The food here is really nice and tastes very fresh. It's quite expensive at normal price (but that's the whole area) but they have 50% off on their deli items on a Friday after 2pm and will also be 50% off at different times throughout the week. I'd definitely recommend

My experience was quite average. The staff didn’t appear very engaged, and due to the heavy takeaway traffic, it felt like I was sitting in a thoroughfare. When I inquired about Gluten Free options, I was made to feel like I was being difficult. It surprised me that a restaurant promoting itself as a healthy alternative didn’t offer gluten-free choices on the menu.

I’ve been to this place a few times now and the food is always 10/10.

I went to the deli section to get a salad to take away and was met with a server who seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask what some of the salads were. I suggest that you label them as the place is very noisy. My salad was then passed to the cashier, but the lid was not put on the pot for some reason, which is very unhygienic, especially as the cashier decided to scratch her face for a good 10 seconds while she decided what to charge me: £11.95 actually. It shouldn't have taken her that long because of how their pricing system is and she should have put the lid on immediately and not scratched her face over my food and used the same hand to put the lid on. The lids are see through and plastic so there was no obvious reason to leave my food uncovered. The salad itself was OK, but for the price, it wants be. I noted from another review that apparently the salads aren't labelled because they change and for allergen reasons. I do not recall the server asking if I had any allergies.

Had issues with risotto being undercooked. And not just me. But apart from that colleagues had good meals. When complained about risotto, staff was accommodating. Thank you.

BEWARE. Prices advertised completely wrong, they’ll charge you £5 extra per meal than displayed and charge service charge for a quick lunch. The staff know exactly what they’re doing and try scam you out of money - will not be returning and advise you don’t. Picture is 2/3’s of the price you will pay. Can see why this is rated poorly - trust the reviews!

Food was very good, a tad on the pricey side, £60 for two people, but it's a very nice place to have lunch, it was very busy however the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I will start by saying that the service is friendly and the food is really good, but gosh the prices are a bit bonkers! I’m not sure what vibe this place is going for, but I always assumed it was a office lunch type place, which is why £24 for a salad (ok it had salmon but still) just seems ludicrous to me. The actual decor is nice but the place has an echo which can be really loud during the busy lunch period. However, it is a really enjoyable space when calmer and has plenty of seating choice. Luckily I was taken into for lunch here, as i could truly never justify paying the prices charged here.

The food was amazing and yummy. The service was really slow and not very attentive at all - such a shame, as it detracted from what otherwise was a great lunch place.

This is my third time writing about this incredible establishment. I will not therefore repeat precocious write ups but I will say a few pints of additional note: 1. The espresso is perfect. Not bitter but absolutely delicious. They don’t burn their espresso and it really has to be tasted to be believed. 2. If you can get one the comfy seats near the windows are incredible. All the seats are comfy but the ones near the window are particularly comfy and are an ideal location for overlooking the square which is home to the best company in the world.? 3. The staff are exceptional and always remember their customers. 4. Decor is amazing. An incredible place.

Just round the corner from my office thought I’d give it a go for lunch. Sat in the restaurant and although it was v busy we got our food quickly (unlike some other tables) and with polite and efficient service. Would happily takes clients there and keen to try the deli for a quicker ‘everyday’ lunch!

We found this little gem when visiting the leonardo hotel (Don’t go there and don’t have breakfast). This place probably saved our trip. One minute walk from the Tower Hill tube. There were plenty of options, the food was really tasty and healthy! The attentiveness of the service was impeccable and everything was brought out on time with a smile. We are here both mornings and had dinner one night because of how much we enjoyed it!! We wish you every success!!

Very healthy good quality lunch. Opted for a box to go but at almost £10 for a lunch to go, this is quite steep. However, portion size is good and the ingredients are of good quality. Revitalised and replenished after eating ready for the afternoon at the office. Would definitely visit again but would be a treat now and again only.

Great service, friendly and efficient! Lovely breakfast menu and opted for the full English with poached eggs. Tasty bacon and sausages, super sourdough toast and fresh juice and good coffee. Good value for money breakfast in a comfortable, lively atmosphere.

Tomamos café, bebidas, pedimos almuerzo. . . luego a las 12: 45 pm, nos levantaron de la mesa y nos dijeron que había sido reservado previamente. Ni siquiera había terminado y en este punto el restaurante estaba lleno, así que no había otra opción más que irme, ya que el grupo que esperaba lo miraba incómodo. British food can be quite heavy and to be honest, sometimes you just need a salad with fresh ingredients. This is the spot. So glad to stumble upon a lighter option that was still super tasty. Good for lunch and a decent price too for a sit down spot.

He comido en The Natural Kitchen varias veces porque está cerca de mi oficina. Se encuentra en una zona principalmente peatonal y tiene asientos al aire libre, lo cual es excelente cuando el clima es propicio para sentarse afuera. El área principal del restaurante tiene un excelente ambiente, con el frente de cristal y lleno de luz natural, evitaría sentarme en la planta baja, ya que es bastante oscuro y sombrío en comparación. Si está comiendo dentro, pida una mesa junto a las ventanas si es posible.La comida es decente, en particular disfruto del calamar y el atún crujientes, pero la factura siempre parece ser más alta de lo esperado. El servicio está bien, pero puede ser lento en las horas punta.

Es verdad. De los sitios que hay en la zona que los he probado todos, este es el mejor porque tiene comida que en cierta manera es más sana. Siempre que voy suelo pedir hamburguesa (muy buena) o la carne reboza. Los precios no son muy elevados, quizá por 16£ comes.

We went there for a team lunch. We were seated right on arrival. We all ordered drinks and food. The drinks came quickly. The food came after some waiting for all but three of us. The remaining three had to wait 15 minutes for their food. Not sure if it's because they cannot manage more than 6 people at a time, but that wasn't great. The food was ok, but I'm not sure why they call themselves "Natural". Plastic plants on the tables, plastic straws with the drinks, plastic everywhere... They are cashless, which wasn't a problem, but I don't think I'll go again, just on the principle that they seem too lazy to handle cash. The waitress made a point to say that she accepted tips in cash though...

Excellent orange juice, coffee toast, sausage and eggs. The bacon was a little salty for my taste but ok. A good start to the day. A bit pricey but about what you would expect for the location.

Great concept but as is the case with nearly all of the Natural Kitchen’s around London the service is simply dreadful.

Very convenient location to my office and usually good food but unfortunately on Monday they had run out of tuna which meant there were 2 options off the menu.

Sad to say - service was fast, friendly, excellent all round; smoothies were great and coffee was tasty BUT food was just really badly sub par. I had the lamb burger which was over cooked and tough and in no way worth over £14 as charged. Sides are extra, not included with the price of the main dish, and my chips were over cooked to the point of being hollow. To be avoided despite fantastic service team and great coffee.

Popped in here for lunch as I work in the area. The staff where very friendly. I was politely greeted and seated. Even though it was really busy the staff paid attention to every table and provided a great service. I had fish and chips and the food was prompt and well cooked and tasted great. Would def. Recommend as a solid place for lunch.

Me he comido aquí muchas veces. He encontrado el personal muy acogedor y la comida del restaurante muy buena. Good place for an early morning catch up

Frequent this place quite regularly because it's close to my work. Food and service are reliably good. Nothing out of this world, but everything ranges from good to very good - salads, mains, fries, coffee, cakes.

The Natural Kitchen is conveniently located close to the Rolls Building to make for a convenient venue for breakfast before court (great cooked breakfasts) or lunch in the middle of a day at court (burgers and salads are both delicious). Service can be a bit slow at lunchtime so order quickly.

I have eaten in the restaurant and also had a take away and the food is always really good. It can get pretty busy at lunchtimes which isn't surprising but you tend not to have to wait too long.

Good place to spend the lunch hour away from the office. The food quality was good and staff were helpful. Reasonably quick service too. As for cost, I would say average for the area.

I've come here a couple of times for working lunches. It's quite informal but ideal for these kinds of things as there are healthy and naughty options, a good atmosphere and attentive service. This time I had the tuna salad, which was made with care and attention, with a good flavour combination. Didn't have desert but the coffee was a decent standard. A little pricey I guess, but otherwise a good solid lunch option.

I've been here for lunch a few times recently, with it being so close to my office. The vegetarian options are great, and today I had a delicious haloumi salad with sugar snap peas and red cabbage, and a bottle of fizzy elderflower to drink. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, a great drinks selection, great good, and service is speedy which is ideal for a work lunch. Would definitely recommend!

I love this venue for lunch whether it's business or a catchup with friends, the room is large and spacious and you can take your time if you need to. Typical prices for the area and the quality and presentation of the food are very good / significantly better than expected.

It's right around the corner from where I work but haven't been for a few months - was always a reliable favourite. This morning they served up HORRIBLE dried up fried eggs, one hard piece of bacon which was like shoe leather - companion had veggie breakfast which was slightly better but both our tomatoes had seen better days. And with the service charge added on at 12.5%, juice, coffee it came at just over 40 quid. I'm never ever going there again. I did complain about the eggs and the waitress said "I'll convey your comments to the kitchen". Shameful.

I came here with a friend earlier this week, and was somewhat disappointed. The coffee was good, but my breakfast, for the price, was poor. I had today with eggs and bacon and the sourdough toast was so hard I didn't finish it. Overall, a mediocre experience therefore.

Visited for lunch before and never any seats available. But a colleague suggested we come here for another colleagues farewell breakfast.Even at 8am there were quite a few tables taken and despite printing off the menu the night before we still couldn't decide due to the various yummy options available. In the end I went for a vegetarian breakfast, which consisted of scrambled eggs, halloumi, avocado, portobello mushroom, tomatoes and sourdough toast.Food was fabulous and felt clean & light. Breakfast and hot drinks for 4 came to £55 so not cheap and not something I could afford every day but definitely a lovely treat and we all agreed we would be back.Loved all the little things such as the little milk bottle, receipt in the old ladybird book.

Breakfasting in London for business meetings can be a tricky affair.Often left with a choice between grossly inflated hotel, greasy spoon or chain coffee shop - it can all be uninspiring, impersonal and uncomfortable.Natural Kitchen gets it right. Good menu (suit all tastes and appetites) and decent service in a comfortable space.

Got the Crunchy Halloumi Cheese salad and it was delicious! The salad tasted very fresh with a nice balsamic glaze & olive oil dressing!

If you like great food in an ear-splittingly noisy environment, then the Fetter Lane branch of Natural Kitchen should be right up your alley. Every time I return here, I remember that it is unbelievably loud with tigtly packed tables and buzzing conversation bouncing off the glass windows and polished floors like Kalashnikov bullets ricocheting around an empty prison cell. That said, the spiced chickpea, falafel salad is that good that I am still willing to put up with the inevitable tinnitus after a lunch time meal and find myself returning to the accoustic hell every few months.Diners either seem to be leaning in to each other to make themselves heard, or - like the city lawyer at the table next to me the last time I ate there - leaning back and barking like an angry ootball manager to rise above the general din. "I TOTALLY LOST CONTROL IN THAT LAST MEETING," he inadvertently informed me and the other 27 people in his immediate vicinity, transporting all of us back to the conference room where he had torn a strip off some poor underling earlier in the day. As soon as a table cleared further across the room, my guest and I made a beeline to it to escape.The fact that it is always busy means the Natural Kitchen must be doing something right and the staff turnover seems to be quite low -- but at those noise levels, they should not rule out the risk of industrial injury claims due to hearing loss in the future.

Good fresh ingredients make up the tasty dishes at this restaurant. I had a lamb burger - great tastes. Only minor irritation was the flat bread in which it was served which was way too big for the burger - requires some customisation!! Recommend this dish with the sweet potato fries. Good sticky toffee pudding to follow. Also try the basil limeade for a refreshing drink. All with efficient and very friendly service.

Walked in for breakfast was was on my way to a meeting and slightly early. What a mistake. It looks lovely but the actual food leaved a lot to be desired. I ordered orange, coffee, eggs benedict. I asked the coffee to be served in a paper cup and it was served in a china cup. I had to ask for it to be returned and served in a paper cup. The coffee tasted cold and slightly burnt.The egg in the eggs benedict wasn't cooked properly and cold. The muffin was cold as was the bacon. It was served up really quickly and so I think it must have been sitting around the kitchen for a while.No one asked me whether I liked my meal and attracting attention was easy. I was presented with a bill for £19 that included a service charge! The only thing that was any good was the orange juice.There was no excuse for the bad service as only eight tables were in the restaurant having breakfast. There were five wait staff on duty.I paid the bill and walked out and won't be returning. Shame as I often walk past this place and had wondered what it was like.

Part of a small chain of upmarket coffee shops/restaurants - nice range of hot drinks, juices and full meals, all at the healthy end of the spectrum. Prices reasonable for the generally good quality food and drink. Slightly noisy (both other customers and piped music), but generally good.

I had put this restaurant on my list of places to try while visiting London only to find out that it was connected to the Doubletree Hotel. I'm not a snob when it comes to dining and beverage service even after 30 years in the hospitality industry, but I did kind of hesitate at first. I had passed this restaurant almost every day during my stay at the Apex, and finally decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did and wished I had explored it further for other meals as well. I stopped in after a long and tiring day after exploring the sites, and I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived early on a Thursday evening when there were just a few tables, and was seated in a window table overlooking the entire room. Service was awkward at times, but it seemed the staff worked in teams so any hiccups were over-shadowed but a more experience team member. I started with a cocktail and hummus platter and relaxed a bit in a peaceful manner. The hummus was delicious and large enough for two to share for sure. My next course was a crispy Black Bass with a charred tomato broth that was superb. I forced myself to eat just about every bite, but finally gave in with two bites to spare. This selection was accompanied by a nice glass of wine. The restaurant never filled up but did see a few more tables fill in here and there. It was an enjoyable dinner in a warm inviting space. Breakfast and lunch were served here daily and definitely looks like it does a brisk business otherwise. It seems the outdoor area is quite popular with some locals for a pint a a bite too. Definitely give it a shot.

Packed full of suits every lunchtime and the acoustics are such that (depending on your mood) it is either incredibly buzzy or achingly loud. Very quick service and pretty good food too. A teeny bit on the pricey side (how does a 'detox' salad cost twelve quid?) but decent size portions.

This time, we tried the restaurant. The best thing was the friendly and efficient service. Pan-fried Cod Fillet with Pea Mash looked beautiful, but the cod was overcooked and the sauce lacked flavour; it needed more lemon zest. Pea Mash was full of flavour and was tasty. The NK Classic Aberdeen Angus Steak Beef Burger arrived warm - not hot, and the burger was overcooked. Caramelised onions and tomatoes were sour and the Sweet Potato Chips were tasty but limp. The Mediterranean Lemon Tart arrived, beautifully decorated, but the taste was disappointing. The pastry was soft and too thick, and the filling was not enough. The place was very, very noisy, so it was very difficult to talk.

Natural Kitchen has 7 locations in London. It was founded in 2007. On Tuesday 3rd May 2016 I made my first visit. An old friend had eaten here before and he suggested we meet here for lunch.We chose salads he the Crunchy cheese Halloumi (vegetarian) £13.75 and I Seared Line caught Tuna Steak £16.75. I asked for my Tuna to be very rare and it was. My salad was perfect. We drank a coke £2.95 and a 250ml large glass of white wine £10.25 ouch! (I had forgotten how expensive wine in England is) We finished with tea and Cappuccino both £2.95.The surroundings, service, presentation, freshness and flavours of the food were all first class. A "discretionary" 12.5% service was added to the bill which came to £55.80 with service. I will definately return but will stay with water next time.

I like the space and ambiance of the restaurant. Food is fresh and tasty with nice variations but dining in restaurant comes with a price tag. I had a small piece of salmon with salad which cost £16!!! This is the most expensive lunch I had in a while and I think, I stick to fresh salads from other places. You can take away a box which is not so expensive but still costs more than other places around. I would consider visiting again as staff were super friendly and service was fast but only as a treat. If you are on budget you might consider going elsewhere.

Molto bello il ristorante . e Fish&chips davvero ottimo. Nessun paragone con quello che puoi mangiare nei pub. Leggerissimo.
