Gelato Fusion in Stoke-on-Trent

This place is terrible, don't bother! The attitudes of the staff stink, they are rude, the prices are ridiculous for what you get, you get a small amount of dessert and you have to wait ages to get anything!

Been going here long time last 12months got worse never using again I really choked on broken plastic from a broken lid 6 small pieces have taken photo to send to shop but don't they be bothered

Ordered milkshakes for kids and they came emptied in the bag - delivery driver had a massive attitude problem this seems to be a common complaint too, the milkshakes are bland too I really wouldn’t bother wasting your time and money

We ordered from Uber eats and everything that we ordered - waffles and milkshakes were delicious. Really good selection of products and very kind and speedy delivery.

Ordered however some items missing, the delivery guy said he didn't have them. So I've paid for something I've not had!
