Never, ever visit here, disgusting food and overpriced. Owner is horrible and speaks to her staff like something she stepped on.

Cuando llegamos a la cafetería en Morrisons Rothwell la cafetería era muy tranquilo un montón de mesas para sentarse cuando pedimos nuestra comida nos dimos cuenta de este papel en el mostrador de labranza diciendo no puré sin pescado ni frijoles no chaqueta patata no hay comida.

Estuve un par de veces aquí antes de escribir mi crítica y aunque la comida se comercializa como saludable y bueno para usted, la experiencia de ir aquí no es muy buena. El personal tiende a charlar entre ellos y se ven ocupados mientras la gente espera ser atendida. Afortunadamente, la primera vez que fui aquí me recibió un amigo que me dijo que descargara la aplicación y el pedido desde allí, lo que hice, pero todavía se sentía que el servicio era un poco lento. Nunca volví a ver a este tipo, pero era genial. Si hubiera incluso algunos más como él que los que parecen estar priorizando fervientemente los pedidos en línea estilo deliveryoo entonces podría ser mucho mejor. Tener a alguien en la caja todo el tiempo con una sonrisa y tal vez todo sería mucho mejor. La comida caliente no está muy caliente. El batido de aguacate es muy bueno. Vergüenza, buen concepto, el servicio realmente lo defrauda.

suprised at previous bad reviews. We were a group of 18 cyclist. We had prebooked. We received a warm welcome and places had been reserved for us. The taking of the order was efficient and service was without delay, I had a fried egg bap and tea which was hot and tasty and reasonably priced. couldnt fault.

Because of were i work I don't get many weekends off (mothers day), so I took my mum for afternoon tea on the Monday after. I wish I had taken her somewhere else. Paid £10 for each (afternoon tea) when it arrived it had 4 prepacked sandwiches 2 little biscuits that where to hard to eat 2 tiny buns and macaroons that had no taste, a Devon scone that the (wooden) knife could not cut through and last but not least 2 takeaway cups with teabags in. Over all very disappointed. Over priced and underwhelmed

I ordered the picture food which was label veal with a spicy pasta for £16.95! It was dreadful and the place was dead! There was a poor woman running around trying to do everything! The owners of this place are a disgrace and deluded if they can’t see what is going on in this place! Could be so much better!

Los mejores bocadillos están en la parte trasera de la tienda (en la tienda cerca del distrito de teatros). Los bocadillos y frutos secos de baja calidad están cerca de la parte delantera y en bolsas más pequeñas. Debería ser todo lo contrario. Lo mejor era difícil de localizar. Además, necesitan bolsas de papel. Las bolsas de plástico naranja son horribles para el medio ambiente.

Don’t waste your Money Had visited before and the food was good. This time it was terrible. Flabby chicken wings, casoulet was awful, the “wild mushroom tagliatelle “ was just disgusting. Heavy cream sauce, no taste, forgot the Parmesan crisp, just not worth the money. When asked how the food was, we expressed our disappointment + no response, no one cared that it was awful it was almost as if they expected it to be as terrible as it was. Avoid this place at all costa

Haven't been in for ages but can't believe how much it has gone down. The metal table legs were covered in dust, dirt and old food debris. The single female toilet was filthy. The toilet and sink were both dirty. The toilet seat was loose and there was dust everywhere.

Scruffy, dirty and run down. Not quite sure if Im describing the pub or the bar staff. Both. We thought we'd give this place a chance under new management. What a mistake, it's got worse! First round - served 4 drinks without a single word from the bar staff. Asked for a large wine but not possible. No explanation why not. 2nd round - needed the glasses back from the 1st round so that they could be re-used as they didn't have enough. There were only 4 other people in the place. It smelt. It was scruffy and run down. It was so bad it was funny. Wont be going back.

Aplastó coches en el aparcamiento, la zona del patio exterior cubierto de suciedad, al entrar en el hotel se asemeja a un sitio de construcción abandonado, la habitación que nos dieron era sucia, apestaba a sudor y tabaco rancio, una pulgada de polvo en la cabecera de la cama y en la esquina de la alfombra, el hotel habitado claramente por personas con adicciones a las sustancias o al alcohol, la vista desde la ventana era un techo con cientos de restos de cigarrillos en él, (ver olor a tabaco rancio comentario más arriba) , este es sin duda el peor lugar en el que hemos tenido la desgracia de alojarse y personalmente no conozco una persona que pasaría una noche en este lugar. Nos alojamos 10 minutos, nos reservé en el Ibis 2 millas más abajo de la carretera. Una queja severa planteada con booking.com que debería avergonzarse de tener este hotel en su sitio web. ¡Necesita cerrar!

El café y el té servidos eran encantadores. El té crema se sirvió con bollo frío de piedra con crema coagulada fría?? Se podría pensar que el personal tendrá sentido común para servir el bollo caliente, especialmente cuando el clima es tan frío en enero. O podrían haber preguntado al cliente como en otros lugares. ¡Decepcionado!

This place is terrible, don't bother! The attitudes of the staff stink, they are rude, the prices are ridiculous for what you get, you get a small amount of dessert and you have to wait ages to get anything!
