Disgusting needs power washed this place needs reporting to the environmental health DIRTY . Staff not welcoming ignoring customers requests.

Did not receive my order yet had a notification it was delivered, been trying to call for a while but it just rings out. Definitely not delivered here as my dog always hears the door even if they don’t use bell, feel well ripped off.

Gravy full of grease and burnt bits. Chicken batter solid over cooked crunchie. Worst KFC order yet and this isnt the first time KFC kirkcaldy has sent us a bad gravy is usually burnt fed up with them now wont be back. Been to other KFC branches through the uk and never had burnt gravy. Order was through justeat contacted them for refund. I would avoid this store at all cost not worth it better to drive to Dunfermline. This was for sons birthday total let down.

Visited this evening and would have been as well sitting outside was so cold. No heating on. Order had things missing. Will not be back.

Was a hard day after fitting telegram lines, me and the team are on strike here at BT thought it was a good idea to come and get top quality dinnur and they had the CHEEK to not serve me beans for goodness sake take them off the menu one ov the team members almost had a heart attack when they found out about the beans the team member of KFC wasn't happy about the straws he was mopping the floor with chicken grease went in with 5 of the team and only 3 come out as the other team member is in the Vic with a sore neck and back due to the chicken slime floors although food was lovely.

Ordered through Just eat, food never arrives but I get a “delivered” notification. Check my cctv and see the delivery driver handing it to one of my junkie neighbours. They won’t answer the phone (been trying to phone them for over an hour to sort this out). Says online they’re open but no one answering phones for over an hour. And my address is correct on the order

We often get a KFC delivered and so far they have never got the order wrong, it always arrives promptly and quality is what you would expect.

Visited for kids lunch, ordered drumstick meal but was told they can't guarantee it will be drumsticks ? Got reheated over cooked chicken legs. One bag of fries for 3 meals..... new plastic drink cups are very small and have lids which clearly don't fit but staff are like robots and just carry on with no thought for customers trying to carry. AVOID THIS PLACE

Went to drive thru, spent over £15 got back home to eat and the food was like someone had forgot to give the delivery driver the 2 meals to deliver at lunch time and we got the meals at 4pm.Someone should start taking responsibility for quality control and stop getting customers to spend their hard earned money on bad food.

Ordered our meal and paid for side dips, was told to park up and wait as the food was being prepared. Fine. Staff member came over basically threw the bag into the car, shock horror half the meal was missing so I went inside to retrieve missing items, all staff ignored me, so walked past drive through which was free girl sat on her phone, nipped over to say Half our meal was missing and paid for, basically made me out to be a liar but said she would get it, made me stand in a drive through for ages with cars piled up behind me, while she laughed and stood on her phone taking her time getting the missing items then threw them at me! Food was ice cold and soggy won’t ever be back avoid all costs, I’ve had the runs all day as well, hair in the food

Used drive through on 31/7 when I got home found things missing from my order. Didn’t go back as time I did food would not have been worth eating. Went through drive through 07/08 at four thirty, they weren’t busy but still managed to get my order wrong, yet again as I had taken order home rest of meal would have been cold by time I drove back and complained. I know understand why McDonald’s next door is always queued out and the KFC is always empty. Tried phoning to complain but no one answers. I will it be using them again.

Worst experience in any fast food outlet. Asked for BBQ dip and saw the guy had put through supercharged dip, I corrected him and I still got the wrong one, toilet floor was swimming with what I hope was water and not urine. Slipped and banged my elbow. Gravy was missing and had to send my half cooked chips back. Won’t be back

Ordered online received food stone-cold and unedible. Avoid this KFC at all costs when using the restaurant food isn't much better but at least you can get a refund

Whilst out and about we wanted something quick to eat. So decided to try this branch of KFC. Now having tried a few different branches in different locations, I was not expecting much to be honest so I was not disappointed. Average is the word, staff took our order, a little wait but that was expected, food was hot and order was correct. Staff polite enough but nothing struck out with this branch and hence the average score. Food ok at best. Though better than some branches I have tried.

Jesus don’t go and waste money 2 times they have mixed up our order and give something different plus food not there ! I’m disgusted and wasting my money the manger is lovely thow he has given us a full refund but the staff are taking the orders and just to much carry on in there heads . When come home your order isn’t right or they have forgotten to give you and your still hungry ANGRY ! Don’t waste your time driving there .

Thought we'd pop in bout 10.45, close to closing time. We ordered 2 large zingertower meals and the girl serving had to check if they had them left. I have worked in that environment and am certain that you should have most items availible to customers. The girl at the window said "we dont have hash browns would you like extra cheese or bacon?" We were happy with that, got home and discovered the bun hadn't been toasted and the zinger tower had no salsa on it either. Just think if we were made aware of this then that would be fine but it was cutting corners a bit too much. Won't be back late at night...

Incapable of getting food order correct by the time you go back and get order corrected your other food is cold slow service and overpriced. kfc = keep failing customers

This was a boneless bucket for 4 of us with portion of mash and 8 wings. The 12 chicken strips were very small the 2 gravy was in fact beans in one so big J went back over to get this changed for gravy no sorry just swapped it for gravy. So his was cold by time came back and when we open gravy tubs they were like angel delight very thick no run to it what so ever we had to put them in a jug and thin down with hot water from kettle. Everything cold and thank god got daughter mash as the chips for 4 were enough to fill 2.5 bags only ridiculous. Not enjoyable at all

Gone downhill in last 9 months. I loved the fries but now there is only chunky lumps of tatties. Shame

Incapable of putting together the order that is in front of them and equally incapable of answering the phone when I called to bring this to their attention, poor service all round.

I came here with my two daughters aged 12 and 2. I ordered a boneless banquet, a 3 piece boneless dips meal and a kids popcorn chicken meal. I was told that there was only yogurt available for the treat in the kids meal which was fine. I asked for a spoon but was told that there were no spoons. How do you eat yogurt with no spoon? Apart from that the food order was fine and the food itself was very nice. After we'd eaten I went to change my toddlers nappy which was in a combined disabled toilet and baby change room. Someone had urinated on the floor which smelled very bad. I asked staff to clean this and was told that someone would do it immediately. I waited a few minutes with a bored impatient toddler! Then asked again and was told that somebody would clean it. Waited another 5 minutes then gave up. Myself and my family really like KFC food but this particular establishment needs reviewing.

Popped in here for a "quick" meal. Certainly wasn't possible the day I visited. The food order was incorrect - we were a drink short. The childrens portion of popcorn chicken was miniscule. A portion of chips was added to my wrap order - I wasn't asked if I wanted them, and I didn't ! The only reason the kids had a meal was to get the icecream sweet. The icecream was off! Very disappointing visit. I'm told the toilet in the mens was blocked, I used the disabled toilet and it was discusting with pee all over the pan and the floor. I certainly won't be returning any time soon, and sorry.. but I can't recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered and paid for 12 piece boneless bucket tonight. Got 10 pieces and one box popcorn chicken (should have got 2) with 2 sides. Staff too busy to notice you after money was paid. Gave up. Not amused.

Got takeaway order wrong (again). Missing items. Then had to wait in queue to have it rectified. Assistant argued that we had received all items. Eventually got them. Meanwhile rest of order gone cold. Won’t be back.

Me and my friends were looking forward for our lunch but this all changed when we stepped in the door and it smelt like vomit and poop. All 9 of my friends had to leave due to this horrendous smell that made us all physically gag.

Went there tonight and got a 10 piece family feast take away. The chicken was cold and I had to microwave it and on top of that I feel robbed out of 10 pieces of chicken 6 of them were drum sticks.

went before and after Christmas and there were no hot drinks available both times.I complained and said its been like this for weeks ,could they not get it fixed as it was really cold ,was told plenty cold drinks ,meal was cold ,wont be back there ,some staff were laughing when i was complaining ,not a good look for them

Chicken wasn't good & made me ill, but team member jodi was nice to me. Apart from her will NOT be back.

Visitado en justo antes de las 9:00 pm en una noche entre semana. Sólo 2 personas delante de mí en la cola, pero tardaron casi 15 minutos para que nos sirvieran. Una persona sirviendo mientras otros miembros del personal se levantó sobre charlando y bebiendo refrescos. Además, no alas de estaban disponibles incluso pensó que tenía un montón de otros de pollo, lo que significaba que un número de combinaciones en el menú no estaban disponibles de inmediato como alas de son parte de la oferta.

Yo, mis dos hijos adolescentes y mi hijo de 5 años visité KFC mientras estaba de vacaciones en Escocia, y no me gustó demasiado. Estuvimos allí alrededor de 2. 30:00 y sólo había 6 personas en el restaurante. La chica que nos servía era estresado y esperaba respuestas rápidamente y parecía que le molesta cuando me preguntas. Me explicó que esta fue nuestra primera experiencia con KFC, y era nuevo en su menú, pero eso no parecía hacer ninguna diferencia. Pollo picante que iba incluso comer (de nuevo no fue explicado a nosotros! ), y el pollo estaba seco

I hate how rubbish Kirkcaldy KFC is! For starters the drive through is never open, they have always ran out of items off the menu, the food is always freezing when you just get it especially the chips😷😷, slow service too! will not be back!

love this place always get a great welcome from staff! Food is great too! we often eat here! The grankids love it too especially when they get their ice creams!

the place was clean but very dated rips in chairs ect. asked for snack boxes to told we dont sell them. we pointed them out on the menu. woman then to ask the manger and she said we do sell them. food was ok but hot win had been sat too long. however the toilets stunk and the lights where flickering. they was no loo roll ether and urine on the floor

Mi esposa y yo nos metimos en una solución rápida de comida rápida. Fue rápido, pero nos quedamos horrorizados al estado del lugar. Los inodoros no se veían mucho antes de poder llegar a ellos y olía un poco como una casa de animales en el zoo, sucio y bastante desagradable. Quizás lo peor fue que cuando se volvió a el 'restaurante' de los baños, había en realidad piss en las suelas de sus zapatos- que se estaban rezagando en una zona de comedor. repugnante. Además, el personal era lento y desinteresado. Ni siquiera una sonrisa marca la diferencia, pero sin tanta alegría estaba presente, fingir o de lo contrario. El suelo y las mesas estaban sucias y el lugar no estaba tan lleno, quizás un tercio. No se que se apuran por todos lados. :(

Acababa de comprar dos comidas a un costo de £10,86 para llegar a casa y encontrar sólo la mitad de la orden en la bolsa.ya que no estamos al lado no vamos a volver. Oh, le daré una comida gratis al tiempo pero no en su número de referencia o cualquier cosa a la altura con cuando pedir esto en una fecha futura. Ah Estimado Sr. KFC mal servicio aquí.

I took my family here for dinner as a treat. We ordered two kids meals and two adult meals. The kids meals were basic, you can't have fries if your having a side so we ended up giving the kids fries from our meals! Other than the food, the restaurant needs a deep clean. The tables and chairs were filthy. I even saw one of the cooks outside in his whites, picking up rubbish! Won't be going back!

This is just your typical kfc . Food good as always , staff are friendly and everytime i have visited there has always been quick service which is good

food was ok, for what it is intended but the place was a bit messy , with food lying around on floor and tables still dirty

Food was cold, burger roll was soggy and the one but on lettuce on it was warm. Chips were obviously old and were completely disgusting. Staff were ok but never heard a please or thank you through out the whole transaction. When I paid for my "meal" the person didn't even say one word to me.Would not go back.

Lovely staff who seem to be worked awfully hard but unfortunately the seating area is extremely neglected with greasy chairs and filthy tables. Really people how hard is it to put rubbish in the bin when finished? Notice napkins and wipes have to be specifically requested now rather than automatically given so this probably has led to the greasy chairs and tables everywhere.Whilst considering the food I've noticed portions are getting smaller and smaller, seem to be cooked well but not a fulfilling meal more a quick snack. One piece of chicken my son received appeared to be ribs but there was NO chicken on it just batter coating?!?To be honest a very cheap quick snack but no more than that.

I've used it now for about 5 years since we moved up from Sheffield. Food is great, we sometimes have to wait for it as it seems a busy place at weekends, but worth the wait.
