We had a nice table by the window with a lovely view of the river. Service was super speedy and our waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was good value and we ate far too much!

My middle crotchfruit decided to blow the moths from his wallet and treat his long suffering mother to breakfast. I'm glad he did as the food was lovely and our server, Joe, couldn't have done enough for us. So polite. I bet he takes his mother out for breakfast regularly

I like the location and place itself. One downfall is the cleanness of the floors and tables. Waiters are very busy and lovely, but seems like they have not enough time to tidy up fully the table and the floor under. Jordan served us today. She was very friendly, timely and attentive. Thank you

We went for a family meal last night and while the food was good, the service was very bad. We ordered our food and drinks and after about 15 minutes they tried to bring over some starters that we didn't order. 25 minutes after ordering, we approached the manager to ask where our drinks and salad bowls were. While talking to the manager, a waitress tried to bring over our mains but we explained that we hadn't had our drinks or salad bowls yet! She responded "Erm, okay, have fun with that." and walked away. 5 minutes later a different waitress brought over our drinks and salad bowls finally. As we got up to get our salads, a different waiter approached with our receipt wanting to check what our mains were. I explained "yes these are our mains but we didn't want them when the waitress tried to bring them earlier, as we hadn't had our drinks or salad bowls." When we got our mains, my dad was missing half a rack of ribs from his ultimate mixed grill and had to ask the waiter for it to be brought on a separate plate. Because of this continued fiasco, we didn't bother staying for desserts as planned. We also couldn't enjoy the unlimited refills on the drinks because it took so long to receive the first! All around us were tables complaining about various things too. I appreciate that it was very busy last night, and we would have been fine waiting a long time for the mains if we had our drinks and salad at least! I don't know if they were understaffed last night but the bar staff were so overwhelmed that half of the bar was covered in trays of dirty glasses that had been picked up from the tables and dumped on the side. Those glasses didn't start getting cleared for about 2 hours.

Tables filthy counted 8 outside with dirty plates glasses condiments left in sun. Service appauling no bowls or cutlery to get salad. Although staff said our order came with salad. Extremely over priced by double. Rubbish on floor. Really spoiled the end of my day. Do not go here

Lovely place to visit. The food was great especially the calamari and shrimps. Our server Damion was great, just like the other staff.

Got my order completely wrong so my husband had to eat on his own while I waited for mine. I ordered salmon with chive mash and no peas , ended up with chicken and a jacket potato. When they finally replaced it it still came with peas but at least I had fish and not chicken.

We have had a couple of unpleasant experiences at Harvesters in the Midlands. Due to the location we thought we would give a try. The staff were second to none and could not do enough. The food was much better than other harvesters. If I could pick it up with a bit of the thames river and plonk it in the Midlands it would make me happy...well done to the team there.

Had a good visit food was good and damion was a great host, even replaced my beer after my son knocked it over...

We came for the ribs and the lovely view of the river me and my nan it was a shame the ribs nan had was a bit burnt but the server swapped it out and got the chef to redo the ribs we had a lovely time

I booked at short notice and was able to have my choice of table as requested. We were served by Roshan who was very pleasant and attentive. He recognised us from previous visits and made us feel at ease and welcome. His service is professional and timely and he is always helpful and respectful to his patrons. The menu was varied and we had a good selection to choose from . My granddaughters love the desserts on offer and we can always tempt them to a Harvester! We look forward to our next visit and to spending family time in pleasant surroundings.

Visited during Royal Ascot week so it was busy, however this did not affect the speed of service by the staff. All very friendly and helpful and food was on the table as soon as we had finished our salad bar starter which had lots of choice.

Food was terrible this evening. Chap who served us was lovely but the kitchen was letting the place down. We ordered 3 meals and everything was over cooked and tasteless. Shame really, we eat here regularly but they dropped the ball on this occasion.

Popped in for lunch today. The service was excellent and our food was brought to us really quickly. Good selection on the salad bar and it was replenished regularly. All together a lovely lunch with my Mum, thank you!

This was one of the most horrible places to eat in this area. Unfortunately, our food came out without cutlery and by this point we still hadn’t had our 2 drinks (a tap water and orange juice with lemonade). The BBQ sauce is very sweet however I’ve got a sweet tooth so I managed to eat those. However, the peri-peri wings were inedible. They tasted of nothing but hot hot sauce!

We enjoyed a really delicious lunch here today. The food was good quality, cooked perfectly and, was a, reasonable price. Rosh was very kind and friendly and provided exceptional customer service.

We come here quite often as it is a lovely, relaxed place to eat and being by the Thames means the view is a bonus. We have food allergies which are catered for and handled well, other restaurants we’ve been to seem to panic about it. We have been served by different people but whenever Damion serves us, as he has numerous times, he always asks how we are, remembers our food allergies and my parents order as they have the same thing.

Come here regularly and love it. Staff are friendly and food is lovely. On our visit today our waiter damion was friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

My family celebrated my daughter’s birthday tonight. Our waiter Joe was utterly fantastic. He was jovial, attentive and went out of his way to make a fuss of the birthday girl. I have been a waitress for many years, it is sometimes a thankless occupation but Joe definitely deserves a special mention!

My family and I decided to go out to the Toby. Too busy. And turns out thankfully too. Our meals starter and mains were hot and flavoursome, the salad bar was fresh and all varieties available. We were served by a well mannered welcoming young man called Joe. He served us superbly and even apologised for what he thought might have been a long wait between courses for us which there really wasnt. Thanks Joe!! We've been coming to the Bells of Ouzely for many years and have always enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere this evening was jolly, jovial and with a varied age range. Lovely food. Service was a bit quiet and lacklustre, having to go up to the bar to get more drinks as we weren't asked even once if we wanted anymore. Would return though as it was a decent place with good food.
