My son has very server neurodiversity and only eats a couple of food items, non of which on the menu, so we brought his food on the way and were told we couldn’t bring it in, when they finally let us we had a continuous poor treatment, they took all but what was “necessary” for him, additionally for the price the food did not match in quality or quantity, wasn’t welcoming experience

No eggs available and when they come out they were like bullets

I love your food but today the food was cold, dry and tasteless, Im not sure what happened, the coliflower was over cooked. The pig saugages were completely dry. I must've ordere t the wrong time. Probably when it was just the leftovers from lunch.

This place always does lovely food the only reason I marked the service down is because I paid by card when scanning the bar code on the table and it automatically took a 10% tip which is a no no for me. You need to have a tip choice and your customer decides a tip.

Popped in for lunch on New Year’s Eve. Very quiet. Food was very good, great service and very reasonable price with an offer (Kids eat for £1). Would recommend.

Amazing Christmas dinner! The workers were amazing too, big shout out to Shane and Terrell! Also a young guy behind the bar, didn’t catch his name but he was also lovely!

Frozen puddings served and veg, which has been reheated several times...

We ordered 6 click and collect Christmas dinners to be collected between 12:15 and 12:30 - we arrived at around 12:18 and had waited around 20 minutes for our order to be ready (would’ve like it to have been ready sooner) . The portions were a fantastic size and the meat was cooked beautifully. There was just enough gravy (though wouldn’t say no to more) but there could’ve been more custard with the Christmas puddings. Overall excellent value for money.

This place has become almost a second home for me. Three staff in particular make being served a treat, Rhydian, Tyler and Shane. I would recommend this place as a pub and a nice place to eat.

Really nice carvery and a good price too! Served by Rhyd who was very friendly and welcoming and even though it was busy still found time to come over and make sure we were happy with our meals and wish us a merry Christmas which was nice.

We visit Peartree carvery annually as a family to celebrate our late mother (this is somewhere she liked to go when she was alive). Our visit this year was somewhat disappointing - the person that served the carvery was rude which really impacted our overall enjoyment in this occasion. If you are working front of house you are expected to have a level of customer service - we were a party of 9 & almost everyone that returned to the table mentioned their negative interaction with her. Such a shame - we’ll consider alternative venues for next year despite returning for the past 8 years!

Met colleagues for Brunch as a pre-Christmas get together. Shane was a great host. He greeted us all as we arrived and had reserved a separate room for us. As soon as we’d placed our respective orders online, we were brought our drinks to our tables. Food was served from the hot buffet. There were 12 of us and service was friendly and efficient. We recently went to Peartree Bridge and we were racially profiled:( , we paid for our meals , but they kept questioning us and didn’t even let us eat , being humiliated we decided to leave, when we asked for take away dishes ,they said they’re not allowed to give more than one , and we left very unhappy and unsatisfied:(

Went there one lunchtime and had the carvery, the only complaint was that the vegetables/ potatoes were almost cold. Otherwise all was ok. Would return.

Visited this establishment recently but will not be returning after receiving a parking notice, this is a place where I have been frequently and my decision to give this place a wide berth means that they will no longer receive any moneys from me.

Overall this place use to be better, I would struggle to give this place beyond a 2 star rating though in it’s current state and condition. It’s a been a place my family been coming for many of years and yeah personally as times gone on seen huge decline in the restaurant itself. Obviously that don’t mean it’s always bad recently because some days you come and it can be good but on 90% of recent occasions it’s not been good and been below par. Yesterday was celebrating a family birthday and food was disappointing to say the very least. Peas, were certainly not fresh and been under hot plate for too long, potatoes were good actually, stuffing was alright but everything else barring the gravy, cranberry sauce and horseradish were really just disappointing. Had a bit of all three meats, turkey, gammon and beef, also paid £1.49 extra for 4 carverys which would include pigs in blankets and these weren’t great despite the extortionate price and furthermore only was given 3 tiny sausages which were like them party sausage and they was overcooked! In terms of the person who served me, she did a good job but I also seeing one of staff members just recording for at least a good 10 minutes the Christmas decorations. I mean to me that’s speaks volumes where this establishment is at, more interests in making maybe a TikTok post rather then getting the food quality correct. I asked for some of the turkey skin but needless was I realize none the wiser it was burnt to a cinder!! Now it’s meant to be crisp not cremated! I’m not a big Carvery goer and ultimately I would definitely not recommend Stonehouse to a friend. Not sure I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. That’s how poor it is. Also the portion sizes of meat they give you is ridiculously small compared to what it use to be and small compared to what the main rival does Toby Carvery.

Food was ok when I went on my own and the place looked nice enough inside. I had made a reservation about a month in advance for a group of us to get dinner there though and got an email 3 days beforehand cancelling with no reason given. I tried to call a few times but no one ever picks up the phone. Ended up going to the Three Trees over in Bletchley instead, they always picked up the phone, couldn't have been more helpful and I'm very happy I ended up going there instead, won't be trying to come here again.

Absolutely beautiful carvery, it was hot and generous portions of meat. We were served by Aaron who was so lovely and chatty! But all staff including the manager were really friendly. We are very impressed.

We had a family meal get-together today. The staff were welcoming and helpful as always. All the meals were great. One of the party had the Dirty Philly Burger for the first time, and he enjoyed it very much... he'll definitely be having it again. The Crispy BBQ Chicken burgers were great too. Great place to come as a family

Only went in for a quick drink, San Miguel and it was a decent pint. Decor was a bit tired especially the seat cushions. Place was clean enough though. Staff were friendly.

Food was good, u get what ur paid for. Drinks not too expensive. The service was 10/10. 100% go again.

Upon arrival we were greeted very politely and professionally by Tyler who was very helpful and had a great personality. Later we were served by Dilly who was very polite and helpful, nothing was too much for either of these lovely people, nice to feel welcomed. The pizzas we ordered were delicious, a great place to eat drink and meet friends

Shambolic, paid £20 for 2 breakfast and 2 drinks put toast and some bacon that looked like it could still oink on my plate, to be told sausages will be another 10 minutes whilst I watch everyone I front clear up the few eggs that were left. As I’m waiting the chefs are filling up bags with breakfast which is confusing as I’m waiting for more food to come out as I’ve paid to watch the food be took away

Food was lovely just got here in time for the next batch of carvery meat. 2pm by the way. £60 for a family of 4 carvery and drinks, good value too. Mention to Tyrell. Very pleasant and welcoming, and generally happy demeanor. Common courtesy costs nothing and in a customer facing environment, it can be challenging with some customers. Could see Tyrell smiling and welcoming all the time we were there.

Haven’t been here for a while to have a roast but wow I’ve not cleared my plate like that for a long while. Hand picked my roasties almost half a plate of beef laid out for me. And the veg was succulent and soft. Thank u for a lovely dinner which was very much appreciated

I have never walked away from food before today. The food was barely edible and the cleanliness was, well, non existent. I was horrified this place is still open. Ply board screwed into he ceiling, toilets with rotting wood in the sink area and broken mirror frame in the toilet. I wasn't expecting the ritz but this was bad!!! Seriously need to sort out the whole place and buy decent food so the chef can deliver edible food. Wish I had gone to a burger van!

I stopped in here on Friday evening with my daughter to get her something to eat and kill some time waiting for a relative at the hospital. Sadly, the food wasn't great but I can't speak highly enough of the service. I'm afraid I didn't get the name of the young lady who served us but she was absolutely fantastic and really friendly, especially with my little one. Thank you for a little bit of cheer on an otherwise stressful evening.

We had the standard carvery. Food was lovely. Atmosphere was relaxed. Staff are lovely especially Dilly. Dilly chatted away to us and had a joke with us all.. lovely natural person.
