Coffee and cakes as expected of Costa but the actual decor is now quite tired

Decent Costa in a good location

Friendly staff who were kind with reccomendations and very efficient service. I had a chai latte and a chocolate cookie

Usually stop here when using ford garage up the road. Staff could be a tad more lively at times Coffee is a standard you would expect from costa . Sitting out the front can be nice if the sun is out .

Lovely cafe! Nice coffee too. I had liver and bacon it was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Definitely will be coming back for sure.

My no.1 go-to cafe when i get the time. Great tasty breakfasts, nicely cooked in a clean pleasant environment with WiFi and decent toilets. Service is always very good and there’s a free car park across the road. Recommended.

Spotlessly clean and helpful staff.

When i usually stop off here there are a few tables that haven't been cleaned off and it looks quite untidy. Today however its a lot better, clean and tidy tables and a nice HOT coffee 😃

This is a very tidy and clean cafe with new owners as I have been going there for the past 20 years it is run very well and very friendly staff. The food is always hot the toilets are always clean and tidy excellent first class

Just done an online order for two coffees and two sausages baps , almost £15 , I get to the shop only to be told sorry no sausage bads . So I asked for a refund as I had paid online, the staff told me no sorry you will have to call customer service and try and get a refund , DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM COSTA COFFE THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME . Thanks Costa you continue to rip us all off,,,,,,, it’s now 27th of December and I am adding this to the review, I have stil had no refund or any response from Costa coffee .

My first visit here for breakfast with my family. No sausage or bacon rolls, no croissants no bread for toasts…. What a joke. What bother next time.

Very nice place for a break and a drink!

visited here on a sunday afternoon . whilst there were 2 members of staff on only one choose to serve. whilst the other walked around looking lost . after waiting over 10 minutes whilst the young lady was ignoring us whilst she choose to chat with her colleague. she then reluctantly asked what we wanted .. after giving her our order she then proceeded to put our teas in paper cups , we pointed out that we was having this on site but she said well we’re understaffed and i have to do this as we can’t offered the washing up! needless to say we cancelled our order, of which our server huffed very loudly and proceed to give us a refund. there was no apology and before we could take our refund she had moved on the person behind us. we were very disappointed and went down the road to the cafe where another 2 people told us the same thing . very disappointing for Costa

Friendly staff,chilled atmosphere unfortunately no vegan option available that i could see.

A really poor experience. The cafe was tired looking and dirty. I was served my drink in a disposable cup, despite sitting in. The coffee was poor, slightly bitter and only marginally better than an instant. The light in the toilet with the nappy changing facilities wasn’t working and the staff weren’t very helpful or communicative about it. On the plus side it was fairly quiet for a Saturday morning…

Love this Costa, always greeted by friendly approachable members of staff. The food and drinks are always tasty. My only issue I have is I often don't recieve my beans from ordering.

Dirty windows for the last few months.

Still as good, my Americano to the standard I enjoy. Cakes just as tempting / tasty & since last review, Costa have I believe also teamed up with M&S for certain foods & treats, so bonus there. Think opening times the same but not too sure about the early AM slots. Space around tables to allow those with buggies / pushchairs or mobility aids room to manoeuvre about. ... Prior review - It's a Costa! Serves Coffee / Cakes & the usual treats you'd expect. Used to be open for the early morning Commuter crowd, although as I'm not passing that way myself nowadays, can't confirm. So potentially useful in that sense, for those maybe needing a pre-journey caffeine fix! Air conditioning inside & enough tables / space around them for small groups to sit, relax & enjoy the establishment. A worthwhile addition to Borough Green.

Lovely Costa with a 'local' feel.

After a few visits to this relaxing cafe, we've always received a warm welcome. Delicious cakes and an interesting snack menu. A delightful addition to Borough Green.

Good friendly service. Could do with more variety in food. More healthy food, less sugar and calories. Good atmosphere. No annoying music.

We go mainly go each week for breakfast and each time excellent, lots of menu choices not only for breakfast but lunch too. All food freshly prepared and so delicious.

Good service, great coffee, good prices.

Too expensive now, use to go once/twice a week but it's now off my radar.

If I could post a zero star I would do so for this branch. There were three staff standing around chatting. The place was filthy dirty. Tables were dirty and the floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The cups were dirty with lipstick on the outside. Considering this branch has only been open a short while it is a disgrace. If environmental health visited I would think they would be issued orders

Good coffee but very overpriced

I just want to say that I was in Costa coffee at the end of program and I order a strawberry infusion and it was just water with ice. If the girls from there doesn't want to take orders anymore, next time just she need to tell that. Not to pay for water. I don't come back there,waste of money.

The usual. Only used during Covid so can’t comment on drinking in, but online orders always speedily done

It's as good as normal Costa Coffee in your town.

Its pretty hard to differentiate coffee shop chains, but the staff in Borough green Costa are friendly and the coffee is always good.

extremely slow and not well trained staff, ended up missing our train because of how long they took to take our orders

As an occassional visitor to the Borough Green Costa, I think the staff are friendly and provide 1st class service here. On a recent visit, there was an issue with the card payment system and the girl who served me didn't look as though she was stressed because of the issue when most people would be cursing. The only negative about this store is the parking in the area but that's beyond Costa Coffee's control.
