Amazing service, Amber went out her way to make our night memorable, constantly checking up and us and creating and customer and server relationship. Darren was really quick at making drinks during a busy rush. Will definitely come again.

Food was absolutely exquisite, Amber made our night with quick and kind service. Drinks were great! Atmosphere of the place was great, with good music and good lighting thanks to a disco ball. There is a photo booth on site. Thank you Amber so much for your work!

Matt, Rachel, and Karen, all amazing, services was good, good crack. Vibe with you on a personal level, Karen's food was out of this world.

Philip our server was fantastic! Free flowing drinks and speedy service, nice vibe, very clean. Great food and value for money, we will be back!

A good place to hangout with friends in the evening. I loved the nachos, garlic bread, and margherita pizza. My friends liked the cocktails, halloumi fries, Vegan Thai curry, and wings platter too.

This bar is severely understaffed. It was a very busy Saturday night and there was only one waitress dealing with two parties that had a total of over ,30 people. Food took a long time to be brought out. You had no way of asking questions as the one and only waitress was busy in the kitchen. So for a long you were just left waiting. Ordering drinks was not explained to us when we first and there was no obvious signage to scan the small QR code to o see drinks. There is only 1 ,QR code per table which meant the one person sat closest to it ended up scanning the code for everyone. Drinks also took a long time, so there was not enough staff on the bar as well as on the tables. I made it clear on the emails that I had an dairy allergy. On arrival the waitress discussed the allergy with me. My starter and main meal were fine.. my main being brought out first to avoid any confusion. However when it came to the pudding this was the let down. Myself and a friend had ordered the only vegan option. When it was brought out there were white chocolate chips scattered all over it. We questioned this and it was taken back. We were then told that the recipe had been changed (we had only put in the order a few days prior) and they couldn't say if it was vegan. There was no mention of this change in the emails or when we had arrived. Instead we were offered jelly or an ice lolly. The starters and the mains however were pretty good and everyone enjoyed them. They were all good portions. The m live entertainment was very enjoyable too. And the price for the meal was great. The lack of awareness of the food and the understaffing was the biggest let down.

Amber was amazing! She made us feel so welcome! She also made sure we were never left without a drink through out bottomless.

Archie was amazing server and we really enjoyed our time here. We had our staff party here and he really took care of us. Definitely recommend. 5 starts for Archie!!!

Amber was a brilliant server, really friendly and was a great help for us! Impeccable service and couldn’t have asked for better!

Lunch visit on a Thursday not overly busy but had to wait for our meal 45mins when the food arrived it was ok as vegan burgers go, but the sweet potato fries were a little over done, We sat in a booth which was nice but there was a strange smell in the area. All in all just average but it wouldn’t put me off going here again.

I arrived at about 12.15pm on a Friday lunchtime and ordered fish and chips -- I was alone. The food took more than half an hour to arrive, yet the pub was not busy. More staff are desperately needed. I dread to think how long service would have taken if it had been crowded. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

Have been many times, at first I thought it was like any other O’neils, fair priced pints, alright pint and a decent atmosphere. But that was until I went the Southampton one, the bartender Lily was great, she reminded us off the discounts and the other offers on, whilst still serving a great pint. As long as lilys working, not a bad thing to say about this boozer.

Great place with some great cocktails. Didn’t really know much about this brand as the name is a bit odd for a bar but I’m glad we stopped in. The host Charlie was very friendly and went out of his way to get us a table on a busy night even when we hadn’t booked. He explained how to order which was simple too. A few of us ordered on the app which was easy to use and the drinks made by Darren and Rachel came very quickly. The rest of the guys ordered at the bar served by Janine and Abbie were served quickly too. Great value. Great tasting. Will be back very soon!! Thank you slug

Lily is the best bar tender here. I’m local and she’s always my go to.

Have eaten here at lunch time on a weekday a few times in the last few months. The food is nice and the staff have been friendly too. The fact we have returned several times rather than going somewhere else speaks volumes.

We went to the dart place upstairs and really enjoyed. Cocktails were good and service was quick, only thing was the same cocktail tasted completely different each round.

Came in for the champignon’s league game, ham and mushroom pizza served by Keith was a steal

Friday night drinks. Lovely and good band on covering usual anthems. Comfortable crowd, people up dancing. Had just about every drink you could want behind the bar. Friendly staff, didn't have to wait long to be served.

Absolutely revolting behind this establishment whereby vermin is allowed to run freely. Smashed bottles and food discarded everywhere. Do not eat here. They also seem to think noise pollution laws and licensing regulations don’t apply to them and allow disgraceful behaviour from their delivery drivers at 6am. Will be reported to the council and hopefully shut down.

Came in for breakfast before getting on a cruise. Lovely friendly staff but the breakfast wasn't so great. Eggs and sausages overcooked and toast cold. Food has always been pretty good when I've eaten at other O'Neils, but unfortunately not on this occasion.

Darts good, now has air conditioning and photo booth. Not bad pricing on drinks and food. But needs more staff during busy times.

I ate here with friends. Waited ages for our food to arrive, when it did we all looked at the plates. Very disappointed as the adult meal was tiny. Would I eat here again? No chance !! We ended up going over to the subway sandwich bar later that night as we all was still hungry 😡😡😡

The staff are always helpful and Friendly . The management team are very easy to approach and they go above and beyond to try cater for u if u have functions . Security staff are very good at the door. They have great specials with food and alcohol and it’s just overall enjoyable and friendly pub best bet of it all it’s foggy friendly they supply the pooch with water and it’s become my local they got new arrow smith darts this place is amazing great fun great environment modern and must say I enjoyed it

I had my booking for 12 for my bday since June and when we arrived last night the lady behind the bar said they didn't have no knowledge of any bookings as the system went down this morning and was told we could sit anywhere and that they couldn't reserve the seats due to not being able to access the office? It was very unprofessional from a place we use as a group quite regularly, it was 515pm and the table was booked for 6pm and it was already busy but we managed to have to spread across 3 tables and await our guests for 6pm. No apology either. The lady was a little abrupt when I approached her regarding the reservation signs.

Not too bad for a chain pub. We watched the tennis final and then some England football noise started. Fun was had.

Had a lovely catch up meal here, service could have been quicker as the food was mostly cold when it arrived but it was busy
