Waiting an hour and twenty one minutes after food order is unacceptable

Fuimos a asar el domingo y los 4 tuvimos la carne asada. Fue fenomenal. Probablemente el mejor asado que he comido. La carne de res era medio rara y se derretía en la boca deliciosa. Tuvimos dos postres, pudín de toffee desmenuzado y pegajoso, entre nosotros y de nuevo ninguna queja en absoluto. El helado de jengibre en el pudín de toffee era sublime y el crumble de manzana y bayas era una delicia. El servicio fue rápido, atento y el personal era servicial y bien informado. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

No use este chippy de M&A en la carretera de Sunbury todo el pollo precalentado desde la noche antes de que se recalienten y el kebab y el pollo es como cuero de bota recalentado y microondas y el kebab se mantiene en las bandejas

Went for lunch today (18th march 2025). It was an absolute shambles. Ran out of fish, left us standing in the hot food que, in the way of other customers. A member of staff served my pie meal while we were waiting for 2 fish and chips, this went cold, After a 15 minute wait! Eventually given a tab with table number and said they would deliver to the table, well....stood in the drinks queue and 2 plates of fish and chips landed in front of us, placed in front of my disabled mum on a tray, she was left to carry tray of food with walking stick, absolutely not acceptable (I had tray of my meal and drinks). Food was POOR for £47 for 3 meals and 3 drinks, £7.71 added for VAT! Sat at table, staff fussing round sweeping floor, cleaning tables, not a relaxing atmosphere! Staff on exit door saying thank you, have a good day, is lip service to the service we recieved, our experience was shocking, we will not be returning. John Lewis pride themselves on quality, good customer experience and all at an absolutely unbelievable overpriced establishment. I will not be telling my friends and family to eat at John Lewis, Cheadle neither would I recommend anyone to visit this place

Rubbish. Get your car park lights on. An accident waiting to happen. Didn't bother stopping. Amazed we even found the exit.

El personal era encantador, Becky. La calidad del desayuno era realmente aceptable, pero era apenas cálido. El té y el café era bueno.

Place is filthy. Inside and outside of big windows dirty. Toilets smelly and filthy. Only disabled toilet open. Disabled toilet sink tap continually leaking and loos on the sink. Tables dirty. Staff spending more time chatting than working. Attitude problems everywhere

Lovely historic ambience and architecture. Stayed in the suite for one night as had to attend a wedding. Food was lovely and service was great. Great customer service. Very pleasant and helpful. The Suite. Bathroom was beautiful although l just used the shower due to finding hair in the bath. I feel the interior decoration in the suite could be warmer, with more colour. The glass furniture in the room is rather tacky including the silver lamps too. A shame for such a lovely space and the amount paid for the night. The room of itself is a lovely size, nice windows and view. Thank you.

Ordered a delivery, then cancelled 20 mins later as they had not started preparing the food and thought we would go there in the car instead but they do not refund the money. Lost over £20x won’t ever use again

Pat at Lymm, this absolute gem of a woman found my lost wedding ring within minutes of a panicked phone call from me half hour after I had left the services. Pat went above and beyond finding a colleague of mine who was in there and getting my ring back to me. I can’t thank her enough as now I’ll not get in trouble with her in doors!! Thanks again. Whilst doing the week’s shop we popped into the cafe for a quick lunch. We queued for 20mins although not that busy. There were only 2 people working and I think the person on the till was new as didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I did feel sorry for her and she kept apologising. I ordered 2 tuna paninis and I don’t know how they can be sold as paninis as they weren’t grilled or put in a panini press. They were extremely thin baguettes put in a merrichef!! It was so soggy on the bottom and burnt on the top! They had run out of a lot of cakes and napkins too and this was all by 12pm! Will not be retuning to the cafe and wished we had gone to McDonalds instead!

I was waiting to be served for nearly 20 mins. 4 people were served before me, and 3 of those came in after me. I wouldn't of minded so much, but it's like I wasn't there. I have used them quite a lot, but probably won't again.

Huge thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome and being extremely helpful. They were happy for us to join their locals quiz night and kindly allowed us to order food after the cut off time. All staff were great and we would definitely go back. Any negative is drinks a bit pricey but food is delicious and best chips ever!!

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful, but wrong meal arrived, my husband had finished his by the time the correct meal arrived. The hot meal was served on a cold plate and the food was not thoroughly heated. Not an enjoyable meal or experience. We were offered 1 x complimentary drink to compensate. :(

Food was amazing, hospitality was brilliant, staff couldn’t do enough. Will deffo recommend. The barmaid recommended a mixed grill and it did not disappoint
