Pelican Cafe in Glasgow City

Took 1hr and 40 min absolutely shocking!!

Awful! Terrible quality. Food all scattered in boxes arrived looking like greasy slop

half the breakfast was missing burnt and cold

Stay two minutes along the road food was stone cold and items missing

This place is absolutely THE MUST GO TOO cafe in the whole of glasgow the food is genuinely so good and prepared so quickly

absolutely terrible.. breakfasts were all over the box eggs burst over everything and it was ice cold.. last time for sure, £35 just went in the bin horrible waste of money

Staff are friendly, helpful and food is always fresh and tasty. Can't recommend enough.

Delicious and well filled rolls, will definitely be ordering from here again

the spicy chicken pasta had to much sauce didn't enjoy it at all

Food wasn’t up to much, far too much mayo on the sandwiches. Both sandwiches weren’t edible.

breakfast was cold but beans were warm, although it tasted nice, the milk in the coffee tasted like it was beginning to go sour leaving a bad after taste, and I was not able to drink it therefore had to pour it out. I have ordered a few times from here with No problems until now.

Literally the worst breakfast I’ve had, everything undercooked and greasy, the mushrooms were a joke not cooked at all, even the dog wouldn’t eat the breakfast that must tell you really how bad it was

French toast was soggy and dry. Not a bit of seasoning on it what so ever. Rolls were hard n crunchy. Potato scone was hard, had to take it out my roll and put in the bin. Waste of money tbh. 20 quid for food that has been lying for longer than usual with no taste what so ever and also been 20 minutes late. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Cheese burger was so soggy and didn’t taste nice at all. Baked potato tasted awful and the beans were solid. Both Inedible. Chips were good and soup was really nice.

Wrong items delivered. Not the worst tho. Probably half the price that I paid

food was absolutely disgusting the tomato soup could not be eaten it was stone cold and had a horrendous amount of salt the spicey burger was nothing but clearly the cheapest of burgers and slapped on a morning roll expensive meal that went in the bin

food is always so nice from here, but the chicken noodle soup was asif someone put a whole tub of salt in it 😭

One of the worst burgers I have tasted - was wet and soggy and tasted funny and on a hard chewy roll instead of a bun. Chips were soggy and undercooked. Saving grace of the meal was the cakes. Disappointing.

Sent wrong items and still no refund

Not happy as can of juice was burst all over food so definitely not happy at all

Served a "club sandwich" with Asda smart price bread, shocking. Looked in kitchen saw the cook picking her nose! Disgusting.

Delivery was delayed a lot longer than first stated, I didn’t mind this but the food was cold. Chicken burger was cold, chips were disgusting and frozen, the pasta was luke warm at best. Waste of money, binned the lot

They forgot a roll on the order ,but they dealt with it very quick.overall was a very nice brunch.

Love the link sausages out here but they are never warm enough. We even went into shop yesterday for them,same again not warm enough!

Ordered mince and potatoes it was awful , sloppy and runny mashed potatoes completely inedible. Macaroni n cheese was completely tasteless was more like a tub of boiled pasta. Food normally decent so this was a shock .

Delivery driver didn’t give can of juice with meal deal that was ordered and kindly pelican cafe offered to bring it as I was unable to collect from the shop great service from pelican cafe

Best breakfast around.. not 1 issue.. steaky sausage, awesome bacon, and to get eggs still yolky in a delivery, well, hats off to you guys x

Food was cold, jalapeños on the wrong panini. Used to love this place, hadn't ordered in ages and probably won't again.

Could off smashed the window with chips they where that undercooked however test off food was nice

Ordered eggs royale with the salmon and not impressed this time have had it 3 times prior and was perfect but today very disappointed. Salmon wasn't cooked and was cold and slimey and there was hardly any sauce .. don't normally add reviews but feel this could be improved by letting them know as the food is usually top notch.

Stuff was clearly microwaved, asked for my chips crispy can tell that and the burger was microwaved, got half a frozen cup of hot chocolate also

The Salt and chilli chicken burger meal deal, should be renamed to sweet chilli, it was smothered in sweet chilli sauce for some reason . My club sandwhich, came with lettuce and no red onion i asked for no lettuce. IVE never had a bad meal from here EVER until today! that was utterly dissappointing straight in the bin with the lot

Toastie wasnt toasted just cheese n ham inbetween 2 bits of warm white bread... quite disapointed

I ordered a afternoon tea for two £28 and was very disappointed then staff were not very helpful when my daughter collected it

Food was cold and items missing and when I called to advise, the comment "i'm not running to Bridgeton just for 2 cans of juice" when 2 cans of juice cost nearly a fiver its the least you could do, is drive 5 mins up the road.

Staff are so friendly no matter what time of the day.

Ordered egg Benedict egg was not cooked had clear jelly! Was a mess egg yolk and sauce spilled all over the box ended up in bin waste of money

The French toast was vile I had 2 bites and was promptly sick .

Big portions and lovely food aswell as value for money highly recommend the macaroni cheese

Forgot curry sauce for my salt and chill munchie box and when called to say, the lovely lady said she’d be right round with it within 5mins it was here with a little snack plate as an apology 🥰 They also noticed I ordered a kids meal and gave an extra little desert for my little one. Absolutely fantastic food and lovely staff x

Order never turned up just eat driver called and said apparently another driver was away with order and that he was getting a new one to bring to me and still hasn't arrived absolutely no fault of the restraunts but defo be wary with delivery drivers as their through just eat now gad to request a refund gutted was looking foward to it I 5 starred food quality as don't think restraunts should suffer cause delivery drivers are imcompetent

Food barely warm, no update on just eat about order being late. Called place and not even an apology for it going to be late dont recommend.

Had to reassemble my coronation salad roll, was supposed to be for my lunch but to prevent it falling apart again had to eat it right away. I think the problem tbh is that often too much filling is in the roll that it just falls apart. The French toast club sandwich was great as usual though.

I ordered Veggie breakfast. I am more than happy with the quantity and quality of the food. It was just the right temp and I really enjoyed it.

This is a fantastic place, food is always amazing, staff friendly and helpful and generous portions.
