicious and top class service. Tabbi made sure every detail of our day was perfect! We felt we were in very capable hands and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Corinthian for a wedding or any other special occasion. I really loved this place. I decided to have a side, a starter and a dessert (Duck fat potatoes, baked beets, cherry clafoutis). I also had a cherry sour cocktail which was delicious. This is the most beautiful restaurant that I have eaten in. The staff were also very nice. Will definitely come here again when I am in Glasgow. What a treat.

Myself and 4 friends attended the ABBA tea afternoon on Saturday . We had the best day . The food was excellent , atmosphere great and the entertainment amazing . All the staff were brilliant , so attentive and getting involved in the fun. £35 pp - what a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon . Well done and keep it coming !!

I came here for my friends hen do last month and it was fantastic. It was also my first time visiting. We had our own room and bar. Made cocktails/mocktails which was so much fun. My favourite was making flower crowns. Honestly could have done that all day. The food was so so so so good and couldn't stop eating it all. The mini quiches and huge onion bhajis were spectacular. Would highly recommend coming here for a special event/occasion. There was around 13 of us and felt it was reasonably priced for all we did, ate and drank.

On this occasion we were only having a cocktail after having had lunch elsewhere. We feminised about my husband having had his 40th and 50th celebrations there! The staff who attended to us were so friendly and professional, we decided to stay for another. We would like to thank Kamila, Olaf and Megan. They are an asset to The Corinthian Team.

One star is being generous I recently attended an afternoon tea at Corinthians, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. As someone who booked this event for a family gathering, I expected a lovely afternoon, but instead, it turned into a logistical nightmare. Firstly, I was not informed about the split seating arrangement at the time of booking, which resulted in my group of 12 being seated at separate tables. This was incredibly frustrating, as it defeated the purpose of our gathering—being together as a family. If I had known about the seating plan, I would have chosen a different venue. In fact, I had originally booked with Marhall but cancelled in favour of Corinthians, which I now regret. The service was equally appalling. The venue was clearly understaffed, with only one waiter covering two tables without trays etc. He was overwhelmed and unable to provide adequate service, leading to guests eating at different times. Our drinks arrived after most of our snacks were finished, and to top it off, several items were missing because they had been accidentally dropped on the floor. I was left wondering if some of those dropped items were placed back on the platter, which is quite concerning. Despite the numerous issues, there were no apologies offered, nor any attempt to compensate us for the poor experience. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with how the afternoon tea unfolded and would not recommend this venue if you’re looking for a well-executed event. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I believe a full refund is warranted for the level of service we received. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your special events.

We had our Wedding Party in the Flying Scotsman to celebrate with our friends/family (we eloped in Canada) It was honestly amazing from start to finish. Tabbi was our main contact - she answered all our questions very promptly and was just so lovely. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us navigate through this process - we live in Canada so having Tabbi's help made everything so easy which took away all our stress so we could enjoy the process We really cant thank her enough. The venue is just incredible and had such a wow factor - the first time we saw it in person we was blown away as was all of our guests who raved about it -from the ceiling, the lighting, the furniture and table set up. It looked stunning The food was so delicious and plenty of it, great portion sizes and catered for our guest dietaries with no issues. The team throughout the evening couldn't do enough for us and they were very polite/friendly The DJ played floor fillers all night so the dancefloor was never empty Honestly so happy we picked this venue and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat

Tasty food, friendly and attentive staff, nice seating options, comfortable and private in one of the booths, very pretty building. I'II be recommending and be coming back. If I had one criticism, it would be the choice of music. It didn't quite match the setting, for lunch. But also not annoying enough to take any marks off.

Booked for celebrating friends engagement, Chelsea was there to greet us and explained that unfortunately our table was given away to another big group that was sharper than us however we were given the choice of 2 other booths to use. We came with balloons and on arrival were told they only allowed them if they were weighted and fortunately they were. We were compensated with 2 bottles of prosecco for the table mishap. Management was overheard to be discussing the balloons on several occasions, I believe his name was Metty. We could hear him stating that if the balloons were to go up to the ceiling then it would cost xy&z. This was never said to us, and if it were we would have been happy to put them back into their bag. He approached us a few times, one time he moved the balloons and came back laughing saying we wouldn't have noticed which one of our party responded that we would have. Another time he told my friend she was a trouble maker and proceeded to call her this a few other times on passing. This was due to here waking past and thinking he said hello but apparently he said 'i know' and it just so happened at this time they were discussing the balloons. We had a steak come out overcooked and when asked if we could have another cooked as ordered, the waitress stated that one of the girl had ordered medium-well, which wasn't the case. Again we were compensated with one of our other bottles of prosecco being deducted from the bill. Overall we had a lovely time celebrating our friend, and thankfully managed to deal with all this without her being part of it. Chelsea was lovely and very approachable. She managed her staff well and we appreciated the free prosecco.

Food was good, cocktails delicious and great staff. Only disappointment was we had come for the overs disco and the music was rubbish. Asked the DJ if he could mix it up a bit to be told he would be playing what he was paid to do. He should have read his audience, hardly anyone was dancing and along with my party if 10, some others left after about an hour.

We came here for a special occasion, first impression was good as it's a lovely looking venue to walk through. That all began to change after being seated and waiting 20 minutes for initial table service, and 45 minutes before water was served. Meanwhile, the atmosphere was ruined by party music blasting from an event going on in another room. Food was finally served 1 hour after being seated, I was hoping this would have made it all worthwhile. But no, everyone's plate was over salted to the point of not being edible, even desert was loaded with salt. You could see layers of salt on the food there was so much of it. Such a let down. Server came to collect the plates full of food and didn't enquire why we hadn't ate anything. I ordered a side of chips too, about a third of them were hard as a rock. We escalated all of these issues to the shift management and it was met by a lack of care. One of the worst dining experiences ever.

Great location in Glasgow city centre. Absoloutely gorgeous interior. Opted for the Sunday roast two course deal. Really generous portions and the food was so good. Service was excellent - every member of staff we met, including the manager who stops by all the tables, were so friendly and chatty - as well as providing fast, and efficient service. We were asked to surprise at an 18th Birthday party, booked by her Grannie as a surprise for her. We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Corinthian Club, the venue staff were amazing at helping us plan this surprise especially Rachel and we had the most fabulous time surprising with our Singing Waiter. I don't even know where to start to describe our incredible wedding day at The Corinthian! From the moment we set foot in the Flying Scotsman we knew that is where we wanted to have our reception, so much so we didn't even view anywhere else. The Corinthian also offers so many different spaces and opportunities to really tailor your wedding to you as a couple, which is exactly what we did - choosing Charlie Parkers for our cocktail hour and then Private Parkers for our intimate meal - the banquet table set up in here quite literally took my breath away. We also had the Club available after the reception which was amazing for all of us who weren't ready to call it at midnight. From the moment we met our wedding coordinator Tabetha, we knew we were in safe hands. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, even going as far as ordering in a Guinness Bar! Every single interaction we had with Tabetha made us even more excited as you could tell she genuinely wanted to make it special for us and we will be forever grateful! She also had a wonderful team on the day making sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests are still talking about how well organised the day was, all the extra little touches such as the signature drinks and digital welcome signs, the DJ and of course the food!! We have to credit the chefs as the food was faultless and it was really nice to have more options to choose from than just your usual chicken and beef. We have been made to feel so welcome at The Corinthian every time we visit, from the door staff to the events team, bar staff and more. We chose the city centre venue as we wanted somewhere special that we could return to regularly and after our perfect wedding day, it will be hard not to visit every single time we're in town! I've said it a million times already but thank you so much for everything!!

Had my wedding here on Friday 14th June. And it was the most perfect day. Service was amazing, food was amazing. There was no ask too big for the team. The Corinthian are blessed to have Tabbi the wedding events manager working for them because that girl is an angel ! She puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows. She made the day run so smoothly, and everything was perfect. She built up an amazing relationship with us in the run up to the wedding so I had complete trust in leaving everything in her capable hands. Thanks to Tabbi we will be return for anniversaries and Corinthian will be top of our list for future events.

Our bartender Judith was colourful, fun and sharp as a tack. Great cocktails by the bartenders and hospitable service all around.

Came in with a large party for a few drinks before a night out. We didn't think we would get in as there was a wedding party outside buy we were met by a lovely girl Mhegan who took us to the main bar and made out night. Thanks again beautiful 😍
