Very clean and well equipped rooms. V ery friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Good location with only a short walk into the centre of Twickenham. Parking and charging for electric vehicles.

Very traditional pub with friendly staff. Went for a drink with a friend to celebrate.

Tasty food, relatively quick delivery. Only marked down on quality because they didn’t send the drink included in the kids meal. Would order from them again though.

We booked the kitchen and bar restaurant a couple of weeks in advance notifying them that we would be using our Jumeirah One £100 voucher that we exchanged with our points. We were warmly greeted and sat straight away. Service was very good, though empty inside. We ordered the salt and pepper squid to start which was very nice. Then for mains we had the king prawn linguine which was very nice though lacked any real flavour. Maybe a touch of chilli or something to give it a slight kick. We also had the mixed grill with lamb kofta, chicken skewers and diced lamb. Unfortunately the diced lamb was tough. Surely use lamb neck fillet. Chewy as stewing lamb. Shame. Rest was very nice. Then we came to pay. I said we were paying with a Jumeirah One voucher. My phone was taken to prove the code, we never saw the bill! Then there were a total of four people trying to sort it. Eventually I was told that the voucher couldn’t be found and could I email an address to prove the code. Really. Finally I said I would give it 5 more minutes or walk out. Had enough. Finally I was given the thumbs up that it had been accepted. Still no bill!! And I have now found out that they have deducted not only one voucher but also another £100 voucher without my consent (and I believe the bill was about £90). All in all an embarrassment of an ending. Shame. I await an apology, my second £100 back and maybe some kind of reimbursement too for the problems!!!

Amazing food! Friendly and smiley service! Very cosy atmosphere especially for business lunch or dinner. Highly recommended place!

Fuimos a este lugar por primera vez y nos quedamos muy bien sorprendidos como el servicio y la comida era genial. El restaurante es muy limpio, espacioso y luminoso. Nuestra comida era muy sabrosa, servida con tan buena presentación, y muy agradable. El ambiente era genial también. Tuvimos un tiempo fantástico. Gracias.

Beautiful place - let me use toilet but then stayed for a drink. Worth the stop has tv and darts and pool. What else you need. Nice staff also - thanks

Fui a tomar el té de la tarde y me fui sintiéndome decepcionado después de gastar $ 255 AUD. El servicio era pobre, esperó 45 minutos para la comida, el té se servía sin un colador de té y la comida era increíblemente agobiante. Me faltaban artículos después de solicitar una opción pescataria (esto se señaló cuando hice la reserva). Nada se nos explicó a la llegada, simplemente nos entregaron un menú, sin una palabra y luego se fueron. Sinceramente, toda la experiencia fue mala. Hubiera dado retroalimentación antes de irnos, pero el camarero simplemente me entregó la máquina de eftpos, me dio un pulgar hacia arriba y se fue sin una palabra. Ahorra tu dinero y vete a otro lado.

Had a lovely lunch here. Would recommend. They should serve the caviar in the tin. It’s standard to do this. We ordered one 30g and one 50g portion. Otherwise how do you know it’s the exact brand and amount? Not good practice. Nice staff.

Sublime food, delicate, thoughtful and seasonal dishes that defy expectation and comprehension. Very relaxed and informal surroundings, attentive and highly knowledgeable staff. Cannot recommend highly enough, cannot wait to return (again).
