Friendly, busy bakery with excellent snacks

It's a lovely old fashioned pub. A warm, welcoming experience. I haven't had Bass for years in a pub. Thoroughly enjoyed it 😄

Lovely Friendly & of course beach location fab, weather dependent, of course I love the sandpit ( too old to play in it!)

This place is hands down my favourite place to eat in Buckinghamshire (if not anywhere). Every item on the menu is amazing with great variety, top quality drinks and the friendliest staff imaginable (and who can beat all you can eat pizza for £11.95 on a Tuesday). After hearing nothing but good things from numerous friends I finally tried it for myself a little over a year ago and it has since become my go-to any time I'm eating out. I could not count how many times I have recommended this place to other people.

Love this spot. Food amazing. People so friendly. Quick, delicious food served by legends at good prices makes for the best restaurant in Brighton. You gotta go!

It was my first visit after many, many years since I left Maidstone, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered it. Absolutely loved everything ❤️

Walked all the way here for some afternoon tea. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that we needed to call in earlier to ask if they were serving afternoon tea. When we entered the seemingly small cafe, all the tables were full or reserved. Luckily, we were able to seat outdoors in the garden area. The family who runs the cafe came out and put on the heaters for us since it was really cold outside! I was greeted with great food and great service. I would recommend the scones (with butter and jam). Wish I could have some now.

Really excellent Thai food , Pailin was recommended by a friend of ours and they were right . All home cooked and family operated. Great Sate and a good green curry . Certainly the best Thai locally in Lewes .

Staff okay try there best but chicken smelt cheap and weird who knows where that's from and the food isn't worth the price, we also had lamb kebab too etc and that wasn't much better

so amazed! a traditional british pub served with authentic thai food! wonderful christmassy and cosy atmosphere. clean with good ventination. very nice service as well. pretty easy to find parking space nearby.

Always excellent food and friendly, excited service

Regular visitors as this is the best restaurant in the area by far. The menu in great and the steak is better than anywhere we’ve ever been and the pasta also. Try their dough balls, you won’t be disappointed. The owner is a great guy and is supported by a great team.

These guys are incredible, can’t fault the communication, price, service they delivered, hygiene and most importantly the taste of the pizzas we ordered. 14 of them!!! For a party they catered for and took care of fourteen 18” pizzas and not one piece of it was out of place. Nothing but great comments from the party and was the best decision made for a party. Wouldn’t think twice about doing this again. See pictures below!
