Nando's - Edgware in Barnet

We visited nandos around 3 pm. The place had a handful of customers only. The staff were busy talking among themselves at this quiet period. We were greeted and shown to a table, and we were asked if we had been to Nandos before, and he quickly explained on the ordering persedure, followed by asking if we had any alliges. We ordered via the app, and the food followed shortly after, so we didn't have to wait that long. Along with the food, our glasses for our drinks. I had to leave my food at the table to go fill up drinks before coming back to the table to eat. This was the only annoying part of our visit as they should bring over the glasses while we wait for our food. Other than that, everything was good. The place was clean and so were the toilets. After our meal, we walked past the staff standing by the tills, and unfortunately, we left without being acknowledged or a thank you.

The place is a bit small but perhaps that makes it nicer? Staff were efficient, place is clean and has all the usual Nando’s stuff. The main let down is the size of the chicken…I guess that’s been an issue everywhere but man are these baby chickens or what?

The Manager just swore at me for using the bathroom. Ive been happy customer at Nandos for years and i just got sworn at for using the bathroom. Ill defantly not go back there again until they chabge the management. Unbelievable bad manners

One of the best Nandos I’ve been to. Every time I go food is amazing, service is so welcoming and super speedy. All the staff go out their way to make the visit flawless! Delivery is also great, never had a bad one.

A buzzing part of North West London. VERY busy... restaurant was clean staff were lovely and food was flawless... one of the best nandoes restaurant I've eaten at!!

everything was great excellent food apart from a lils sauce remained on the bottle but no issue as there was a tap and one sauce was working well but other then that it was all good as they have multiple

£7 tax/service charge was added to our bills. Never again. Nandos just lost a customer

Good old Nandos, always a pleasant experience.

Tried nandos after a long time. Wasnt so busy today and found the food arriving really quick. Drinks were really cold and didnt even need ice. Definitely recommend the sunset burger, sweet and spicy depending on how hot you choose. Staff was real friendly too.

Do not book through deliveroo. Awful customer service from staff. Ordered chickpea burger through deliveroo, staff were aware they do not have this in stock. Did not bother to notify us that this is the case. Waited 45 minutes for the order. Rest of the food was cold and undercooked. Utterly disappointed. This is the third account for such poor service. Would not bother ordering from here again.

Got bored within 5mins of the game it definitely needs improvement. Not good enough

Fell into Nando's on the way home after a long day. Place was mostly empty and food was delivered quickly and as always was delicious. The most fun of course is selecting what sauces you would like to have at that moment! Only slight downside is the last two times I was there, both on quiet weeknights, the lighting was quite low, but on both occasions nearing the end of my dining, they brightened the lights! It would have been nice to have them bright enough to see my food clearly from the start.

I work right next door and every time I come here I can not fault the service from the manager Spiro. He is very professional and helpful. Great addition to Nandos.

The typical Nandos dish is good. The only thing is that they could increase the cleaning of the tables and bathrooms a bit.

Nando's never disappoints with food, but lately, the plates have disappeared. I would like plate to eat from, so far, cutlery is still there, so we're good Seems a little lost and chaotic Music is good Food is good What's not to like

Went in with my daughter on Sunday afternoon. Ordered a veg pitta. The veg was not cooked properly as it was crumbled into pieces instead of a burger type. Chicken was dry no wonder the restaurant was nearly empty. I’ve been to many Nandos and have been satisfied always. This mob are obviously not good enough. Stay away. You have been warned.

Very fast service, not too busy on Sunday evening. Everything was as expected and staff were lovely too. Peter’s customer service was excellent, he made sure we had a great dining experience, especially as this was our first time in this branch. I wish Nando’s would have the same tunes as in the kitchen, as their taste of music is amazing! Food was great, again, as expected for Nando’s great standards. Would definitely return here again

Always visit Nandos after our daughters appointment at Stanmore. Long drive both ways, but this Nandos makes it worthwhile. Great food and helpful staff 👍

Ordered from nandos Edgware 2x this week as we were hosting. On BOTH occasions they forgot items from our order which left us in a pickle as we had children and other guests. On the first occasion I was told to call nandos customer service if I wanted my money back. The manager didn't offer to send me the missing items so we went without. On the 2nd occasion, I rung in and was told by the same manager that he would speak to deliveroo and get them to send me the missing items. He said he would also arrange the refund and call me back once it was all confirmed. 20-30 minutes passed with no phone call. So I had to call them again and ask for an update. The same manager told me I had to call them myself to get a refund. When asked why he didn't call me back, he simply said it wasn't in his job description to call me back!!?? This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told him this was horrible service. That his staff needed to take better attention. He said he won't blame his staff because he had packed my order on both occasions apparently. In a time where people are struggling to make ends meet, nandos Edgware are LUCKY I gave them by business. Sadly bad news travels faster than good news and you have lost a valuable customer. As I said to the "manager"..I will never order from that branch again. A flea could have run that branch and done a bloody better job!

Chicken breast cold . Thank god for the variety of chilli Sauce. To warm them up. The Bap a little tough. Nice selection of Chilli sauces. Got a warm glass to collect my coke I asked for another explained it was to warm , must a just came out of the dish washer The waitress couldn't understand what the fuss was. Looking at me as if to say I didn't do like!!!. Not one of the best Nandos . Shame for I like a good Nandos .

Sin duda, un lugar donde saben haver bueno el pollo. Tienen una serie de salsa picantes propias reguladas de bajo a alto valor picante. Ensaladas tienen pocas pero muy buenas. Recomendable pedirte tu ración racion de pollo con uno o dos de los entrantes de la carta. Te sale más económico y abundante el plato. Agua y refrescos es self service.

Highly recommend! I was there with my partner 15 minutes till closing time and they still let us eat which not everywhere is happening! Happy with customer service to!

Visited this place recently and I was really happy with the taste and the quality of food.. To add to this, the manager at this branch of Nando’s was also very calm and he patiently handled our issue (we had scanned the QR code on the table and not sure how, but order got placed in a different branch of Nando’s). When he got to know the issue, he called there and got us the refund and then we placed the order again in the correct branch

When we entered with a party of five, we were asked to wait until a table was free. However there were multiple free tables that could easily have been moved around to create a table suitable for out party, but in the end we were asked to fit into a booth for 4 with the 5 of us, which was a bit tight. We were told there would be someone coming to our table to take our order (as the QR code did not work) yet after 10 minutes of waiting we ordered at the counter. Not what I call good service… The food was quite OK yet very greasy, but pricewise what you can expect from a chain. Also, the (what I think) manager is very rude to some of his personnel and not treating them all the same. He is definitely nor running the place as he should be and blaming his staff for it, being rude and overly bossy all the time. He was especially rude to the bigger girl, who in our opinion (together with the girl in the flower blouse) was working harder than all the skinny ones together. Conclusion: don’t think I will eat at any Nando’s anytime again soon, and this place needs better management for sure.

Yeah just over rated in my opinion. Get the same elsewhere for cheaper.

Should add Halal menu, rest the place is perfect to eat in and the staff is super friendly.

4 stars for a good Nandos. Pretty much what you expect from a Nandos. Food came quickly, staff were nice. I was a little cramped in my seat where they put me, other than that a solid experience.

Not often the staff are attentive to the customer. Here in Nando’s, the staff looked after me and made feel at home. Low carbs, high protein but filling at the same time I said to the waitress. Immediately, she said “I recommend half a chicken and long-stem broccoli”. Perfect! I said. As I sat down, the waiter moved the tables to make more space for me and made sure that I was comfortably seated. Excellent! The chicken was tender and succulent not over cooked and dry. The broccoli was green, crunchy but still tender, exactly how I like it. Great value for money. The staff were young but caring and professional. A little more scanning around, making eye contact with customers would be perfect. Apart from that, I would say I had a good evening.

Don't waste your time. App doesnt work right so after fighting with it to get everything ordered, THEN it wants to create your account, and promptly loses your entire order.

Long wait, app wasn't working and it was pretty loud even though there weren't a lot of people there.

no star at all as i have experienced order wrap at nandos and i forget to ask is it halal or not . they said i have to reorder and manager was just so rude although they asked if we had something vegetarian they can offer me but i need to pay thats ok i was willing to pay but the manager was so rude and literally i dont want to go again but the lady at till was so kind and humble .and that one star for that kind girl at till .

The food here has been fantastic latley. Been a couple of times with my friend for lunch and such wonderful efficiency. The food spot on every time.

Just ordered from Nandos Edgware today, and to be honest, I don't know who works in their kitchen, but they need to step up, the coleslaw was expired, I never felt this disgusting sour taste and the creamy mash half of it like a rock and the rest with a wierd taste. I will not order from that location from now on, unfortunately. I love Nandos, but today ,disappointment. Picture below with creamy mash 🤦‍♀️

I can never get bored of Nandos! Absolutely love the food, great atmosphere too. The service is always fast, efficient and very helpful staff. Love the edgware branch so much. If anyone is looking for a nice place to eat, I recommend you go here.

I was meeting a friend in Edgware after my motorbike test, we were going to possibly eat in Nando’s but not sure, as I had a time to kill I went there and try to order a drink, a beer perhaps, but I wouldn’t have food as start, the place was empty. The waitress asked the manager if I could have a beer but not having food at the moment, and the manager said no, he said I could just have a drink followed by a meal, so, instead to sell one beer or 2 beers and make a profit, he didn’t sell anything in the refusing to serve me. I’m 39 year old, I reckon I’m aloud to have a beer without the meal, and maybe when my friend would come we possibly would have a meal, in the end we went for another restaurant down the road, where I was able to have some drinks until my friend came and we had some food. I felt a bit discriminated in the way. I won’t come back ever again.

This is my edited review. Anyways, as soon as I walk in, I see the staff smiling right away and ready to serve me. The wait for my food wasn't too long. I had 3 chicken wings, chips and broccoli. I didn't like the chicken wings but I think that's just my point of view and others would like it. The chips and broccoli was very delicious and would 100% recommend coming here!

Young, blonde lady was serving me and my family and was very unprofessional and rude. Food was alright. But staff needs more Customer service training

Quality service, delicious food!

It's fast paced restaurant but kind of not satisfied with the chicken the meal platter it's dry and hard but all in all its alright. The atmosphere can be too loud especially they don’t have enough space.

Nothing beats Nandos taste. Good restaurant delivering the expected taste as it should be. Very busy, good size seating area. Took a take away but unfortunately it was one item (payed for) short, so be vigilant when receiving the take away bag over the counter.

It was about 10 years that my Mrs asking me to try Nandos but always i said I can't see any especial meal in their menu. I have confess, I was absolutely wrong. Wow, wow, such a nice salads, tasty chicken with fabulous sources. Not pricy at all. Very nice and polite staff. I was going to pay a tip but as I had no cache with me, I offered a card payment tip. They didn't accept. Extremely, recommend. I am not sure about other branches but this one was super clean, when I say super clean, I mean it.

Lovely friendly staff and very efficient service. Tables were clean and we'll set out. Meal was lovely, I had a chicken wrap, salted Peri chips and coleslaw. Delicious!

This Nandos is slightly different, led by Reza the manager of this branch the staff are friendly and welcoming and provide quality food. We are vegetarian and there are plenty of options, massive fan of the beanie wrap and the creamy mash, the halloumi starter is delicious. Definitely be back and recommend if you are in the Edgware area, close vicinity to the station.
