Very slow service, not nice at all, I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and breakfast, everything is frozen, the bread black, very dirty toilet, the first and last time I visited it

Went to mercedes for a service (just opposite) thought I'll grab a coffee, walked in and immediately hit with this sour smell !!! I didn't like it but I thought who cares I just want a quick coffee, I waited for 10 minutes believe it or not for someone to come and serve me and no one did... I shouted for someone no response, the customers even laughed and said they are downstairs... I went as far as calling the shop so they can come and answer and I grab their attention, guess what??? Phone on silent lol... These people need to quit sell this place and sit at home because they definitely don't know how to do business. Good luck. P.s. I Google coffee shop, there was one within 30 seconds walk, (garden coffee) grabbed one and left.

It seems these guys doesn’t want to make money. In the past three times (twice before closing and once after reopening) they told us we are late and their kitchen is closed. Who can believe on Saturdays 3:45pm and Sundays 3 pm they tell us they cannot serve meal as their kitchen is closed?

It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax! The atmosphere is very lively and the food is wonderful and cooked up to the standard of the customers! The coffee is immaculate and has wonderful flavours. The workers are very welcoming. Honourable mention to their Manager Milad for always meeting customer needs!

Cafe was closed at 9.53am despite saying it opens at 8am on the website.

I had an unusually good and generous shakshuka, coffee good, not pricey, doesn't look much from outside and inside could do with an imaginative makeover, but the food was a real surprise

The table I reserved was not available...the one suggested by the staff. We waited over an hour for our food! Wrong drink brought on 2nd request after half an hour. Not the best experience.

Piacere was fantastic! I ordered breakfast mentioning that it’s my wife’s birthday and they sent a delicious blueberry cake for free with some lovely birthday wishes. Food was amazing but the gesture also! Recommend!

Brilliant cafe in Golders Green Temple Fortune. They hold some fascinating events too. Amazingly helpful staff. Relaxed & welcoming atmosphere.

I had the English breakfast. It was rather tasty, but the toast quickly went cold (probably not helped by being sat outside). However, it was generally good and the service was great

What a wonderful place to enjoy an outdoor breakfast! Went there yesterday with my friend, after coming there a few days ago with my husband, and on both times we enjoyed delicious eggs benedict. The owner was so lovely (so happy to see her from the Google local businesses ad!), the service we got was superb and I just couldn't recommend this place enough! Thank you!

We had delivered an amazing lunch from Piacere, the dishes were absolutely delicious, nice size and warm. My daughter enjoyed the jacket potato with marinated chicken and the healty salad that comes with, and i had for myself an extra delicious avocado-bacon-chicken sandwich. Thanks to the chef, we had a tasty lunch.😎🍽

Been to the cafe today for breakfast. Checked the reviews and the website the day before that. Came in next day and were very surprised. The website is an absolute lie. The photos of the interior are totally different there, the prices on the website are 30-35% cheaper as well. Got 2 breakfasts (~9.5£ each). 2eggs/ 2p bacon/ beans/ bread/ mushrooms/ 1/2 a tomato/ 1 sausage in each breakfast. Needed extra sausage and beans for the baby and each extra is 2.25£! Paid extra 5.5£ for that. The quality of food is very average, like any other pub for ex Joiners Arms (went the day before for breakfast as well) where a full English was £4.75, the portion is the same (except 2sausages) and twice cheaper! Paid £30 for 2 breakfasts, 1 coffee, 1 juice and a sausage and beans for the baby. Pub will be 15£ for all the same food. Not worth the money.

All their vegetarian sandwiches are fresh, tasty, nutritious and healthy, the staff are friendly, the food doesn't take long to get ready, has a great and chilled ambience and their sweets are amazing as well.

Place seems nice at first glance. The food was pretty much what you expect in a café of any sort even though their prices really give the impression you'll get something extraordinary. The staff were nice to speak to however had no eye for detail and took long to use their initiative when it came to cleaning up. Communication wasn't great but not a major problem.

I had lunch with my family at the weekend (8 of us in total). The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food, which arrived in good time and all together, was excellent with large portions, and the salads were very fresh and tasty. I'd happily return next time I'm in the area.

The place was empty when we arrived but buzzing when we left, having had to wait to order as we were waiting for someone else to join us. Meals were served in the order in which they were placed so we enjoyed hot drinks while waiting and our food, when it arrived, was well-presented and tasty.

Went for english breakfast. The 2 people working there don't know what they are doing and they have not knowledge of the menu. We ordered soy milk with chocolate powder on the top and a hot chocolate was served instead! I ordered a royal special (smoked salmon, poched eggs, spinach and toast) but the menu didn't mention that it came with hollandaise sauce and we also asked the lady to don't put any souce on the top but on the side, but what I received was a plate full of holland sauce on the top! When we showed the mistake, the guy was kind enough to change it but the lady kept saying loudly: "I told him it comes with the sauce", which was not the case because she was not sure when we asked the question before and we also said that if there was any sauce, they should have put it on a side. Very unprofessional! We also ordered an english breakfast and the plate was a mess: beans everywhere (usually the beans should come into a bowl) and 2 toast full of butter as you can see from the picture attached. At the end we went to pay the bill and what happened was just ridiculous. After a bill of £26 for breakfast, the lady asked us how we would like to pay the service charge and how much? This should be on discretion. Finally we only paid the breakfast because the bill was already high enough and the service charge should have been already included. I think if you guys deserve a tip people they will gave to you without asking fot it. Never again. Waste of money.

Went for a drink while waiting for a medical appointment ordered 2 tropical juices and to my horrified surprise we were served 2 salads When I said I didnt order any salad she starting shouting that yes we ordered while me and my friend said no we didn't A very nasty experience I will never go back again Instead of an apology for her mistake she made it look like it was us u ordered wrong

We have just been in for breakfast . Both myself and husband ordered fried egg on toast. When it arrived the toast had no butter on so we had to order it. The can that was on the table holding the cutlery and napkins had a dirty mark it looked like dried food .My egg was under cooked so had to send it back . When the waitress took it to the chef they appeared to be having a very loud argument ! Anyway when the egg on toast came out it was fine . Whilst I was eating the waitress was on her phone having a very loud angry sounding conversation as well as the loud drum and base music blaring in the room I couldn’t wait to get out . So for this experience we paid £14.20 which included a Diet Coke and a latte . Very expensive for eggs on toast with a drink . Will not be returning

My wife & I were staying in Golders Green so we walked down to Piacere for breakfast. I had the "Full Monty", which was fantastic. My wife had the "Avocado Mash" with salmon, spinach, feta cheese & poached eggs, scrumptious. We both had a juice, a carrot, apple & ginger and pear, apple, cucumber & mint. Delicious. Coffee - excellent too. Thoroughly recommended for breakfast. Will try to get back for lunch!

I like it! They do really nice shakshuka and BLT. Their flat whites are pretty decent as well.

We were staying near by and came here for breakfast one morning. The food was delicious and service was great and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch another day.

Good ambiance with quality food and fresh juices. We have been here twice already and it's a great palce for brunch especially I love the smoothie menu. For food, Shakshuka is a must try if you have not had it before. Pancakes are good as well, ask for some maple syrup.

In my opinion the food here is really average and overpriced. Lots better places to eat. I mentioned that my daughter's slice of cake was unsatisfactory due to an issue that I told the cashier about at the time , sadly it was met with indifference, no apology and no offer to take it off the bill. I would rather spend my money somewhere else where theres service with a smile and an attitude of wanting to please the customer.

El restaurante no es grande, pero son recibidos de inmediato y la comida es muy rápido para salir. Me he alojado aquí unas cuantas veces para desayunar y ahora es mi lugar ir cuando quiero el desayuno fuera de la casa.

Tuve huevos revueltos, tocino en pan fermentado que era bueno, aunque, afortunadamente, el pan no era como por el menú con mantequilla. Mi hijo tenía el desayuno inglés que también era buena, así como los cafés. Mi hija en ley huevos escalfados con espinacas y champiñones, en una dieta de nuevo, que parecía bueno. En cuanto al precio de la comida ya no garantiza los precios cuando la señora mayor, su madre?, se quedó el restaurante. Calidad y servicio ha decrecido significativamente, aunque aún era aceptable. Mis nietos eran sus habituales bulliciosos selves - este es un lugar muy agradable para comer niño.

Comida muy buena pero demasiado caro! No creo que vas a visitar de nuevo. Prefiero antiguo personal también.

Was introduced to this cafe by a friend who lives in the area. It has an interesting selection of salads.I enjoyed my halloumi and roast pepper one whilst my friend had chicken & beetroot which also got the thumbs up. Accompanied by a freshly squeezed mixed fruit juice which I hope did my cold some good!

I do not understand why anyone would rate this place any other rating than horrible. I have been here 3 times and hated it all three times. The food is horrible and the restaurant has no atmosphere.

Lovely location for Sunday brunch in the sun. Wonderful breakfast menu with a wide range of choices. £12 per person for brunch + cup of tea each.. Slightly pricey for a local cafe but the food is lovely so it's worth it. Would visit again.

Had a family lunch here. Gets a bit noisy. Staff very nice and friendly. Food nice but unremarkable, huge salad, medium sized breakfasts. Do kids portions of pasta that are a decent size. Pleasant meal. Tuna salad was nice but too much lettuce without anything else left at the end. Daughter's chocolate brownie and my coffee were good. Prices reasonable.

This cafe is very popular and we always like going ..mostly for breakfast or a light lunch. Staff are always very pleasant.

Temple Fortune makes it very difficult to park a car (in common with so much of London) - but whenever I'm in North West London I love to make my way to Piacere where the staff are always really helpful, pleasant and they serve great coffee and are happy for me to use the wifi in peace.Food is casual, tasty and the place is an oasis in the area. Excellent for generous nourishing breakfasts.

My Girlfriend, friends, family & me love to come here! The breakfast is definitely the best you can get for the price in London. Coffee, cakes & burgers are also great! Best quality food, lovely staff and really lovely atmosphere. It's a shame that many customers seem to be too posh to say thank you and appreciate the great food and service. That doesn't stop this restaurant from always beeing polite and friendly though. Massive respect for that! Thank you for the amazing breakfast again today :) highly recommended!!

There are a lot of good places to eat around here but this was a very average tuna melt sandwich which just didn't seem to have any flavour and honestly for the price I was expecting a lot more . The eggs looked good so maybe it deserves a second chance? Rather too busy and chaotic to fit my requirements for a calm cup of coffee.
