Nice restaurant prices are very economical and easy to order, food was alright give the fact that it was quite cheaper. Plenty of tables.

Great pub. It's a Wetherspoons so you know what to expect, just in a posher location.

We were welcomed and taken to our table then very looked after by James who made sure that we had everything we needed.

Really good clean and organised wetherspoons pub. We attended on New Years eve and the food was perfectly cooked and delivered in quick time especially considering the time of year, drink was cheap and served in good time. All in all a really good meal

Pub well set out with information and staff welcoming. Choice of indoor or outdoor seating. All ordering can be done from your table, and delivered quickly. A good experience. Visited again recently and had a good meal.

We came for Sunday lunch and it was delicious. Our server was louise she went out of her way to ensure our time was amazing. Thank you so much.

Lovely pub for pre Christmas meal food very good and ambiance good love the open fire served by Bailey who was very efficient. We have been coming here for 18 years and will be back in the new year x

We had heard great things about here. We had booked a table. Were seated quickly. Waitress was lovely. Starters we had duck and chicken. Neither had much flavour which was a shame. Main we both had steak. After a significant wait, we eventually got the steak. The steak tasted lovely however the chips were cold. Not something you would expect after waiting so long. The waitress replaced the fries. Unfortunately I don’t think the chips were fresh just our previous chips re dropped in the fryer. They came back just over cooked. I appreciate they were busy. There was no apology for our long wait. They also didn’t not come to explain or take drink orders from us. This was meant to be a special occasion. It was not. We had two courses and we were there for well over 2 hours. No we won’t be back. Shame really. Perhaps we were unlucky.

This place has changed a lot since I was last there. Feels a bit cold inside now with some harsh LED lighting. Service was friendly and drinks were nice though.

Good; lovely fresh food, cosy decor, easy parking, plenty of menu choices. Bad; INCREDIBLY slow service. Arrived at 6.15 for our pre booked table, told it wasn't ready despite the restaurant appearing fairly quiet, we were then seated about twenty minutes later. It was about another 15 minutes before we got to order drinks and about another 20 before they arrived. One of our party ordered a water once our drinks arrived and it was again another lengthy wait. Our jug of water never turned up! We ordered food which again took ages to arrive. It arrived about 8pm which considering we arrived at 6.15pm was very late. When we finished our meal the waitress asked if we were finished, we replied we were but then she went off and never came back to clear our plates. It took ages to receive the bill and nobody came over to take payment so we ended up going up to the bar to pay. Overall some positives but the amount of waiting time let the side down considerably. Not sure we would rebook.
