Bottomless brunch is epic. Mia D served us, kept the drinks flowing and was super nice! Would certainly recommend this place for hen groups etc

The staff are always helpful and Friendly . The management team are very easy to approach and they go above and beyond to try cater for u if u have functions . Security staff are very good at the door. They have great specials with food and alcohol and it’s just overall enjoyable and friendly pub best bet of it all it’s foggy friendly they supply the pooch with water and it’s become my local they got new arrow smith darts this place is amazing great fun great environment modern and must say I enjoyed it

I had my booking for 12 for my bday since June and when we arrived last night the lady behind the bar said they didn't have no knowledge of any bookings as the system went down this morning and was told we could sit anywhere and that they couldn't reserve the seats due to not being able to access the office? It was very unprofessional from a place we use as a group quite regularly, it was 515pm and the table was booked for 6pm and it was already busy but we managed to have to spread across 3 tables and await our guests for 6pm. No apology either. The lady was a little abrupt when I approached her regarding the reservation signs.

Not too bad for a chain pub. We watched the tennis final and then some England football noise started. Fun was had.

Had a lovely catch up meal here, service could have been quicker as the food was mostly cold when it arrived but it was busy

We met for drinks and had a great evening pre cruise we missed the happy hour but didn’t stop us being happy we didn’t eat but those who did loved it !

With this so called 'manager' in charge, zero stars all round! He really needs to attend anger management or something. We couldn't believe how he speaks to his staff (who are great btw) and even his customers. Clearly has no people skills what so ever! He is a disgrace!!

Came here for a few drinks and small plates, food was ok and drink was ok. Unfortunately the barmaid with red hair was intent on scowling at us, whilst bringing the food and drinks to us she simply slammed them on the table in silence, ignoring us whilst asking her questions. Didn't feel comfortable finishing our food. Won't be visiting again.

STAY AWAY FROM IRISH BAG!!!! Very disappointed with Irish bag. No meat at all and costs £10. Basically big bag of cold chips No response from staff when I asked to swap food. Not even a free drink offered. Awfull.

Great time with the live band. Service can be slow when it's busy, but nothing unexpected. Can use app to order to table and skip the standing. Gets very busy on game days. Recommend the long island ice tea

Amazing value for money, the food was lovely, really tasty, the service was amazing, they have big screens to show all the sports , the pub was clean and tidy, friendly staff, music was nice, but with the tvs on at the same time you had two diffrent sounds, but it was not overly off putting. Now I was going to give 5 stars, however, when I was at the bar ordering more drinks, because their drinks list is nice, but the app does not match the menu. Anyway I saw one of the chefs come out, it was a dark-haired young girl, well she was whipping her face and nose with her hand and for that I dropped them a star. A chef should be clean and tidy, I myself was in the trade for 20 years so I could go on and explain why this was a bad move upon the chef, but all I have to say is staphylococcus. Other than that, what this place is well worth a visit.

Super delicious food, we took different dishes to share. Extensive selection of drinks. When ordering, you have to go to the counter - as is apparently usual here - which I wasn't aware of at first 😀

Was a very good experience, meal was good, had 5 tapas between 2 plenty. Drinks reasonable prices. One complaint was it's a little dark for eating.really friendly and efficient staff.

Bottomless brunch was great enjoyed the food a lot more than most food at bottomless brunches. We had a minor issue that the staff sorted well. But we were slightly disappointed to only have 4 drinks during the 2 hour window of bottomless brunch. As much as we appreciated it was a busy Saturday afternoon we were left with empty glasses for long periods and every other brunch I have been to we have had a lot more drinks and therefore expected more than 4 drinks for a 2 hour bottomless brunch. This made it less value for money.

Overall, it was a good experience. I introduced my other half to O’Neill’s Southampton as he hadn’t been to this one before. we’d definitely come back. We enjoyed the football on the tv , . The food was good except the Malaysian curry with rice and pitta bread this didn’t taste anything like this as the other half was born in Malaysia and has had the Malaysian curry and was much more authentic there then it was in O’Neill’s. But to fix this I asked the lovely waitress to get a replacement and swap the meal over to what I had which was a lovely bbq chicken with bacon wrapped around it with seasoned fries which were cooked fresh. and cooked to my specifications. Worth a visit definitely value for money 💰

I'm becoming a regular, enjoying bringing customers for lunch. Food and drinks all great but it's the service with a smile that makes a visit so pleasant. Ros and Courtney looked after our crew brilliantly and another customer lunch was a great experience. Thank you O'Neill's.
