Restaurant Review: My parents visited for a Christmas Eve meal and were absolutely delighted with both the food and the exceptional service from Kay. Mark was also incredibly hospitable, making sure they had everything they needed. The food was amazing, but the service truly stood out—definitely 5-star! Thank you Mark and Kay for a memorable day!

Our family have been meeting at The Jolly Badger, Mill Hill annually to celebrate the festive season. Everyone said the food was excellent, especially the ones who ordered steaks and ribs. It was very busy and our table was 14 pax so some of the dishes was served later than others but this was understandable. Our waitress was always able to deal with our queries. On the whole a great time was had by all. Thank you. 🤗

Great atmosphere super delicious food. No complaints. We have our family christmas lunch at The Jolly Badger every year. Had 15 this year on the 22nd Dec and all the food served at the same time which was great.

Very disappointing, several meals over cooked & dry. Staff not interested, did not approach manager myself as we were there for a birthday celebration & did not want to spoil the occasion. Contacted restaurant afterwards but manger only seemed interested in getting feedback on my contact not on my complaint. Had no interest in the poor quality of the food !!!

Julie always provides the warmest and most helpful service and is an asset to this Jolly Badger Harvester. We had a lovely Sunday lunch.

Be aware when you park your car make sure you put your registration number in the machine, or they will try to give you a ticket. The sign's are NOT clearly displayed.

They fitted me in on a cold wet Sunday afternoon when I needed a hot meal on a day ‘out’. Julie was an excellent server.

5 star customer service from Kay this morning, fabulous staff member and made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

The young girl serving us was lovely, chatty and smiley but not very astute. I asked for a glass of water and a small cranberry juice and she returned with a glass of cranberry juice mixed with water. I didn't say anything as I didn't mind the taste and didn't want to embarrass her. Service was very slow from everyone in clearing our plates. The atmosphere was a bit odd and it seemed like there was a lot of school kids walking around and giggling wearing black clothes but then I realised they worked there. Starter and dessert was good, the mains (burgers) weren't very good quality. We ordered from the groupon menu. Would be better if some music was playing and having more experienced staff on shift to mentor the younger ones but for the price i guess it wasn't too bad.

We have been here several times for breakfast, and its usually good. A couple of times it was not great. This visit was terrible. All 4 slices of toast were burnt. The sausages were tough and tasted as though they had been cooked and kept warm for a long time. Only the eggs were freshly cooked and tasted okay. Very disappointing. I doubt we will be coming back.

Its always nice to have a breakfast, we have been served by Julie and shes wonderful and very friendly. We always enjoy as always.

Becoming dearer every successive menu change!

I had the most awful food just right now. Nachos was stale with no sauce or cheese. Ordered sweet potatoes fry which again seemed to be reheated. I had a dead lettuce on a burger which was dry and overcooked . The smell from the burnt food coming from the kitchen was so overpowering and not pleasant . I did tell the waitress that the food was awful but the bill came big and fat !!! Feel disgusted to pay a big amount for such rubbish food

I’ve returned here over the years since it was one of the first ever Harvesters. The current Harvester has yet another menu which seems to have struck the balance in jumping on food trends and classic Harvester fare. The rotisserie chicken and ribs are the classic has reintroduced the great deserts. Service was friendly from the excellent Julie.

Great selection of food at a cost to suit all budgets

Went to the harvest for my mums 50th, few of her sisters and some of the cousins and had a horrible experience. Marc was so rude from the start he shouting in my 17 and 15 year old cousins faces for going to the salad bar even though they ordered food. His staff was lying about asking for id and served minors ,he came across so aggressive all night long. He wouldn't allow my cousin have her child in the pub after 9 and repeatedly came down shouting saying child needs to leave wouldnt allow her to wait for her taxi inside, he let other customers have there kids running around until after 10 o clock. Once 11 o clock hit he said that we had to go to the door and we said we bought drinks we will finish them he told his co-worker go down and take the drinks we all paid for ,she continued to stick her fingers into her drink that she was drinking and tried taking everything we had paid for and when we told her stop she started continuously shouting saying don't tell me what to do,as we got up to leave mark verbally abused my 15 year old sister. I would highly unrecommend coming here the staff was so rude especially mark and the red haired girl he was working with they were shouting abuse at us and served underage people .

Wonderful service, polite, professional staff (julie and 2 young gentleman that seated us and took our drink orders). Wonderful food and drink. Atmosphere was good. Value for money. Would recommend and get the app it is worth it for special offers.

10/10. Came on a Sunday to bring our Nan and Auntie out and Julie who served us was amazing. So friendly and attentive and fantastic with our little boy. Such super service! Also the food came out at at nice time, hot and fresh and we all said it was great! Salad bar was topped up and fresh. Really really impressed with everything ☺️☺️☺️

Me and my boyfriend come here often, we find the food is good value for money with the salad bar included, always a friendly welcome on arrival, Asha is always there when we are and is always very friendly and accomodating and has gone above and beyond on occasions for us, so thankyou Asha, credit to the team, overall good experiences when we have been and we love the food, one thing I can say is the corn on the cob has never been good, seems to be left in water to long, watery and tasteless, I'm sure this could be better, hope this changes, Many Thanks 😊
