I smoke shisha all the time. In London and all over the world. I ordered lemon and mint shisha, it was horrible. The coals were hardly changed and the service was next to none. Whoever was changing the coals, I felt like I literally had to beg them to do it. The service wasn’t friendly, wasn’t good and wasn’t very professional. I wouldn’t sit in this cafe and smoke if someone paid for the bill, Shisha is horrible and seems like very cheap products are used. The coal was horrible. It’s a no from me. The only good thing about the place is that it is open and on the street so has fresh air.

A low-key shisha lounge with a dark aesthetic lighting, perfect to chill with your friends. Staff are very friendly and helps us immediately with anything wrong with the shisha pipes or coal change. The staff was very nice enough to let us bring food from outside on a Friday night. I recommend the premium shisha flavours, pina colada & mojito.

Ok shisha but terrible service and rude/dismissive staff. Wouldn’t recommend.

Best kebab in lytham st Anne’s

I would like to make a complaint. I order on a regular basis, but to be honest the quality has gone down hill. Tonight I received spring rolls instead of meat samosa, the red onions I ordered were missing and there was hardly any meat on my king special kebab. Very, very disappointed. I would like this to be passed onto the restaurant.

Have always enjoyed curry lounge in the past, because of the good variety and good portions. However the chicken tikka masala had very little chicken in it, probably less than half of a chicken breast in bits at the bottom of the sauce. The salad with the kebab was lettuce only, no tomato or cucumber etc. Hopefully curry lounge will improve again in the future but won’t be ordering any time soon.

Over 1 hour late and driver tried to deliver to wrong house on next street, abysmal service and then get a message refusing a refund

Hands down The Best Curry I’ve ever eaten. They catered to my “alterations” no problem. The lamb was cooked perfectly. Every ingredient was fresh and also cooked perfectly. No takeaway in the area can begin to match the food and service from this restaurant. Thank you.

This was our first order from here but won't be our last. Delicious food, great value for money and the delivery driver was on time and very friendly. Recommended.

Very good food and used all the spices and used long grain rice , onion onion pakora was used with proper four , I’ve tried every one on just eat Indian food this place is spot on Punjabi Indian styled curry coming from Asian person I definitely recommend this place

Amazing flavour, best curry had for a long long time

I really enjoyed my order. One of the nicest chicken pathia dishes I've ever tasted. The sauce was yummy and tender chicken proportionate to the rest. Food was hot and well wrapped and the young lad who delivered it was so well mannered. I will certainly be ordering again from here...oh and did I mention that they are cheaper than other rivals...don't let this put you off though as the food is actually better than other places who charge through the roof! Well done Curry House.

Was not very happy with this at all spent £30 and all of it turned up late and absolutely freezing, I ordered the lamb madras and the lamb was rock solid and tasted off not to mention freezing and the rice tasted soapy. The cheese Nann bread was burnt and the two kebabs were also freezing along with the wings that were supposed to be spicy wings but turned up tasting disgusting and more barbecue than anything, we aren’t happy at all.

The prawns were cooked well but the sauce was a bit too gloopy and the rice was hard. The chapatis were made with white flour and were more like flatbreads/naan bread, which made very stodgy.

Always enjoy the food here but is often late, received a text to say order was on its way, waited 35 mins after this text to call up to see where it had got to. The man who answered the phone was rude and hung up on us telling us it would be there when it gets there basically. Sadly this isn’t the first time they have treated us like this, last time it was late too so we ended up collecting as they said it would be quicker (no offer of refund for delivery fee we have paid) a time before they sent the wrong order and blamed us?! Think we’ll try another Indian next time

Wont be ordering again. Worst prawn puri ive tasted. The biriyani was really poor, no flavour and the tiniest pieces of supposedly tandori chicken. Pakoras were not cooked. They gave me 2 free popadoms (lucky as i wouldnt have paid) they absolutely stank and were fried in rancid oil (i seriously nearly threw up) 😳 dont waste your Time or Money... i hardly ate any of it

Ordered from here many, many times before, but not again! Ordered King sized mixed kebab, chicken kebab, cheese burger and 2 x chips. Mixed kebab contained shish kebab that was so tough it was un-chewable! Cheeseburger had a burnt bun! Chips were never even received! Ordered the food at 6:45 for estimated delivery of 7:30, this was then amended to 7:45, received a text that the food was on it's way at 7:45!!! at 8:10 I then phoned to ask when it would be delivered? It was on its way which was true, delivered at 8:18 no chips, I asked the driver, he checked the receipt apologized and said he would send another driver with them immediately, I then phoned the restaurant at 8:30 to say don't bother with the missing items as it's now too late and I want a refund, I was merely advised to go through just eat for a refund and they would give me 2 portions free on my next order, which means that they were never going to be delivered!!!! Disgusting service and food of poor quality!!!!

Even better tasting than usual, shame it was late again. Don't know if they changed the tikka massala recipe or something but usually I can't taste any heat and it's a bit too sweet, however this time it had some nice spice to it and wasn't overly sweet!

Food was late and then was again late on the revised delivery time. Some of the food was cold as would be expected with a significant delivery delay. Quality of food was average.

Curry Lounge regularly has a problem sticking to delivery times and some of the food can be hit and miss. Such as lamb sometimes being so tough you would think it had been microwaved. However I still love to visit curry lounge for their cheap prices, chicken tikka massala and burgers.

I'm actually in love with the madras

Curries were delicious. Rice dishes slightly cold and chapatti was very damp probarbly due to order being around 40 mins later than expected. Would try again in the hope for swifter delivery and hot dishes.

This restaurant will always be our favourite! We are regulars because we love the restaurant and we decided to try one new item instead of another that we usually get. Because we order exactly the same all the time the restaurant accidentally sent the wrong item. After ringing them they were extremely polite and offered to send out the correct item. Usually when this has happened with other restaurants they have had an attitude but the gentlemen was very polite and we had a laugh about it! Can’t fault the food or service. We would eat it everyday if possible! Thanks guys!

Food was late - ordered at 9 came at 10.40 - was cold when arrived and the nan was just a soggy burnt cold thing. Very disappointed

I dont ever leave reviews but I was so disappointed I felt the need to. My order was late for a Start. My food was cold, the cheese on the naan was not melted at all and just thrown on top of it and they forgot my drink. Won't be ordering again.

Fab food, can’t fault the service

All the meat was chewy and the garlic naan was made with garlic butter, would have been much better if it was done with chopped garlic like my usual Indian the dilraj.

Great service, their staff are very friendly and courteous they know their stuff and understand you without having to repeat yourself. A young man called Hamza served us and he was so amazing. I highly recommend this place for their different sheesha flavours, we had the "Incredible Hulk", and they had great selection of drinks too (mocktails, shakes and smoothies).

They haven't updated their website - they don't make any food anymore. I asked to see their menu and he went next door and gave me the kebab shops menu! Disappointing.

Poor Quality Ingredients, cheap frozen catering chicken pieces, no flavour, frozen soggy chips and salad was lettuce and onions only

Date night takeaway - Only 1 of the 2 set meals ordered turned up, contacted curry lounge and they said they had made a mistake and missed part of the order. 45mins after the call, still no food, so phoned again to be told it was on its way. Finally an hour after initial call the rest of the order turned up. With no complimentary extras thrown in as an additional way to apologise. The food was good though.

These guys have been late before. The food is fine but the delivery is a joke. When I ring to tell them about it the guy on the phone has an attitude and thinks it’s acceptable. It’s not.

Apart from the very sweet Chicken korma , we really enjoyed the set meal . Left overs for another meal. delivered on time and glad i tried them first time order.:-)thanks
