Los mejores bocadillos están en la parte trasera de la tienda (en la tienda cerca del distrito de teatros). Los bocadillos y frutos secos de baja calidad están cerca de la parte delantera y en bolsas más pequeñas. Debería ser todo lo contrario. Lo mejor era difícil de localizar. Además, necesitan bolsas de papel. Las bolsas de plástico naranja son horribles para el medio ambiente.

Compré leggings para niños, sin recibo ya que la máquina se agotó. Se lo probé y no era de cuerpo entero. Mirado en línea y están anunciando como recortado! ¡Sin embargo, no se ha titulado cropped on the legging packaging! Todas las reseñas dicen lo mismo. Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente de Asda, hablé con una mujer que fue muy grosera y me cortó y luego me transfirió a la tienda en la que compré! ¡Quién no pudo ayudar! Me devolvieron el teléfono y no me dijeron nada que pudieran hacer. La última vez que compré ropa de allí.

Haven't been in for ages but can't believe how much it has gone down. The metal table legs were covered in dust, dirt and old food debris. The single female toilet was filthy. The toilet and sink were both dirty. The toilet seat was loose and there was dust everywhere.

Scruffy, dirty and run down. Not quite sure if Im describing the pub or the bar staff. Both. We thought we'd give this place a chance under new management. What a mistake, it's got worse! First round - served 4 drinks without a single word from the bar staff. Asked for a large wine but not possible. No explanation why not. 2nd round - needed the glasses back from the 1st round so that they could be re-used as they didn't have enough. There were only 4 other people in the place. It smelt. It was scruffy and run down. It was so bad it was funny. Wont be going back.

Aplastó coches en el aparcamiento, la zona del patio exterior cubierto de suciedad, al entrar en el hotel se asemeja a un sitio de construcción abandonado, la habitación que nos dieron era sucia, apestaba a sudor y tabaco rancio, una pulgada de polvo en la cabecera de la cama y en la esquina de la alfombra, el hotel habitado claramente por personas con adicciones a las sustancias o al alcohol, la vista desde la ventana era un techo con cientos de restos de cigarrillos en él, (ver olor a tabaco rancio comentario más arriba) , este es sin duda el peor lugar en el que hemos tenido la desgracia de alojarse y personalmente no conozco una persona que pasaría una noche en este lugar. Nos alojamos 10 minutos, nos reservé en el Ibis 2 millas más abajo de la carretera. Una queja severa planteada con booking.com que debería avergonzarse de tener este hotel en su sitio web. ¡Necesita cerrar!

El café y el té servidos eran encantadores. El té crema se sirvió con bollo frío de piedra con crema coagulada fría?? Se podría pensar que el personal tendrá sentido común para servir el bollo caliente, especialmente cuando el clima es tan frío en enero. O podrían haber preguntado al cliente como en otros lugares. ¡Decepcionado!

A place from a nightmare. Not a week goes by without something being broken. Months pass before the manager deigns to order repairs. In Hanley M club spa with a view of the always open dirty toilet. My husband got such an allergy after using the M Club spa that he can't use the pool. Because he gets such a cough that he can't breathe. For me the most disgusting thing is that despite the lack of conditions, children are allowed in who walk and change among naked adults. The manager doesn't see any problem with this. Fortunately, our subscription to this place ends in two months. Membership in this place ended for my husband the loss of health.

This place is terrible, don't bother! The attitudes of the staff stink, they are rude, the prices are ridiculous for what you get, you get a small amount of dessert and you have to wait ages to get anything!

Shelves are empty, goods are stacked in the wrong place and some of the price hikes are unbelievable. A 185g box of maltesers were £2.75, now a 110g box is £2.84. Ferrero Rocher had been £6.50. went down for a week or 2 to £6.00, now £9.48. it's ridiculous.

Waiting an hour and twenty one minutes after food order is unacceptable

Fuimos a asar el domingo y los 4 tuvimos la carne asada. Fue fenomenal. Probablemente el mejor asado que he comido. La carne de res era medio rara y se derretía en la boca deliciosa. Tuvimos dos postres, pudín de toffee desmenuzado y pegajoso, entre nosotros y de nuevo ninguna queja en absoluto. El helado de jengibre en el pudín de toffee era sublime y el crumble de manzana y bayas era una delicia. El servicio fue rápido, atento y el personal era servicial y bien informado. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

The short guy with the striped apron has the worst manners ive ever seen ... apalling

Went for lunch today (18th march 2025). It was an absolute shambles. Ran out of fish, left us standing in the hot food que, in the way of other customers. A member of staff served my pie meal while we were waiting for 2 fish and chips, this went cold, After a 15 minute wait! Eventually given a tab with table number and said they would deliver to the table, well....stood in the drinks queue and 2 plates of fish and chips landed in front of us, placed in front of my disabled mum on a tray, she was left to carry tray of food with walking stick, absolutely not acceptable (I had tray of my meal and drinks). Food was POOR for £47 for 3 meals and 3 drinks, £7.71 added for VAT! Sat at table, staff fussing round sweeping floor, cleaning tables, not a relaxing atmosphere! Staff on exit door saying thank you, have a good day, is lip service to the service we recieved, our experience was shocking, we will not be returning. John Lewis pride themselves on quality, good customer experience and all at an absolutely unbelievable overpriced establishment. I will not be telling my friends and family to eat at John Lewis, Cheadle neither would I recommend anyone to visit this place
