M&S café, White Rose shopping Centre in Leeds

Visité un par de veces antes, así que debería haber sabido que no es el mejor, pero pensé que las cosas pueden haber mejorado desde el año pasado. En primer lugar, hacen que sea muy difícil para las personas mayores hacer pedidos debido al uso del autoservicio. Tengo que pedir cada vez que visito con los padres. En segundo lugar, si hay algo que necesitas preguntar sobre el pedido, el personal no está demasiado entusiasmado con ayudar. En esta última visita le pregunté si un bollo se podía calentar. La funcionaria murmuró unas palabras y se dirigió a otro miembro del personal que pensé que había transmitido el mensaje. Esperé un acuse de recibo, pero fui ignorado por ambos. Estaba claro que necesitaba ayuda mientras estaba de pie junto al mostrador tratando de llamar la atención de alguien. Después de unos minutos tuve que preguntar a una señora mayor que era encantadora y dijo que lo resolvería. El pedido llegó en 4 etapas durante los siguientes 10 minutos. Todo estaba completamente fuera del fregadero, por lo que algunos alimentos se habían comido antes de que llegaran las bebidas, luego el bollo apareció al final cuando todo terminó. El bollo estaba robusto y la mitad se quedó sin comer. Con todo, una molestia sobrepreciosa y desagradable.

La primera vez que desayunamos fue excelente realmente deseandolo, pero luego cambiaron el tocino a un montículo graso y 2 huevos de bala lo intentaron de nuevo preguntaron al personal si era el mismo tocino si era así podríamos dejar el tocino apagado y tener 1 personal adicional de salchichas dijo que la máquina dice que no - dejar el tocino

Visité el café por primera vez hoy y no volveré. Pedido para hacer su pedido antes de tener una mesa, estaba pesando, entonces no había discos para hacer el pedido, así que tenía que esperar a los pocos miembros del personal que tenían que recuperar para las mesas. Una vez pedido esperé más de 45 minutos a que llegaran nuestras bebidas, momento en el que teníamos una mesa, pero el café estaba frío y el hielo se había derretido en mi bebida, así que obviamente había estado sentado en algún lugar esperando a ser entregado. Después de otros 20 minutos nuestra comida llegó. La comida estaba caliente. Se necesita más personal, si quieren que el enfoque de McDonalds funcione, ya que la mesa se quedó con platos y tazas sucios mucho después de que la gente se hubiera ido. Muy decepcionante y le dirá a otros que eviten.

Esta es la cuarta vez que esto ha sucedido, pedir patata chaqueta de la tabla de pedidos a continuación, sentarse y esperar, cuando el almuerzo llegó sin la ensalada crujiente, acompañado de hojas de ensalada disquete y tomates, si solo la tabla de pedidos fue capaz de explicar fuera de ensalada adecuada, entonces podríamos haber ahorrado tiempo y dejar abeto restaurante alternativo, la primera vez que esto sucedió simplemente comimos la oferta que no era bueno con ensalada disquete, hemos explicado al personal que por cierto totalmente de acuerdo, pero pasa ahora regularmente, no servicio que estamos acostumbrados de Mark y Spencer bit ahora porque.

Lamentablemente no tomé una fotografía. . mi pareja y yo tomamos un desayuno en el centro comercial M&S White Rose hoy. . . comida agradable como de costumbre. . café agradable como de costumbre hasta el último bocado cuando prácticamente me tragué un poco de sobre de gel de sílice / sal. Qué peligroso. Una vez más tristemente no tomé una foto. Lo denuncié y me ofrecieron otro café (sin duda no quería uno después de eso)

Este café solía estar bien, pero ahora ha caído en mi opinión, llamó el otro día para obtener algunos pasteles tostados con té, en primer lugar, algunas de las máquinas de autoservicio se apagaron, nos dijeron que la mayoría de las mesas estaban llenas, a pesar de que podíamos ver bastantes vacías, pedido tostados con té, orden pasó solo para que luego se les dijo que no tenían pasteles, a pesar de que la camarera dijo que eran muy populares, bueno, si son tan populares, ¿no sería prudente pedir unos cuantos más, esta no es la primera vez que este café ha metido la pata, consiguió una olla de té para descubrir que estaba frío como piedra, no culpo por un segundo al personal es la administración que necesita ponerse las pilas y conseguir este lío resuelto, escuché a mucha gente quejándose de este café, deshacerse de esas máquinas inútiles y poner al personal en cajas como en la tienda de semillas.

Voy regularmente cuando voy de compras. Tal vez solo para el café o la ciabatta de tocino (el mejor tocino de cualquier lugar! ) o el gruñón de queso (absolutamente delicioso). Sí, el café con leche es tibio, como cualquier otro café. Y es muy popular, por lo que es posible que tenga que esperar unos minutos. Chill. Hay un montón de personal y están más que encantados de ayudar. Me encanta.

Mi nieta y yo pedimos 2 bocadillos de tocino. Ambos estaban mal cocinados y cada uno tenía tocino que era demasiado graso, mi nieta es tanto que se quitó todo el tocino y simplemente se comió el pan. No recomendaría

Té de la tarde - £ 10 por persona después de 2. 00 pm. - Gran relación calidad-precio - el personal servicial - Angela era tan amable limpiando nuestra mesa para que pudiéramos usarlo y todo el personal alegre y nos ayudó a ordenar como pedido en línea jugando. Recomiendo encarecidamente - venir más tarde en la tarde 👌 evitar tiempos ocupados.

Yet again served a lukewarm warm coffee despite ordering an extra hot. Also paid for a large and had to ask for it topping up after getting half a cup of froth on my latte. Shame because it is a nice cafe.

Ate here with our daughter - service was quick and friendly, and the food really was decent. I had a chicken burger which came well dressed in a ciabatta. Mrs had the antipasti platter and pizza went down well with the little one. Our server was friendly and the service was good. Like a stop off here for food when at White Rose, would recommend it for an affordable, decent lunch.

Ordered off the lunch menu 2 for £12.90 I think got potato skins with bacon cheese very very dry, and then the beef burger with chips wow dry so hard to chew it was like eating cardboard maybe the cardboard would of had more taste never again

Grabbed a window table after ordering on the self service screens. Took about 5 mins for someone to clear the plates from the previous customers but no problem. Food arrived after about 10 mins. The grazing platters were very tasty and a pleasant change from sandwiches etc. This place is way nicer than the dingy dungeon at Owlcotes.

Been a few times and quite like the self service screens and spacious seating area. Food quality and service reasonable for the price and staff generally pleasant and effecient

Having been to other M&S & always finding it really good, we were looking forward to the one at White Rose (Leeds). One star is too much. On screen ordering, found a table eventually that was not piled with plates and cups. Waited, waited and still waited.. at last the currant tea cakes came, barely warm, so after they had now been eaten we waited for the drinks and again waited. The staff were in no rush whatsoever, looking round for the table, we saw our drinks, tried to get the attention, didn't work be was away, eventually came back. It was like warm at best. I wanted to complain but my other half said not to and leave a review ( it may come to management attention quicker). Shocking service, poor lay out and rubbish food and drink. We WON'T be returning.

Bad idea !!!! Took husband for breakfast as I had parcel to return ordered 1 breakfast and a tea cake plus 2 coffees Coffees cane which were lovely but when breakfast came 25 mins after ordering both were cold sent them back then after 10 mins my tea cake came this time warmer I had this no sign of breakfast just about to ask for a refund then it came So disappointed was looking forward to a nice breakfast treat out for a treat £18 wasted in our eyes won’t be back to eat

Arrived just as it opened so quiet don't like the self order screens, Coffee and breakfast just warm not acceptable for price, Bacon sandwich was very small for the price used to be a lot bigger, We might as well have gone to MacDonald no difference Will not go back.

Coffee luke warm and Eggs Benedict were served as boiled eggs. Very busy but this is due to its new. This place is no way near upto M&S standards and M&S really need to get to grip with it.

Welcomed by a pleasant staff member who explained the queuing and ordering system. ( This was MacDonalds without the efficiency). From then on our experience went downhill. The vacant tables were dirty and had used crockery and cutlery on them. Despite the many members of staff there appeared to be only one person clearing and cleaning tables. He was very pleasant and friendly. Our lukewarm coffees arrived eventually followed 20 minutes later by our toasted tea cakes. Perhaps M&S need to realise that not everyone wants to deal with inefficient modern technology when visiting a store founded on tradition and high standards of personal service. Havin visited the M&S cafe in Halifax and at Birstall we found the White Rose cafe to be a great disappointment .

The cafe was busy, but there were empty tables yet they weren’t letting anyone sit down. The lady in the ‘Here to Help’ vest was only speaking to the people at the front of the queue, so I had to ask what the reason for the queue was to be told ‘there’s a backlog on drinks and my manager doesn’t want people waiting too long’. But I’m waiting out here, so what does that achieve? At least I’d be sat down and waiting if you let me in and if you pre-warned that there was a wait then people would at least be seated knowing about it. Baffling.

If you like your food coming out on 3 separate trips and the warm food to come out before a CHEESE SANDWICH then you have come to the right place, everyone was pleasant enough but it’s mayhem try somewhere else first before here !

I think M&S have taken too much inspiration from McDonalds with their new touch screen experience. The place looks quite premium but the experience is poor. Ordering on screen looking at pictures of food makes it a very transactional experience. It’s clearly a flawed process too as our drinks arrived really quickly but we’re all finished before the food arrived nearly 30 mins later. I really hope M&S don’t think this is what their customers want everywhere, it really doesn’t work.

Fab and very quick service without having to queue - you can easily self serve to order and pay. Loads of tables and chairs available. Spotlessly clean and best yet, the big breakfast was amaxing. Thanks!! 5/5

Very inimpressed with the new self service ordering system, using a computer screen. Very impersonal feel. It's difficult to know what your food will look like and the size of what your drink will be from a picture on screen. I felt stressed ordering. I understand the business are trying to save money or be more modern, but I much prefer to be served by a human over a screen any day. I really feel for lonely elderly people. Very sad by the lack of human connection and customer care.

Terrible experience. Ordered a yogurt/muesli pot, fruit and a hot chocolate, all were not available. In the end ordered a tea, they obviously have a terrible system of which tray to pick up and serve from the counter as ours was sat on the top for quite a while, while they served later orders before ours. Then the napkin was soaked in tea when it arrived. My husband ordered another coffee and again the napkin was soaked in coffee. The staff are clearly very poorly trained. Won’t be in a rush to go back. Very disappointed
