Nice friendly pub, good atmosphere and Rosie behind the bar was professional, funny and always had a smile.

Absolutely loved our evening here. Me & my wife have recently received really terrible news that she has a brain tumour. Rosie the bar staff greeted us with a big smile, offered sophie some tissues when she was upset and checked in on us regularly. Was really touching, we had a great time and felt incredibly well looked after. Thanks Rosie, was lovely to chat with you.

This place is great. It always was, but today you walk through the door and it's totally different to the other pubs in the area. You need to go and check it out. I was hungry after a sports event, thankfully they serve pizza here and other easy bites. I had pepperoni pizza. Delicious stuffed crust too!!

Very friendly walm atmosphere. 3 lovely lady behind the bar Sharon Rosie and Lauren who are more than happy to serve drinks and chat to customers. I would definitely recommend popping in for a drink.

First time ever in the pub. Attended a music gig. Easy to get seats. Staff welcoming and attentive.

The renovation has made this pub a destination in Barnet. Really great to see some investment into the high st. Live sport, live music and new range of beers + hand made cocktails. Looks to be bringing in a new clientele as it’s a nice place to hang out. Family owned by the looks of it, the staff are super friendly and remember a face 😀

The staff a very friendly but it is rather small. Went for a dart match and not enough tables were reserved for us all to sit together so wasn't a great night until someone when home we could then move! Xxx

Bought a round of drinks at over £30 and sat down to watch the champions league. At half time owners comes over and tells us he pays £1600 a week for the sports so buy another drink or get out. Rude old man. Never returning.

it is a very local working mans club, somewhere people will know your name, my father and I were greeted so warmly, made to feel a local instantly and given free homemade sausage rolls with our beer. The pub was very clean and the toilets spotless, I will go again.

I really like this pub! I used to go there a few times after work and I must say that I immediately felt at home! The owners are super nice as is the staff! Every now and then they organize themed evenings which are a lot of fun!! I highly recommend it!!

Should have known not to enter a pub with crappy posters on the doors saying, ‘Regulars only over the festive period.’ We thought it was a joke!Very festive, I must say!!! Not very welcoming so we walked out.Not like any McMullen pub I’ve ever been in. Dodgy carpet and unkempt steps.Enjoy - so called ‘regulars.’ You’re welcome to it!

Nice pub great to watch football and rugby

Staff were happy and friendly. We all had the carvery which was plentiful and tasty just needed to be hotter than it was but we still enjoyed it.

Good pubs are thin on the ground in this part of Barnet. Unfortunately this one doesn't buck the trend.

Good selection of drinks, fair decor and interior. Mostly frequented by regular locals. Can get a bit loud and bois terms at times. Esp by those hanging out on the terrace. Lots of cosier and more family orientated pubs in Barnet.

Visitamos el pub mientras mi mujer de visitar a unos amigos.Pub bastante grande que necesita desesperadamente una reforma, en la que decía que el pub está limpio y ordenado.La camarera con pelo rojo era muy agradable y acogedor. La cerveza no es de mi agrado pero por £2. 80 era bastante barato.Gran zona para sentarse mirando hacia la calle.

Not a place to mix same old people who aren't very welcoming and there's a strong smell of things that shouldn't be smoked from the car park. Drinks over priced and unwelcoming atmosphere due to the punters

Se trata de un pub de la zona con un ambiente familiar y rango de edad de igualar. Encontrará las familias para un domingo reunirse con sus hijos, parejas mayores y personas para ver los deportes, todo se mezcla juntos. La mitad de la semana es más tranquilo.

One of the last proper pubs left in Barnet, proper locals pub. Staff are great always willing to help, food is good , not much choice. Thursday quiz nights are fantastic and packed.

In a word…grim. Ordered a pint of Strongbow. Didn't trust anything else. Bacon fries were alright I suppose. Darts on the telly wasn't awful

Mi esposa y yo ya había estado buscando un pub decente para ver el partido y un par de cervezas. Nos alojamos en la zona y nunca había estado en este pub antes. Terminamos nuestra estancia aquí durante toda la noche y nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos por un terrateniente tradicional casera/. No comimos pero nos dijeron los clientes asiduos que la comida es muy buena.lugareños y una buena gama de cervezas. Recomendado.

Si lo que quieres es una comida realmente barato pero totalmente agradable, usted podría hacer mucho peor que ir al Lord Kitchener. Tuve una gran cena de carne asada con 3 tipos de carne y un montón de verduras por £4 - mucho más barato que puedes hacer tú mismo. Incluso la comida más barata carnes a más de £3 es suficiente para los gustos de la mayoría de la gente.

What a shame that the person who wrote the Facebook "Thank you" after the awful accident couldn't spell " ... their ..." right. You'd think they'd try and get something like that correct, but they actually wrote " ...there deepest condolences ... " Shame.

an excellent all round pub with good atmosphere has been my local for 6 years now!
