Met up with friends today for lunch. Service was very good today. Our server was Isabelle who was very attentive and helpful and extremely pleasant. We all used the salad bar, where there was a few items that needed refilling and we all ordered different meals, but everyone was happy with their food and I would recommend the venue to friends as it was nice and clean and in a great location.

Visited this restaurant 5 times in as many weeks. Really cannot find fault. The waiting staff are always polite, friendly and efficient. Salad cart is always fresh and constantly being cleaned and replenished as is the dressings. Good menu choice with something to satisfy most tastes. Food is always cooked fresh and served piping hot. Prices for both food and drinks is reasonable. Definitely one of the best Harvester Restaurants.

The service is always amazing and the staff do their best to accommodate our table requests. The waiter we had last night, Damion. We have had him on several occasions and he always looks after us beautifully. The restaurant was extremely busy which meant we had to wait slightly longer for our mains but it was not too long. The salad bar also needed refreshing but as soon as I mentioned this to the staff it was dealt with immediately. Also, the quality and value of the food is outstanding.

Brilliant place to eat tasty food and wonderful staff. I went with my girlfriend 1 .15 pm on Monday 21 October. We had a couple of Waitresses both great. Amy was especially helpful and friendly.

The staff are amazing! The guy that served us has been there for a while and deserves a pay rise! He’s so on point and so polite! Knows how to have banter and knows how to deal with guests of all ages! I wish I had got his name so I could actually thank him!

We visited and were seated very quickly, however, it took awhile for them to take our order, when our drinks did arrive the coffee was only Luke warm, so we sent it back. Two of us ordered a balanced bowl with chicken. It sounded wonderful on the menu, however, neither of us were impressed. As it was packed with loads of little gem lettuce leaves which i have to say on my plate i had the core of the lettace, which is tough to eat and tasted bitter. It only had a sprinkling of all the other ingredients. I felt this was really poor. It cost £14.49. The salad bar was better. I wish I had just had that. The guy who took our order, could do with smiling, he was very regimental in his mannerisms. You were not made to feel welcome at all . I certainly won't be going back there in a hurry

We had a great time as a family weekend meal before going to Legoland. A great location. And servive from Damion is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyable to have a window if next time we come.

My sister and I recently went to the Bells of Ouzeley for lunch. We were shown to our table by the window and looked at the menu which had a large choice. Our server was Amy who was very friendly and efficient. We each ordered skewers and a glass of wine and service was very quick. I like that you can help yourself to the salad bar which was well stocked and clean. We had this for a starter so meal was very reasonable. Amy was a brilliant waitress and food was good. I will definitely return.

Damion was absolutely great this evening when attending us. Great service with a smile. Damion is the absolute best when it comes to syrup sponge and custard. No cold custard with him Thank you very much indeed Cherrie & Mick

We were served today by Damion Nothing is ever too much trouble. Damion checks through the meal that everything is okay with the food. If there is a problem he will always resolve it quickly.

Nothing was too much trouble for her and ensured our experience was most enjoyable. Catherine is a credit to you, and it's not very often we receive service like that. Great experience.

An excellent location by the river. We enjoyed the salad, our main meal and sweet. Luckily had a voucher for the new lemon sundae which was delicious. Service always good, waiter friendly and very efficient.

Two rump steaks cooked to perfection. A lovely meal waited on by Damion who couldn’t have been more efficient. He was attentive, friendly, and always had a smile even though he was obviously busy.

A visit today to the Bells of Ouzeley in Old Windsor for lunch with friends. KOSH our server was amazing, looked after us very well and the food was good too.

Nice mid week treat and we had a voucher so very good value. Salad bar and sirloin steak was lovely.

Roshan was very attentive and we had great service. The food wasn’t as good as we have had in the past, the salad bar looked a little sad and the sauces were running low, but we had a lovely evening.

I took my wife & son to the Bells of Ouzeley on Monday 22nd November, the Christmas menu lunch was very tasty. Stacey the waitress was very smiley & very helpful. Four stars 👌🏼

Food was terrible this evening. Chap who served us was lovely but the kitchen was letting the place down. We ordered 3 meals and everything was over cooked and tasteless. Shame really, we eat here regularly but they dropped the ball on this occasion. Went back on the 28/09/24 and had a very nice meal with my two boys. Same lovely chap served us and the food was back to the usual level. Thanks for a nice meal. Going to adjust my review because of this.

Typical harvester, sticky tables and menus, but food is decent and reasonably priced.

I had a lovely time. Jordan looked after me so well. Thank you Jordan. But all other staff were really nice and accommodating. Kiera welcomed me with the smile and found me the best table. Thank you Kiera. And thank you all for your hard work.

Issy is the best waitress at the harvester!! Her kindness, patience, and willingness to cater for us always makes coming 10x more enjoyable. She even brought out a candle with my mums breakfast and got the whole restaurant singing happy birthday which was so sweet and memorable. Thank you Issy x

We go here sometimes due to previous experiences we don’t attend to often but I have to say tonight was the best experience and food quality we have ever had often we say never again but still we go back and tonight was why I /we will go again, admittedly a quieter night but replicating this experience every time we would go more often 👍👍👍👍👍

Have not been to a Harvester for quite some time. It was just how I remembered it. Salad bar was as fresh and plentiful as ever. Will definitely be going back more often.

The last three visits to a Harvester they have run out of rotisserie chicken ...and it was only 6.45pm ...seems strange how this happened in 3 different Harvesters .... disappointing .......our waitress Isobel was outstanding !

I made a reservation, yet when we turned up, it was like it was a hassle & unexpected. Was told I’d have to wait as the table was being wiped ( not a problem) yet there was lots of empty tables. The table wasn’t laid with cutlery or anything, I had to ask 3 times for this…, in the end was quicker for me to take it off another table. Then we waited around 10/15 mins for someone to come take a drink order ( baring in mind we had a 1 year old with us) I had to leave my seat to get someone’s attention to come over, and the waiter said, sorry I was coming but I’m on my own… I replied what, surely not serving all these tables? He said yes just me. Absolutely shocking. Not just for us all waiting, but for this poor guy waiting all these tables! Had he not been a great guy, and doing everything he possibly could for us in making my son’s food came out really quickly, we would have gotten up and left. The place looks like it really needs a good clean & I feel the manager needs a kick up the back side instead of him walking round taking people to tables that aren’t laid out for service!! Especially when every member of staff look semi presentable and you have a girl waitress wearing a harvester T-shirt & addidas leggings… Sort it out, cause we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Celebrated for my mum's birthday. We had a great server called Rosh. Made our group feel welcome and we had a laugh.

Beware the carpark has AMPR cameras and if its dark out you may not see the signs ( like me) the company that runs the cameras have made it almost impossible to contact them and if you do they won't respond.

Went there for a meal with my cousin and family. Was 8 of us. staff were very good, helpful and friendly. The food was very nice. Didn't take long to get served or to get our orders. The lemon dessert needed a bit more meringue though but very nice. It's a nice location alongside the river so sitting outside would be nice too. Easy to find and get to and car park is ok and free. We would visit again

Partners steak was very grissly and fatty. Considering it was meant to be sirloin it wasn't very good.

I'll keep this short, dirty tables and seating, food and litter left on them for over an hour at least. Some of the food was actually burned, a jacket potato that was blackened and it's inside shrunk to less than half it's original size. We used to enjoy coming here but now it's considered a last resort. We did however have a very nice and friendly waitress.

Popped in recently on return from Windsor with my mother. Had a great family friendly value meal with fabulous service from a lovely lady Catherine who was really helpful and attentive with my elderly mother.

Called in on the off chance of a table as we hadn’t booked, staff very accommodating and seated us by the kitchen I asked to move but all other tables were booked, we thought oh ok. We just got our salad when staff came up and told us one table was available because someone hadn’t turned up and moved us to a much nicer table. Very happy! The service was impeccable our server Rosh was very polite and couldn’t do enough for us and the food was the best we have had in any harvester. All in all we had an exception meal with lovely staff we would highly recommend this harvester. Other harvesters around the country should visit and find out how to do it properly!!! Very well done all!

Love the location of this harvester, the views are great. Would be nice if there was some background music in the restaurant but it is always is a pleasant visit. Our waitress Catherine was super nice never leaving us too long so never had to wait or ask for anything. Look forward to our next visit.

Good atmosphere, good food and excellent service by Catherine. A most enjoyable visit.

We visited on a Monday afternoon and our server was Catherine, couldn't fault her service was attentive the whole meal.

Great place, great staff. Service is fast, food is OK. Chicken was quite dry but the fish was good.

Had a lovely meal in Harvester, served by Damion who was very friendly & helpful plus the food was delicious.

Waitress Cath is very kind and friendly. I recommend coming to this restaurant 😁.
