Came in with friends and was immediately greeted by a jolly chap called Ben, which gave us great service along with friendly service, made our night, his attentive service was second to none, an asset to MAB and an asset to the locals, such a lovely guy such a great barman. Thanks Ben xx

Macie was our waitress for this evening, she was very polite and attentive to us at all times and our meals were delicious 😋 especially the sirloin steak and chicken fries 👌🏻

Went to the harvest for my mums 50th, few of her sisters and some of the cousins and had a horrible experience. Marc was so rude from the start he shouting in my 17 and 15 year old cousins faces for going to the salad bar even though they ordered food. His staff was lying about asking for id and served minors ,he came across so aggressive all night long. He wouldn't allow my cousin have her child in the pub after 9 and repeatedly came down shouting saying child needs to leave wouldnt allow her to wait for her taxi inside, he let other customers have there kids running around until after 10 o clock. Once 11 o clock hit he said that we had to go to the door and we said we bought drinks we will finish them he told his co-worker go down and take the drinks we all paid for ,she continued to stick her fingers into her drink that she was drinking and tried taking everything we had paid for and when we told her stop she started continuously shouting saying don't tell me what to do,as we got up to leave mark verbally abused my 15 year old sister. I would highly unrecommend coming here the staff was so rude especially mark and the red haired girl he was working with they were shouting abuse at us and served underage people .

Most of the food was fine but half the steak was too tough to eat.

Julie provided a wonderful service today, helping us familiarise ourselves with the new menu and options and making sure we have everything to have a nice lunch.

Chill Friday lunch, with my great server Julie, only critique is the burger was slightly too tough for my liking everything else though more than made up for it.

Me and my boyfriend come here often, we find the food is good value for money with the salad bar included, always a friendly welcome on arrival, Asha is always there when we are and is always very friendly and accomodating and has gone above and beyond on occasions for us, so thankyou Asha, credit to the team, overall good experiences when we have been and we love the food, one thing I can say is the corn on the cob has never been good, seems to be left in water to long, watery and tasteless, I'm sure this could be better, hope this changes, Many Thanks 😊

Have been visiting the jolly badger for over 15 years! Same great quality. It is amazing how a restaurant can keep up with the same great quality for so long. Very cosy and nice restaurant, fast service, clean and friendly staff!

Not the nicest Harvester meal I've ever had! Food was rather blend and not hot enough for us. Waitress was lovely though and very helpful.

Just had breakfast,which was delicious! And we were served by the lovely Julie. Who couldn’t have been any friendlier and helpful. I fully recommend this Harvester.

Took my partner here as it's her first time she's been to harvester and she loved it and loved the portion sizes. Julie our server and she was very warm and welcoming and reassured us the entire time. We ordered dirty burger with dirty chips (the single was big enough) and my partner ordered the chicken skewer with honey sauce and it was all great! It's decent but I think Harvester is now overpriced for the quality of food they serve. Great for something quick and easy but I can go elsewhere to get something nicer for the same price.

Our hostess, Christina was patient and paid attention to our requirements. She answered all our enquiries satisfactorily.

Some of the food was v nice and some either over ir under cooked. The waitress was lovely but presumably new. We all ordered drinks and 3 of them were alcoholic. My v pregnant daughter ordered a non alcoholic drink but the waitress gave her one of the alcoholic ones by mistake. Fortunately she could taste it wasn't right. So not impressed with that. Handled well by the manageress, but still far from ideal!

Our waitress Julie was her usual amazing self. Always happy and eager to help. Everything was good except the steak which was very tough not the best cuts of meat.

Been here a few times but our last visit was awful. The waitress just didn't bother to take our orders until we kept asking or clear the table. Luckily we had refill drinks (when she actually gave us the glasses) so at least we weren't thirsty while waiting fir our food. Such a shame 😔

It's OK, better than the Bushey branch, my food was good, main and desert. Family of six. I ordered the most expensive main on the menu, to test. Kids meals and some value options, were not so good, 2 out of 5. The service was polite, but sometimes hard to locate a server and we were left waiting between courses and at payment time. The restaurant looks in need of maintenance and you can smell the toilets in some areas of the restaurant, not good. Overall, like most other ageing Harvesters, with just a bit of focus on key areas, care and attention, would make them much better prospect and value.

Great harvester for food, sometimes when busy there may be a wait. Service was very good, especially as we had a new member of staff who had stayed to help when someone else had called in sick

Shannon was a fantastic fantastic server, very polite and helpful and took great care of us as well! Mark seated us at first and was lovely and jovial with us, he made us feel warmly welcomed.

I use the app "To Good To Go" and out of the dozen or so meals I've reserved I've only been able to collect my food 4 times. All of the other instances the Jolly Badger have cancelled my reservation, usually only 30 minutes before collection, but it can be as little as 5 minutes. The food is good, if you can get it.

Nice place, food was very tasty as it usually is at Harvester, few if the other customers were very loud, and someone was arguing at the opposite side of the place, but can't hold that against Harvester.

Had a lovely meal catching up with friends. Shannon was very friendly and helpful.

We had a voucher (Free Main Meal) from loyalty scheme, which was very good. Food was excellent and I ordered Mega Lib. I also asked to have mushy pea, instead of "coleslaw(?)" as advised before and I got mushy pea.

We had £20 off £40 voucher and the server was excellent to confirm that we can use the voucher against the order (total should be more the £40.00, in order for the voucher to be valid). He was very kind and careing as well. As the temperature was high on that day, he asked the drink first and he brought it immeidiately.

It was a cold night outside but we got a warm and friendly service from Asha. Thank you

Service was good, but the place is looking a little tired, and there's a limited menu.

What is there to say? It's a Harvester, the beer is cold and the food is almost real food! It's no frills, solid prices and a good vibe. Usually the first stop on my Mill Hill pub crawl so many happy memories there! When I was a little nipper it used to have a soft play centre inside it as well. It was a different time when you could go run around and play while your parents got drunk... Good times!

We dine at this Harvester (Jolly Badger) regularly. The food and atmosphere is always great. We particularly like Julie our very friendly and bubbly waitress. Thank you Julie and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Spending time at this restaurant with my family was truly amazing. Despite the bustling crowd, we were extremely happy with the service we received. The manager, Nasta, was exceptional in ensuring our experience was top notch . Although we had some issues with the steaks on the set menus due to using vouchers, I strongly recommend reading the terms and conditions, as the 25% discount doesn’t work on the set menus. The voucher for kids to eat for £1 also doesn’t work on the set menus, and you cannot use both on the same bill, as we were later explained by the manager. I found it unhelpful that the first server who served us didn’t mention that, but Nasta came and took over after we had the issue several times with the voucher. I’m glad the waitress asked Nasta to have a look at the issue because she didn’t understand why the voucher did not work, and we also didn’t understand what was wrong. Nasta came to the table, looked at the issue, and made everything simple by kindly explaining the terms and conditions, as we were all confused. Luckily, she swiftly resolved the matter, showcasing her efficiency and professionalism. Her politeness and helpfulness left a lasting impression on us. We are definitely looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Nasta, for looking after us during the busy time.

Our food was fabulous, the waitress Nasta was great. But the £1 offer for kids was very misleading. When we go to the app the T&C is very discreet and also at the restaurant. They need to be clearer. The waitress saved the day with her superb customer service though.
