The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Has to be one of the most understaffed burger kings me and my hubby have ever been to, only two people working running around the place in a manic! Half our food was fresh but the other half was barely edible!

shocking as always. never really good but this was very bad. the rice bowl tasted very wrong. when are kfc going to do something with this place. was ill 6h later. very ill

Me and my friends ordered KFC at the touch screens, and waited over half an hour for our food. We were told at the counter that they were down to one fryer (fair enough things happen). Once having our food however I was discussing a complaint that another customer was having with a member of staff, which another staff member (presumably off shift) overheard and came across slightly aggressively when explaining the situation and assumed I was the one making the complaint. I understand the stressful situation and felt for the staff who were trying their best, but the behaviour of that one individual is not excusable. When down to one fryer surely there is a risk of cross contamination? Allergens etc. We were not forewarned of this situation, because seemingly as we entered there were other disgruntled customers who appeared to be waiting a while also. We ended up warning potential customers outside, of the situation, as the staff members should have done. Just a frustrating moment for everyone really.

I kid you not....I suggest you read my review everyone......it was disgusting! Had no choice but to use the filthy touch screen ordering facility. Half order sat on the side getting nice and tepid and soggy whilst waiting over ten minutes for spicy wings. Tables clear of trays but not cleaned so were tacky. The restaurant didn't even smell clean. It gets even better......... because to top it off, young lad who worked there had a MASSIVE MUCUS SNOT dangling down to his chin... just looked at me, wiped it with his hand/forearm, and carried on. SERIOUSLY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Spent 19.99 on an extremely rare treat and it's gone straight in the bin.

Got a takeaway via delivery service. As usual there were items missing. We never seem to get our whole order. Had a 10 piece bucket, which consisted of 8 legs and 2 thighs. Having worked at a KFC previously, I know this should have consisted of an equal amount of dark and white meat and smaller (legs and wings ) and larger pieces (thighs and breast). A thoroughly unsatisfactory meal. I have now given up on KFC, a waste of £40. Won't ever be getting it again.

My advise is to give this particular outlet a very wide berth - in my 40+ years of using fast food outlets, this absolutely goes down as my worst meal - by the looks of the Zinger Double Down, it must have been thrown into the bag from across the other side of the kitchen - fries/chips or whatever they were meant to be, were soggy & tasteless (paid for large & was given regular that shouldn't have even passed for a small portion) - the staff must have a 'couldn't give a single toss' attitude towards their job!

Regular 2 pc chicken meal turns up as 2 drumsticks. Rubbish and almost £7 without sides or drinks. Fries not good either, soggy and no salt/sauces.

Worst Chicken I've ever had in my Life Ordered a Mega box & they Gave me a savers portion of chips with the smallest Wings ever & smallest fillet followed by a Crispy drumstick- Gravy was watery Disgusting!!! (Staff smell disgusting as well btw enough to put you off.your Food!!) KFC HEAD OFFICE NEED AN URGENT VISIT!!

Worst customer service ever, employing kids who aren’t trained to even read and write let alone look after customers. Waited 30 mins through a drive through and saw 5 other customers that drove after me to be served before me. And upon asking what’s the delay I was told the order is too big. It was literally 2 box meals and kids meal! Never going here again, appalling service.

Got a bargain bucket last Monday 15th April at 5.30 p.m we have had a many over the years but this was the first time for a while, not what we expected. Where was the spicy crisy crumb coating? It was more like soggy batter!!!!! Both my wife and I have been ill for amost a week with upset stomach and nausea which came on within a few hours after eating . Certainly have no plans to come back.

Great food, great service and clean premises! Food was lovely and hot. Perfect stop for a bite to eat when you are travelling

This Burger King and Greggs are just off the a1. It’s a big mostly empty place and it was absolutely freezing. Either there is no heating or it was broken. Food from Burger King was as expected although a bit slow given how empty the place was. We went back to the car as quickly as possible to avoid hypothermia!

Debería haber escuchado las críticas, la bolsa apestaba a POLLO CRUDO. Me hizo sentir mal. festival de lectura de trabajo, llegó después de un turno de 8 horas solo tratando de conseguir algo de comida, Parecía que la comida había sido preparada por alguien con pezuñas, simplemente aplastada, claramente por la reacción de los servidores a que la sacara hay alguien atrás que es una molestia y necesita el saco, me preguntaron si quería otra, dije absolutamente no, y me fui.

Best foods place I have ever been to. Staff is friendly abd kind and is always ready to help, and serves fresh food. The restaurant has a very good vibe.

I love kfc but I've just been into the lostock hall branch and couldn't believe what I was told and treated i wanted to order at the till and was told I can't I a have to use the wall mounted pads instead I asked why and they got all upset with an attitude towards me and my little girl and said you can only pay cash at the tills and just fobbed me off even though they had plenty of staff on round 6 staff and the shop was empty Very unprofessional no people skills at all Won't be going back to kfc
