The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving British food

Good central pub in Wimbledon. Very popular and quite expensive but think that is driven by youngs unfortunately. Food is a tad hit and miss. Works well for hosting events between themselves and the Loft upstairs

We happened to go into a pub, but we were the only tourists among the customers, and the other tables were full of Scottish accents ^^ The staff was friendly and the interior decoration really gave off a Scottish vibe! Sunday Roast! Since Sunday Roast is always served with bloody beef, I only ate chicken... When I asked the staff, they said that the Sunday Roast beef here is slow-cooked, so I ordered it. It wasn't tough or dry at all, and it was soft, so it was a satisfying meal!

Excellent Sunday Roast. Great service, Very nice inside and a lovely big beer garden bathed in sunshine. A perfect afternoon.

Friday lunchtime visit. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pleasantly surprised to see some seafood on a pub menu, we opted for the Moules Marineres which were good. Timothy Taylor ale was in fair condition. Very handy for a walk/Cycle on the nearby Teversal trail (and connecting trails) - didn't see any bike racks at the pub though. Overall very good.

was amazing service, here for my best friends birthday and the drinks did not disappoint and just kept coming so definitely felt the experience off the bottomless brunch!!!

Consistently great… friendly service, good food, dogs welcome, plenty of room inside and outside - our favourite Twickenham pub by far. There’s also a private dining room which is ideal for informal lunch or dinner parties.

Treated myself as feeling hungry and tired after what felt like a long day at work. Couldnt be bothered to cook & had heard good things about the Bath Arms but havent been in for years. I have to say, the Bath Arms was faultless.. Super quick service with a friendly smile from everyone working there. It was busy but it's runs like clockwork! Fantastic choice for a set menu, very fairly priced & delicious. I was blown away by the whole experience. Highly recommended & a nice surprise to have such great food virtually on my doorstep

A lovely venue with beautiful views

I came here for a nice lunch for my birthday with a few family members. Excellent atmosphere. We all had a main course and desert absolutely delicious. The presentation of the food and portion sizes are brilliant. Credit to the amazing chefs and staff at The Adelphi Leeds. Thank you to Debbie exceptional service. It's great how the pub has kept It's victorian era style. I will be back in 5 weeks for another birthday lunch. Highly recommend.

First visit and could not be more impressed. Food was amazing and the service was speedy and very good. Andrew (aka Alan 😄) as Front of House Host was attentive and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Great food and service by Cintia this morning for breakfast. Food came quick hot and drink was lovely. Perfect way to start your day.
