The staff's friendly demeanor and efficient service, without excessive inter-staff communication, create a positive shopping experience. High customer traffic is observed during peak hours. The coffee and pre-packaged food offerings are of high quality. I frequently utilize the outdoor seating area for people-watching, a personal leisure activity.

Strolled along ryde sea front decided to go to boathouse for a spot of lunch Menu very scarce for lunch time being a sea side pub !!! Would have liked to see sandwich’s on menu ? what was advertised was well out of content for a sea side pub !! When you only want something like a sandwich to pass the time with a beer Bar lady was very lovely and courteous

Disappointing and lack lustre charcuterie board today. First of all, not served on a board but an oblong plate which, if it had been displayed differently may have worked. The pickles consisted of a small gherkin sliced thinly then cut into quarters and sprinkled over the meat. Small quantity of very small shavings of parmesan also sprinkled over meat with some olives and then very limp rocket over everything. The peppers promised weren't not included and the toasted focaccia would definitely have benefited from a drizzle of oil or balsamic. The side of fries were very overdone and crunchy. Come on The Warren, a charcuterie board is not hard to do. For starters, put on a real board or platters and arrange. Put the pickles (and a reasonable quantity of them) in a small bowl, same with olives and the missing peppers. Given decent parmesan shavings and leave off the rocket when limp and perhaps put some fresh greenery on the side. One of the easiest dishes and this was not up to par. I did speak to the waitress who picked up our plates and gave feedback rather than 'complain' as it's obviously not her fault and she was very pleasant. She did say she would feed back to the kitchens but probably very little they could do as they had to follow instructions. On a positive note, the staff were encountered were lovely.

We stayed in the adjacent Premier Inn with the meal deal and ate here twice in the evening and twice for breakfast. Service was prompt, staff were polite and helpful. The food was exactly what you’d expect at a Beefeater and the meal deal excellent value for money. The restaurant was warm, clean and had a nice atmosphere. As a product it’s exactly as it should be.

Stopped here for breakfast to break up a 7+ hour drive to Cornwall. Friendly staff, good location and nice atmosphere - acoustically comfortable too. The breakfast was good value and cooked to perfection - just what was needed on an empty tummy mid morning. Highly recommended.

We are staying here for two nights and have been blown away by the service and beautiful rooms. Had a lovely dinner, with the most delicious food and wine. Our waiter Ruyman was incredibly attentive and gave us great recommendations - such wonderful staff and we enjoyed absolutely everything! Highly recommend!

My wife and I have just returned from the Crown Inn having had cheesy garlic bread and two Crown Inn burgers, ordinarily I’m not a burger person, but they get their burgers from a local butcher, real meat no fillers etc, not your frozen rubbish, properly grilled with a bit of crisp on the edge. The fries were crisp, a bit of coleslaw on the side and of course I had to have egg and cheese with mine and a few jalapeños hence why I’m a bit bloated Delicious! And 2 ales of course. thank you Crown Inn see you soon. Pete and Caroline
