Asda merry hill store. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I wanted a make your own pizza on Saturday afternoon at 4pm to be told by the very rude member of staff that she wasn't making anymore as she was tiding up. Asked to speak to the manager who when she arrived was equally as rude and tried to justify why someone couldn't make a pizza. I asked for a number to complain to and she didn't know who or what I needed to do. Another colleague get their personal phone to check this. The number given didn't work so I was later accused of calling this staff member a liar!! Formal complaint raised but I'll never be entering this store again. Truly awful experience, avoid this store at all costs and go to Lidl instead

I ordered an air fryer to be collected ‘after 5pm’ on a given day. When I ‘tracked’ the order it said I had to ‘ collect by 5pm’ I tried for 10 minutes to speak to someone at the store to sort the time out. I was redirected all over the place, eventually directed to a call centre in India. The lady at the call centre tried to put me through to Asda Brierley Hill but no one would pick up. Appalling service

Needs a makeover as this is one of the oldest shops in Merry Hill. Always busy though and some good deals to be had. Free underground parking too.

What lovely people run this chippy, its become my daughter's treat after swimming, the food is fresh , nicely presented and tasty, good value for money. Card payments accepted or cash point next to shop. Highly recommend people try this place out. Thanks guys

56 Blowers Green Rdordered online a breakfest they canceled it 15min before it was to be deliverd disgusting i have carers my morning carer did not do me food because i orded this meal so now no food till 7 tonight unless i order from sumone eles

Swindon RoadAnyone unlucky enough to suffer with allergies, you are in seriously safe hands with Faye! She was absolutely amazing today with my family and I. Faye welcomed us to the table and the first question she asked was with regards to allergies - more people and restaurants need to take note! After a quick read of the disclaimers we ordered our food, safe in the knowledge and in Faye’s capable hands. She was amazing, from start to finish. We need more Faye’s in this world!!!

Lawnswood RoadWe had pre-booked our table, which we normally do (having frequented this pub for the past 15 years!!) When we arrived we were told by the Manager, Michelle, that we had been moved to the next table along. We weren't happy about this, but sat down & noticed that the 'reserved table board ' had been moved along to where we were sat but still had the original reserved number on it. We decided to bot order 'fish🐟 & chips 🍟 only to be told by the Manager, Michelle that the fish had all gone. Ironically enough the 4 people sat at our original reserved table all had 'fish & chips 🍟 '. This certainly 'rubbed salt 🧂 in the wound'. We then decided to leave without ordering food. The Manager, Michelle came over & said 'they are a party of four, whereas there's only 2 of you!!!!' We both felt very 'let down ' and disillusioned about this. We were frankly disgusted!!!!
