Asda in Ealing

The service with Asda has been awful. Many times my online order has been incorrect with missing iteam or with wrong iteam and even had expired iteams. I was given a incorrect item on my online order that had nuts in and therefore if one the children had eaten would of caused sever medical issue. However Asda felt this was not there fault ....and to refund or compensate. Please always check your online order ideally avoid Asda totally.

Tuve una mala experiencia de entrega cuando el conductor estaba hablando por teléfono todo el tiempo y se negó a dejar de hablar con 'su madre' mientras arreglaba la entrega. También me acusó de "tratarlo como a un esclavo" cuando le pedí ayuda para levantar una pesada caja de entrega (cosa que él a bocajarro se negó a hacer) y me dijeron que me diera prisa al revisar mi pedido al que, resultó que le faltaban tres botellas de vino y algo de queso parmesano (todos, casualmente, los artículos más caros de mi lista - hmm... ). Y sigo esperando, más de seis semanas después y cuatro llamadas telefónicas después, una respuesta para mi queja formal por escrito a ASDA. Patético más allá de toda creencia.

Visité Asda park royal en 2 / 10 / 24 en cuanto salimos del coche nos acercaron mendigos nos pareció muy preocupante una vez que salimos de la tienda nos acercamos de nuevo incluso seguimos hasta el parque de carritos pidiendo la libra que había puesto en el carrito no volveremos a visitar esta tienda de nuevo es necesario respetar a sus compradores y no aguantar estos vagabundos

Asda = rubbish Sigue enviándome comida caducada... Los precios falsos están etiquetados en su tienda 3 por 4 y he pagado alrededor de £ 8 por 4 ... Muy mala calidad y servicios

Así que después de ser cliente de Asda durante muchos años recibiendo mis pedidos entregados en mi domicilio. Hice un pedido como siempre. ¡Dos para el mismo día! Una orden llegó a tiempo. El segundo pedido debía realizarse entre las 21 y las 22 horas. La orden NUNCA llegó. Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente que parecen estar en la India o en algún lugar similar. Quien me informó que mi pedido estaba abajo como ENTREGADO. Suspendieron mi cuenta y dijeron que investigarían. Al día siguiente recibió un correo electrónico indicando que la cuenta continuaría suspendida y no se daría ningún reembolso. Las 00 simplemente se fueron así. Me ha robado Asda. Nunca recomendaría a nadie que use su servicio

Asda is we’re I get my food from not to bad I hate it tho when stuff gets subbed for rubbish it not too shabby tho although it is at times good I love it

So I use to buy my groceries at ASDA (store and online) I normally would ask for delivery at home, and sometimes would actually go to the shop. After 1.5 years of ordering online, today I moved to Tesco. The service to deliver at home wasn't perfect (they failed 4 times before) but last weekend, they not only failed to deliver, but also the driver said it was "delivered" on the system. Right away I called the customer service and they said "sorry sorry"...but nevertheless my account was charged 80 pounds. 2 days later I called, same thing, "sorry sorry", and after 3 days I had to call AGAIN, saying the money wasn't on my account and only then they confirmed that all was clear and the money would be transferred. Missing a delivery, saying it was delivered, charging me, making me make 3 phone calls asking for my money.....tell me, is this a company who value their clients? Oh of course they didn't give any compensation or anything. just a big "bugger off", so I understand and today was my first day doing the monthly groceries with Tesco. You treat your customers like this and I hope you will lose them

Asda in farnborough is charging customers for car park while shopping at their store, their shelves are empty, and they don’t have even a clear sign at the entrance of the car park stating that is a chargeable car park. Every little helps as Tesco says

I have been in hospital for the last month Asda have been amazing I have been ordering 2 to 6 items idea Little treats to help with the recovery It did not matter how small the order. They delivered to the reception at the hospital nearest to my bed.I received every order The drivers were clearly dedicated and empathetic I am truly grateful. Thank you Asda

I have placed an order with Asda , and the driver came yesterday under my house but he didn’t give me my order he just left , his excuse was he didn’t know where is my door however my door is so clear and obvious, and even if so why he didn’t contact me to tell him where is my house ?! , I called the customer service and they are so funny, telling me will give me £5 voucher ! And I can place my order again when I want to place my order again water’s price increased by £7 and olive oil’s price increased by £7.5 , and they still hold my £103 and I will wait the refund , so professional, so holding my money for 5 days and I will place new order with £15 more , such shame !

Do not go to this store!!! Thieves operate in this area. cars are broken into and property stolen on regular basis. There is inadequate CCTV in the car park. Theives know that they will not get caught as there is no evidence. I was watched as I went in the store and within minutes my car was broken into and substantial property stolen. Rather than helping me, staff told me that this is a regular occurance. Despite me being extremely upset and fearful of my safety, they left me at my own devises in the dark and returned to the store. They dont put signs up warning their customer that the car park is a crime hot spot as it does not look good for business. When I spoke to tHE manager why they dont have signs saying 'Beware theives operate in this area', I was told that they do not have to and it discourages customers from comining shopping there knowing its a crime hot spot. Instead they rely on tiny signs scattered around the corners of the car park saying they do not accept liability as you 'park at your own risk'. I will never be returing to Asda again. The staff are poorly trained. Customer services in this store is the worst I have ever seen. The store manager is completely and utterly incompetent. Do not go to this store and tell your family and friends about the dangers they face. If I can help even one person spare the pain and trauma I have gone through after reading this review then it would be worth it.

They don’t know how to deal with customers specially asain security guard was soo rude and he thinks every customer just come to steal I would never recommend Acton Asda even the staff don’t know how to handle I’m busy time it’s soo dirty

This Asda is massive there is a opticians and a pharmacy you can also buy toys for the kids, stationary and equipment and utensils for the kitchen. They have a lot of choice and a large self service. There are lots to choose from and large selections in the products. You can also buy clothes for kids, men and women there is also school supplies for the children such as stationary, clothes and accessories. There is also free parking and a bus stop close right next to asda. The hospital is opposite asda and there are a few buses that go there. There is also a car wash that is affordable and don't take long to wash your hair. They do click and collect

Handy coming off the A40 for petrol and some snacks as always I went in to get a few bits and came out needing 2 bags but its a big store with lots of departments and a chemist

Plenty of parking , cheap petrol and a very large asda store ,lots of choice and frieindly staff. The plus being a nice sit down for a tes or coffee

Perhaps it was becuase this was lunchtime but this was not a welcoming place. A bit untidy and the service was slow and chaotic. Three people serving but oh so slow. Aircon was welcome though.

Having been to the first rate cafe across the road for lunch I came for a shop and a cup of tea. This cafe has little to recommend it. Food fairly cheap though.

Opçao para quem nao quer gastar muito em com alimentaçao mas quer comer bem alguns mercados tem comida pronta tipo arroz, frango etcs e sao muito saborosas por um preço bem legal. Vc come bem pagando menos e nao come mal nao pq as comidas sao bem feitas.
