Waiting an hour and twenty one minutes after food order is unacceptable

over an hour late. lied to by the takeaway when they told us it's on it's way and it wasn't. it was a £45 order and when it did finally arrive there were items missing. never again.

We won't order from Indian Corner again!!!! Their food use to be good, it's just average now and we ordered the food at 6.40pm but it didn't arrive till 8.30pm!!! We rang them at 8pm to ask where was our food, they said they were 'doing it now', so, it hadn't even left them yet, one and a half hours later and this was a Weds evening mid week!!! The food arrived nearly 2 hours after we had ordered it, DISGUSTING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't care!!

Food was very nice and fresh, however waited 2 hours for food which is crazy!!! Will not be ordering again due to the wait.

Food was late they need to up their game to be good in terms of delivery. In terms of food it was nicely cooked and tasty meal. I wouldn’t mind waiting for it even it is late or order bit early next time. They have given us freebies with the food such as poppadam, chips, wings and a naan. Which is mentioned when you order write in comments if you want it which I did and received it. Thank you Indian Corner.

had to call to find out where order was told 5 mins then 20 mins later arrived

Been ring 2 time since order should be 7:30 but said 8pm but didn’t I rang again 8:03 said will be here soon until 8:32 haven’t turn up I rang again said on the way I hope not food cold ..

a Sunday evening, order placed 6.42, delivery time 8.00pm well it finally arrived at 8.54pm no apologies no refund, poor service...rang at 8.20 to be told waiting for driver....

2 hour waiting time anyway and then 45 mins late on top ordered a curry and a kebab turned up absolutely fuming it was so late in evening so then had to re order elsewhere didn’t eat until midnight and i ordered food at 8:45 !!!!!

Never disappointed with the quality of the food but delivery time is a joke! Ordered at 10.30pm and food didnt arrive till 12.09 and i only live 5 mins drive away!! Driver was plesent and apologetic.

two hours from time of order. first to 18 25. changed to 18 55 finally arrived at 19 30. called them twice and both times they lied and said it was on its way. with the amount of alternatives available you'd think they would get it right. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This was are go to for indain but last nights food has left a bad taste in are mouths ordered food at 8:40 it came at 10:30. The whole thing tasted of almonds we had ordered chicken tikka The only good point was it was not cold

Left waiting for 2 hours. When tried to contact they said be 7 mins only it never came. Checked on here to see where our delivery was for it too say delivered when it actually never arrivered. Really poor service with no customer care. Never order from here again. Disgraceful.

Awful. Would not order again. Also forgot drinks and told to go to the shop and get it ourselves, that was the whole point of ordering so we didn't have to!!! TERRIBLE

Nice food but always never deliver on time , always add on 30 mins to just eat time and then another 45 mins late !!!! , when I ring it is just leaving

Stale poppadoms foul food and an hour late.

Delivery took nearly 1.5 hours and not all items were delivered (as they have done several times in the past they neglected to add the free spiced chicken wings to the order). Food was ok and reasonable value. However due to the multiple times they have not sent the chicken wings I will not be using them again.

Food was freshly prepared, probably that made them to deliver late. Better to order early..

Estimated "Just-Eat" delivery time was 45 min. Indian Corner added another 30 minutes onto that. The delivery actually arrived 40 minutes after order placed. Curry could have had a few more spices and been a bit more chilli hotter... Was still good. Would order again.

Food was lovely very nice and lots of it , just disappointed they always add on another 30 mins delivery time after paid , but delivery person very polite. Would be better if they added extra time to cover this before paying so you are aware of waiting time.

Delivery the was appalling, an hour and 40 minutes to deliver 6 minutes down the road. Tikka masala was below average, the korma was ok, the garlic naan didn't taste of garlic and was very dry. Wouldn't order from here again

Placed an order to be told that I didn't answer door and they had left me a voicemail which is absolute rubbish then to go on to say I wasn't getting a refund or food was very rude and unpleasant will NOT be ordering again

Food standards have dropped and an hour and half for delivery time every time I order. Found a new place far far better

Food was great. Delivery time was not supposed to be 45-60 minutes was hour and a half.

Placed order at 5.15 on a Monday eve got order at 7.10. It was only for 2 people. Rang and they said they were really busy. Driver said he hadn't been called. That being said the food was lovely. It was the first time we used them but unfortunately due to the delivery and the general Attitude we will stick to our regular curry house.

The food was really good. I have tried couple of takeaways in Reading and the Indian Corner really matches up with the best. Fries and Poppadum added at no extra cost. Will order again soon :)

They forgot the free chicken wings and chips which are supposed to be complimentary if you spend £15 or more. This is not the first time and it's very disappointing because their food is generally awesome!

Not a good overall experience. Took two hours. Quoted An houp and 10 minutes. When phoning, they lied saying it would be a few minutes. Phoned again after 25 minutes and they said another 5 minutes. When it finally arrived it was hot and fresh, but they got the drink wrong and didn't include the free chicken wings promised.

Used this place before , delivery has always been slow but took 3 hours from order to arrive, awful service and food was not that great, gonna try elsewhere from now on.

Nothing special to be honest. Ordered from here just to see if I could find anywhere that matches my normal place. Sadly tried quite a few Indian takeaways on here and nothing matches my usual place. I suppose if it not's broken why fix it. The food from here was mediocre. Small bits of chicken, the passanda tasted more like a korma. There was too much rice, enough for 2 people. Didn't even try the free spicy wings, swimming around in grease just put me right off. The chicken pakoras didn't look too please either. Think the only decent thing was the naan bread. Just a shame the food quality didn't match the service and delivery time.

delivery took ages and when it did eventually arrive they refused to believe that i´d paid for it, leaving the food to go cold whilst i had to hunt for an email, food taken back. awful awful service.

Tasty Food with on time delivery would have appreciated if they would have given the chilli sauce i asked for
