KFC in Oxford

I am sorry to write this review. But,the kfc I ordered today was below the standards. Small chicken piece and very cold.It resembled like steamed chicken. Absolutely ashamed to call this item as kfc. Moreover I was billed for Pepsi bottle .But item was not delivered.

One of the men at the till is the worst I have seen. He threatened me with blocking my account if I got caught "trying to redeem free food from two accounts" (I was just getting it for another friend and another was my own account), and he was rude and frankly he shouldn't be in the customer services, if he cannot behave decently.

Grabbed a takeaway and OMG one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, they didn’t put enough sauce on the chilli bites (normally a lot more!) but the burger made my day.

I just bought 6 burgers, when I got home we found out that the chicken fillets are burnt, super dry and salty. Waste of time and money.

Most people take pride in their businesses even those that are franchisees. This KFC is the opposite, after using them for many years, their service has just gotten worse. My last order will be my last order with this terrible branch, they either cannot read or they just like to rip people off with missing items and over fried chicken pieces that are like rocks. Zero care is given and it transmits in the quality of the product you receive or not as the customer. KFC Corporate, it is well overdue that this store be thoroughly checked and inspected as they are letting the KFC brand down. The franchisee doesn't care, the staff doesn't care and now they are losing customers, I will go elsewhere and for anyone wanting to enjoy a KFC, this is not the one to go to!

Shambolic service - forgetting to pack half of my order. Only to realise when I got home and when I came back they could recall me ordering. After 20 mins of waiting they managed to retrieve my order and gave the half that was missing by then my other half of the food was cold. Terrible. Cannot wait for the templar square kfc to open. Hoping it's better than this one

A lot of cheaper cuts of the chicken neck, wings, not much meat when I ordered a bargain bucket 14 pieces

For the fourth time now and after 2 hours of waiting, this establishment has failed to deliver our food, despite stating on deliveroo that it was successfully delivered. This doesn't even take into account the number of wrong orders/missing items that have been delivered. Do not - I repeat - DO NOT even bother to waste your time with them.

I used this KFC recently and found it to be up to the same standard as any other I have used. The food was hot, fresh and the service was friendly.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, so bad - the police were involved. Ordered food, however over heard that one of the guys taking the order (Middle Eastern man with glasses - around the age of 30) said 'No problem sexy' - after me had she had also ordered food, to a woman in late teens/ early20's I kicked off, proceeding to say that woman should not be spoken to like this... This caused uproar. I was told to get out, ApparentIy I was wrong and that 'She had no problem with this' I was then confronted by a crowd of people - commending what I'd done, saying this was definitely the right thing to do... (WHICH IT IS AT YOU CANNOT HAVE SEXIST PIGS WORKING IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY) The manager was asked for, I was presented with - another idiot (30's - Balding, behaved like an idiot and applauded his colleague on his foul behaviour.) that said ' The only reason you're saying this, is because you don't get any' - presuming that I have brought this issue up, because I don't have sex. I then became even more outraged slamming my hands on the counter and challenging either of them to a fight outside as they were so f***ing adamant they were in the right. ( Furthermore I have had a girlfriend for 11 years :) ) Please tell me how I have done anything wrong, as someone standing up for women's rights and trying to put an end to sexism?! Another DISGUSTING and derogatory factor.. Both these people need to be sacked. The police weren't involved due to dealing with another issue across the road - however did become involved when I raised alarm bells with the situation. The police have been notified after the incident. Furthermore, The restaurant then closed its doors and locked them, (there were still people inside - I due this to be a fire safety issue?! What happens if there was a fire? - Due to me... Me with 2 sexist pigs inside a chicken shop... Are you surprised there wasn't an issue?!) If this happens again, or I find both people to be working with in the next month... This issue will be raised again and I will to be sure to have both of those staff members sacked. I have 3 numbers and names from people willing to give witness statements - as well as what you have your on your CCTV footage. This message has been sent to KFC Head Office as-well as any posts I can find where I can leave this review. I can remove reviews if said people are sacked/dismissed. So disappointed and generally p**sed off with this entire situation. This will go viral on social media, I suggest you change your tune very soon. Many Thanks, An incredibly pi**ed off customer.

I ordered over £20 worth of stuff for my partner and kids. Firstly the kids meals was missing. The chicken in my partners meal was cold and dry. An my burger was overloaded with sauce made it inedible. And to finish it when i complained they said id have to report it even tho the manager was there when I ordered. Worst KFC EVER!

Aufully rude staff, hygene seems non-existent, delivery drivers come and go, congesting the place and pushing their way through long queues rudely. And the food is too salty and badly cooked it's vomit inducing. NEVER AGAIN

Only ever used the Cowley Road KFC once (May 2021). It was absolutely fine, quick service and order correct.

Absolutely awful they put too much salt in the coating of the chicken you couldn’t eat it. The gravy was congealed jelly and it was cold. On phoning the restaurant they said it was Just Eat fault. I said Just Eat didn’t cook it you did. Please don’t order it’s awful

Thought I’d treat myself to a KFC today & wish I hadn’t. What a waste of money! Chips were burnt from keep being reheated & the chicken was dry, overcooked from being constantly reheated & the coating, if you could call it that, was dreadful nothing like the KFC I’ve been used to. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was just too tired to drive all the way back there, I would have returned it and demanded my money back. Absolute garbage! Even the dog & cat refused to eat any needless to say if went in the recycle bin. I would never recommend this KFC or would I ever buy from them again. It needs a total staff change or to be closed down! It’s a disgrace!

No Covid measures besides the lady on the till who had her mask on properly, there was no social distancing and all other staff wear wearing mask on mouth but not nose....never ever again will I bother with a takeaway or delivery given what I could see in the kitchen at the counter and doorway, as for deliveroo and just eat huddled together and the way deliveries were handled you will spead covid-19 for sure. At least uber eats kept a distance....unfortunately I binned the food when I got home, I was shocked at what i had seen today.

Cold, sogy food. Half the order was missing called the restaurante with no exaggeration 15 times it's been a hour trying to call them. Understaffed, poorly managed I don't know but this is not hospitalit. Our industry is suffering and you who are lucky to be open offer a shocking service.Wee had children and adults to feed, the adults ended up not eating because thee chips were missing the sides were missing, Words can't describe how awful this experienced was definitely will not be visiting or ordering with Uber eats.

I never leave reviews but this was too much. Ordered 3 meals. Chips were oily and soggy, burgers had missing items and looked like they just threw the ingredients on them. The bread and chicken were very hard. Lady taking orders was careless and forgot to give me chicken fillets and corns as side orders. Try to AVOID if possible.

Absolutamente repugnante, qué estafaPedimos dos hamburguesas zinger, Bucket de ganga, cuatro alitas calientes, tres salsas, tres patatas fritas, ¡pero solo conseguimos dos hamburguesas de filete! ! ! Deben cerrar y ahora están rechazando un reembolso a pesar de que tomamos fotos como prueba. Ordered £35 worth of food, which was delivered in a terrible state. Which we queried immediately and was told it must have been packed like it.

Al llegar a casa me sorprendió que la hamburguesa que me vendieron estaba seca hasta el punto de ser demasiado difícil de morder y era completamente repugnante. También he tenido muchas ocasiones ordenando en esta tienda en Cowley donde el pedido entregado es incorrecto. No he tenido más que malas experiencias con este KFC.

Pedido a través de Just Eat. Faltaba una hamburguesa, y las tres piezas de pollo en el hueso consistían en 2 muslos y un muslo minúsculo, y rezumaban grasa. Las fichas tenían aproximadamente 10 fichas por porción. El sabor de todo era asqueroso. No volveré a ordenar desde allí otra vez.

Half the food was missing from the order, but what did arrive was not worth £25. Smallest bag of chips I have seen in my life, a quashed up burger and greasy chicken.

馴染みの食べ物を色んな場所で食べるのも一つの楽しみです。ケンタッキーのフライドチキン。馴染みのメニューを食べるのもそそられたのですが、こちらはフライドチキンにメキシカン風の味付けのご飯がボックスに一緒に。久しぶりのご飯にほっとしました。

We ordered online from Just Eat. Sadly our order was delivered with items of food missing. After phoning the Cowley KFC restaurant directly and explaining our situation a very friendly and helpful staff member, Luke told us that we had to contact Just Eat directly to get a refund for the food. Luke also ensured that when we placed our next order, he would check that all the items in the next order were correct. He was a super friendly chap, and it made sure that our evening could continue on - with all of our hot wing needs met!! Thanks again :)

La comida asquerosa y asquerosa no sabe ni a KFC y las papas fritas son desagradables con pieles de papa en sabor a cartón. El pollo se parece a la carretera matando desagradable tras gusto. Otra tienda de comida rápida de mala calidad de la carretera Cowley. . . No importa la calidad solo el dinero. ¡EVITAR! !

Don’t have a clue about free from or don’t know what dairy free means. They need to know these things before they kill somebody. Very disgusted.

Pasé por aquí el sábado pasado con mi hija para comer algo ya que estaba aquí. Dios mío, qué error. Aunque la comida llegó en 5 minutos. El personal era antipático y miserable. Abre la bolsa de comida. Las palomitas de pollo de las hijas eran pequeñas. El cubo de pollo estaba muy grasiento y poco hecho. No había ningún mordisco, simplemente se desmoronó. Las únicas cosas decentes eran las alas calientes. Las papas fritas aún tenían la piel de papa, a menos que eso sea algo nuevo de KFC. Se sentía como ir a uno de esos lugares baratos de pollo. Una verdadera decepción y me ha quitado el KFC, que es una verdadera lástima.

La comida absolutamente horrible en realidad pensaba que me iba a envenenar con la comida del primer bocado, así que terminé tirando toda la comida. El personal debe ser despedido por permitir que esta comida se entregue a los clientes que pagan. Salsa y frijoles 4 horas después de su venta por fecha Pepsi era solo agua de soda. Pidió una gran entrega a través de Deliveroo. Muchos artículos que faltan cuando se entregan. ¡Intenté tocar la rama con la misma respuesta ignorada que todos los demás! Deliveroo devolvió los artículos faltantes, pero no regresó para obtener los artículos faltantes, por lo tanto, ¡solo recibió media comida! Moraleja de la historia. . . no utilice este kfc y, definitivamente, no utilice Deliveroo para recoger el pedido, ya que no se realizó ningún control previo a la recolección.

Mi última visita a KFC fue hace varios meses. El "ayudante de mostrador" fue muy inútil y se opuso groseramente a mi incapacidad para navegar por el menú complicado. Solo quería pollo con papas fritas (sin bebida), como en los "buenos viejos tiempos". Se puso tan furioso que me amenazó con violencia física, para el entretenimiento de los clientes que esperaban. Con más de 6 pies y 150 kg, ¡hubiera tenido un gran desafío!

Ya sucedió tantas veces que me decepcionó la comida de KFC que juro que nunca volveré. La comida es desagradable, llena de aceite y el pollo ni siquiera crujiente. El personal es terrible, no nuestras nuestras que pagamos y hay muy grosero. Experiencia terrible

By normal KFC standards I'd say Oxford is poorly served. The service was pretty slow for a KFC and the quality of the food not great. A lot more grease than usual and tiny pieces of chicken. Not up to the usual KFC standard. Disappointing.

No tengo ni idea de cómo este lugar aún está en los negocios. Nunca he tenido el orden correcto y el personal parecen tener alrededor de 1 célula del cerebro entre ellos. Siempre hay problemas y nadie parece saber qué está pasando.

Soy un gran fan de KFC, pero este viaje a KFC Cowley Road me ha disuadido de lo grande! Pollo cocinado, el pollo no tenía palomitas y huesos en bits negro. Frijoles sabía horrible. Fue terrible. No sólo eso, pero la gente que eran insultos y era lento. Créeme, he tenido muchos, pero este era absolutamente KFCs ridículo. Las fichas no tienen ningún patatas. También podría haber pedido un paquete de patatas fritas. De todos modos estabamos ahora. más Echa un vistazo a lo mantiene. Esta fue mi única comida del día, así que era tan antes de hambre.

My friends and I ordered loads of chicken and fries from KFC. We ordered it via Deliveroo. We waited for about 1h30min and KFC said they made our food. Then we asked Deliveroo about when to pick up our chicken, but they said they were too busy. After 2 hours, we called KFC back and they told us they gave our food away! My friends and I were fed up with their service. One of my friend advised that people should never order for KFC ever again.

Ordered food last through Deliveroo, it’s arrived late but was still luckily. As we started dishing we noticed our beans, corn on the cob and dips were all missing. We went out to the guys who brought the food but he had just gone by the time we got the end of the drive. Tried calling KFC more then once but no one picked up. Not first time I have had missing food even when I have been in the shop and ordered. Won’t be going back again.

Small Kfc with no seating. Only good for take away. Does get busy. Food is great and fresh. Staff friendly.

Visitamos la semana pasada en el camino del trabajo. Aunque el sistema de pedidos de obras la sonrisa de los trabajadores no habría ido nada mal. No entiendo por qué la gente deliveroo tienes prioridad. No conforman su orden hasta el mensajero llega pero que siga al frente de la cola!

I get it. It's not easy working a fast food restaurant job on a Saturday night having to put up with drunk customers. But we're not all drunk and we're not all falling over the counter. With that out of the way - I found it unacceptable that the person who took the order packed a burger instead of the burrito wrap that I ordered and upon enquiry said he heard different (I can tell the difference between a burger and a burrito wrap). Sufficiently challenged he enquired with the food preparer at the back and it transpired that they had run out of ingredients for a burrito wrap - so a burger was made up instead. ... which leads me to my intro for this review, what did the food preparer think, that I was a regular drunk customer (nothing against drunk customers - just that I'm assuming being drunk is conducive to receiving something other than what you've ordered) and that I'd just walk off into the night with my burger shaped wrap ?? And the person who took my order - the lie unfolded as a result of his interaction with the food preparer, surely a little bit of communication and a choice in the matter for the paying customer, i.e. Me, couldn't have hurt?! Given it was late and we were rushing for a night bus - we took our food and left, this is one to avoid - they weren't particularly busy, it was just a lack of interest and ownership in their jobs.

KFC es nuestro ir a cuando me encantan pollo frito. He ido a la tienda así como pedimos la entrega. KFC todavía hace la mejor degustación pollo frito. Siempre viene bien caliente y sabrosa. Sus alas calientes también son para morirse.

Visita aquí regularmente. Recientemente reformado y aunque el nuevo sistema de pedidos es extraño la comida llega rápidamente y está caliente. Personal que ocasionalmente sonrisa sería una ventaja

La comida es genial para una comida para llevar barato. Es una pena que dejado de vender el zinger apilador que era mi favorita. A veces son más pimienta hamburguesas. Personal son terribles pero no exactamente necesita un grado para trabajar en KFC y no me imagino gente hacer cola para trabajar allí.

Visited yesterday 21nd december 2015 to get variety meal and it was the most untasty KFC i have ever had in 15 years! I usually use the one in city center and it is very good. Staff look helpfull/nice and clean.I have visited few time KFC in 140 Cowley Rd, Oxford and staff look so dirty and food don't taste the same as city centre.I will defenatly NOT use this KFC again that's for sure.

The people who work at this restaurant are rude, unprofessional and do not know how to do their jobs. I waited 20 minutes today for a simple order and several people who were after me in the queue were served before me. I received no apology or explanation. The people do not know how to deal with orders and many of them do not speak English. They also often give people the wrong orders. I hope this restaurant is closed down.

People are not professional - don't know how to deal during the busy hours. food quality is not bad considering the price

visited last week for a treat for my sons . It was 8 oclock in the evening and the place was busy . The staff were not attentive and actually gave part of my order away to a customer who arrived after me as the server was so slow in assembling the order .. meaning to wait another 10 minutes as they had run out of cooked strips . Once they had been cooked the chips they gave us were under cooked and unedible .I am glad I didnt request chicken as they also ran out of that and were advising people , after thay had taken the order , that there would be a 20 minute wait !! The manager was totally unorganised and unapologetic . I complain to HQ and only receieved a stock answer so not impressedRecommend that people use Kebab kid ..

Restaurant bondé, pour trouver une place avec ses amis est quasiment impossible, ce n'est pas ce qu'on peut appeler un restaurant. Qualité médiocre...Rien ne m'a attiré, désolé...Il n'y a malheureusement rien à dire de plus.
