I am absolutely appalled at the management team within Hunts Cross McDonald’s, the way staff speak to customers and employees is disgusting. Managers very much look down on other employees when working, and often don’t treat them with the deserved respect. The owner should really consider looking into this.

Honestly the WORST experience everytime i get food from hunts cross... literally waited an hour, why the staff hire incompetent kids to run the place it is beyond me cant even fill a carton of chips up properly let alone stack a burger. Absolutely ridiculous all need sacking to be honest my 3 year old nephew could run the place better. Honestly cant be that hard. Absolute joke i am raging every single time !!!!!!!!!! Sort it out.. 2 hours for 2 burgers? Iv waited that long we have had 6 drivers an when we have asked its because the food is not ready.. tried calling restaurant multiple times and get ignored. Sort it out honestly if any of the staffs brains where made of dynamite they wouldnt have enough to blow their own heads off between them

Once again I have food missing from my order, this has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s for getting orders wrong then fobbing you off, if I wasn’t housebound I would never use again, I started using one further away but for some reason the app changed my store back to this one, worst McDonald’s ever.

Phoebe “the manager” . Absolutely disgusting customer service. Had a cancelled order due to our order being “handed out to the wrong people”. Clearly a staffing issue and just handing out random orders to people. We contacted Uber which was no fault of theirs. We drove down to the local McDonald’s which we ordered from where we were sent back to take it up with uber. The member of management Phoebe was so very disrespectful and undermining and also on her phone. When we were trying explain the issue she walked away half way through and then huffed and puffed when we said we haven’t finished expanding our issue. Very rude customer service I am not happy at all.

the sheer incompetence of this McDonald’s is a joke it has to be because their uncanny ability to put food you ordered into a bag and not someone else’s has to be a joke or McDonald’s HQ seriously need to evaluate the competency of the staff. Stickers clearly detailing the contents that’s meant to go in the bag and the contents being 6 cheeseburgers and a packet of fries…. Then you go to their app to report the problem and get ignored… treat this as a warning because this maccies often gets it wrong and it always a complete and utter monumental mess when they do

We went through drive and my 70+ year old dad car broke. Down we pushed it to park it up and asked if they could go in if they got cold they said yes and at 11.pm my 70+ year old mum went in for a coffee and they said they will not give her coffee that she can not wait there I think it is really bad and will never go there again I hope it never happens to anyone they know

First of all, why is there no option to give no stars? Second of all do the staff her have no idea how to read or check orders? I ordered from them again and all I can say is at least 2 out of five of us could eat. lets add they could eat freezing cold food. is it me or is this restaurant a complete failure. they have incompetent staff who clearly need to go back to school.

Just a joke no facility to order and pay at counter told had to be done “on screen” staff member was less than helpful and offered no assistance whatsoever just ridiculous. Would not consider a return. Walked out

I go get breakfast for the guys at work every friday. always get it right and on the rare occasions they havent they always put it right. We put some big orders in so we expect something to get missed but it is rare that there are mistakes. Good job guys

This was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Your McDonald’s is a DISGRACE. I ordered a Philly stack with ONLY cheese because I can’t eat onions or pickles, I despise the smell and taste of them. Yet my burger came with everything on it? Big up your orders mate. get with it. Start looking at orders properly. Second of all. The food was stone friggen cold. I’m not sure how long you’re leaving orders on the side of the table but I’ve seen it before, you’s leave it there for ages then tell the delivery men to take it like 20-30 minutes later and it’s just not on. My entire order was cold. I asked for 2bbq and 2ketchup sauces. Did I get any? No. Not one. Absolutely dreadful meal. Disgusting. Disgraceful. Hate it. Best Gad start changing your ways in their staff are miserable as well and speak to people like crap with nasty looks on their faces. Either get a new job or be good at your job.

I am food delivery driver.When I went to the store,my order was not on the screen.I asked one lady whit blond hair(she did not want to tell me her name,no batch)-very rough she told me-'Cancel the order'.I tried to explain to her ,that I am just eat delivery and If I have to cancel the order ,I must explain why I cancel the order,but she ignored me and go away.I asked who is the manager and she start to shout to me- 'I am busy,I don't have time to you I have customer',I asked her -'Ok what I am,I am doing order for customer,too'.She say-'You are just food delivery'.So what ,when I am food delivery,the order which I am waiting is not important?I phone to the customer,she asked me to speak whit them.I back to the restaurant and they say- 'We are too busy to speak whit her'.And on that moment I see my order was done.So the order was on the system,but the lady which I asked firts ,she doesn't want to check what is going on,for her was more easy to say -'cancel the other'.I can not understand why they not take delivery orders for important too, because someone is waiting for his food too. 20/10/2023 7:10 pm

Do NOT order a delivery from Hunts Cross McDonald’s. Unfortunately the staff are completely thick, you will NOT get what you ordered. There will be items missing and you’ll just get credit on your just eat account, not an actual refund

Just ordered a meal for all my family on the 7th of May and ordered 2 chickens nugget meals big mack meal with a garlic mayo rap and the rap the meat was rock solid and was missing a chicken nugget Happy meal I wouldn't mind but everytime this something wrong this place needs new management or new staff full stop its got to be the worse MD iv been to absolutely shocking I'm not even leaving a 1 to 5 rating becasue that would be a insult 😡😡😡😡

This Mcdonalds is way too busy for the amount of space it has. It has 2 separate drive through lanes and a standard kitchen the same as the others. The customer area is packed with delivery drivers cancelling orders because they take too long to make. This is often followed by mistakes made with no sauces or items missing from the bag. If you add an extra way to order you need to be able to meet the demand. If a business as big as Mcdonalds cannot function properly despite making billions. It should not be open at all.

I use this place every week and having gone tonight totally disappointed with the order, and the response of the team is to ignore the store phone as they have failed to provide 2 of my items and they are not answering. What they are doing is picking up the phone and putting it down. Total lack of respect to customers and the fact I have paid for items I have not received.is disgusting .

I was going to pick up a delivery from here on 12 February in the evening and it was a horrible experience. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. There was rubbish everywhere under every table. Nobody was cleaning. Staff were happily chatting away at the back. There was another delivery driver asking for his order and a young female staff member just told him 'I can't see you, I can't see you' and walked off even though there were some bags of food there. And then customers wonder why the food is cold when it arrives. After waiting for ten min, others had been waiting longer, we went to ask what was going on, because not one order had been given out since I arrived. We asked if anyone was making orders, or should we cancel them? The same young female staff member just shouted at us like a fury: 'Go, sit down or I'll cancel every order myself!' Unbelievable. There are no managers at this place? How can somebody like that be employed in a customer service job? I just turned around and left.

I love it here at hunts cross also come try the one in garston to as its few minutes away from hunts cross and there are plenty of shops in garston village and local pubs

Nos registramos en línea para cuando KFC se abre, declaró que abrió sus puertas a las 10.30 . Llegué a las 11.30 horas, me fui a través en coche a través y me dijeron que esperar en el parque de coche. Esperé 20 minutos antes de la comida finalmente salió. También había unos pocos los demás coches ya estamos esperando y gente tratando de conseguir a través de la entrada y estaba cerrado así que caminamos lejos. Y la comida estaba fría y sin sabor no me pareció genial todo el día después. Así que no vayas a este KFC!

Been a few times here as the kids like KFC but the food is never hot even the coffee I last had was luke warm but as I was on the drive through I never bothered to take it back . I wouldn't say it's cheap either so just going to avoid this KFC in future....

As I work not far from this branch, my children asked if I could get them a meal on the way home, so I ordered the party bucket meal. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it, and once I received my order, I went home. I opened the bucket and was presented with 14 pieces of overcooked chicken that were soft, not even crispy, and swimming in oil, they were so hot. We ate the smaller pieces, but the larger ones were uneditable to eat as I hate oil like that on my food. It's like the chicken had been refried it was the most degusting chicken I have every see. So took the bucket back the next day and was only give 6 pieces back. I'm never getting food from here again. PLEASE CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Should have taken a pic when I opened it, but the chicken was over cooked and full of oil.

As others have said, no service. Expect to serve yourself. Staff at the tills are too used to ignoring customers because of the self serve screens. No option to be served by a human. Messy tables and dirty self serve screens touched by hundreds of people after they've been the toilet without washing their hands just before you eat. Drive through was closed so we went in. Screens were filthy, I asked for a wipe to clean it myself, was told I wasn't allowed one and to wash my hands afterwards instead. Eventually got the food, went to a table, which needed cleaning. I asked for someone to clean the table and got a whole bunch of attitude about nothing being good enough for me. I thought hygiene and cleaning tables was a basic bare minimum 🤷🏻 It's fine if you like overpriced food, serving yourself, and cleaning the restaurant yourself and having no customer service. But don't expect anything more than the bare minimum. I'll say, the Manger dealt with us well in the end, nice and calm and just gave us a refund, but I can't say the same for the argumentative staff. Use the drive through if you can, much more hygienic. I wish I'd have been able to speak to KFC about this, but they've also disabled their complaints email address and the only option is to chat to them over social media. They're not interested at any level.
