Visited for lunch at the garden centre ordered from the menu on the table the tuna wrap and a toasted tuna and cheese ciabatta they did not come anything like on the menu the wrap was so overloaded with enough tuna mayo for three wraps it was heavy mushy and oozed out everywhere I could only eat half the ciabatta was cold not grilled cheese unmelted when I enquired as to why the server said the grill machine probably wasn’t working she called over the manager when she came told her my feedback she seemed unbothered and said so a cold ciabatta and too Much tuna in the wrap ? in a patronising manor and next time to complain sooner ! We had to even refer back to the menu as assumed the grilled ciabatta should be hot and melted She didn’t take the items away to show the chef just a fobbed off apology and she didn’t care at all my advice stick to tea and cakes

We've been going to Osterley for years. However, on our last visit the food was of such poor quality we shall not be returning. There are plenty of other garden centres' in West London to choose from.

Really disappointed from the restaurant manager service, attitude, voice and the way how she spoke today with her customer. We went with friends and my little one to have a coffee and stayed near the soft play area. We ordered some food for the kids and as my little one was unpatient and hungry, I had some in my bag half sandwiches, bought outside from the petrol station on the way to the garden canter and I gave my little one that half. In a few minutes the manager approached me, speaking rude and telling me I am not allowed to bring food from outside so disappointed and feel so bad how to Earth someone can tell me not to feed my child. There service and quality of food is so low and slow. Never will return back there...this kind of people have to think before star talking.

My daughter and I arrived at the restaurant at 10.55 am, wanting to order two Vegetarian breakfasts. As we queued, there was only one couple in front of us and a couple behind us. The couple in front of us ordered their breakfasts and when I tried to place our order, an extremely rude female at the counter informed me that she would not take my order as it was 11 am and breakfast service had now finished. She said "I've served them breakfast "(referring to the couple in front "but I'm not serving any more". The full breakfast menu was still displayed on the digital boards behind the counter as still being served. I pointed out that we had been queuing before 11 am and also that it was unfair that she had chosen to serve the couple in front of us but not myself and my daughter. She did not even bother to go into the kitchen to check whether further breakfasts could be ordered. I asked whether we could order anything else of the menu eg. "toasted sandwiches" and she replied by saying "yes, we can do that for you". When I tried to then order alternative food, the same member of staff proceeded to say that we would have to wait until 11.30 am to order anything else as that is when the lunch time menu starts being served! Having been regular visitors to Osterley Garden Centre for years, we left without having had any food. This treatment of customers is totally disgraceful. I sent an email of complaint to the Manager of Osterley Garden Centre when I returned home, however although I received an email of apology, and confirmation that staff would receive further training, it was clear that my complaint had mainly been overlooked and customers are clearly not valued at all. With so many other establishments offering good breakfasts, I will not be returning to eat at Osterley Garden Centre in the future.

We often go for breakfast….they have the best veggie sausages The service can be a little hit and miss. The tables, chairs and cutlery also could do with a good clean. BUT THE BEST THING IS THE PLAY LIST!!! They play the old RnB and soul tracks someone there has a great taste for music.
