items piled on top of pizza box squashed the lid of the box onto the pizza toppings. chips lank, nuggets dry. Previous nights order was really good, hence why I ordered again. so disappointed..

Everything wet? Chips soaking wet and soggy with steam from container. Chicken nuggets not much flavour and frozen basic bulk bought onion rings. Disappointed this time.

Waited over an hour on my delivery, food was cold an horrible we tried to reheat turned to rubber from being wrapped up so long. If food had have been hot it would probably have been okay. 🤨

A total waste of £12 ,cold chips and the roll with the cheeseburger was like a brick!! So really the only edible bit was the burger rest went in the bin.Really disappointed as it's usually great 👎

Waited 2.5 hours on thin air being delivered. Phone calls with restaurant reassured us it's on its way and will be delivered shortly. Order shown as delivered but no food received and Restaurant now closed. Disappointing to say the least.

Great food! Chip so tasty, they dont need salt, nice and crunchy. Perfect chicken kebab and really lovely chilli sauce. Perfect tea.

Had orders before and have been good. However tonight was bad, the chips had be reheated twice and the burger was burnt and for the salad was just shocking.

The preset order time was wrong, the app wasn’t kept up to date had to phone shop and ask what was happening, was greeted by an angry man shouting down the phone, the 2nd time I called it was a different man (much politer) The food eventually arrived and the donner was greasy 🤢, the chips were wrong side of crispy also greasy , and the driver came speeding past the house , and then took 5 minutes to turn and drop off. Worst experience. It left the shop at 12pm and arrived at my house 50minutes later cold and soggy. The food items were falling through the packaging.

I asked for chilly sauce with my hoggie an got mayo. Kebab was okay. An chicken wings well paid 4.50 for 5 wee bits chicken, no spices or salad in box not worth money. Disappointed in my order.

Don't state a 45 minute delivery when it actualy takes 1hr 45m. If I'd known it would take this long I wouldn't have ordered. Unsurprisingly the food was cold when it arrived.

The chips were decent ordered pieces of chicken and got 2 and 5 wings that seemed to be a bit spicy and I can't eat spices.

I ordered 6 pcs chicken, and must say its the worst fried chicken Ive ever eaten. Even though I've set very low standards for takeaway food in UK, but this was an absolute waste of money. Literally bland and dripping oil. Please dont waste money on the chicken pieces atleast.

Didn't get my tin of juice with my meal-deal. The food is generally good but stuff like this is rather common unfortunately, sometimes it's a sauce sometimes it's juice but a lot goes missing if you get it from time to time.

Food was nice and hot. Driver was nice. Was suprisingly fast as we had quite a large order at 12am. I reccomend. Great place has been one of my favourites for a while.

You got our order wrong, I’m being honest I did get the address wrong. However you gave us 2 pizzas that were not what we asked for and I was very disappointed because I have been ordering from yous for years and only had a couple mistakes and I have let it slide but I have had enough!!! I wont be ordering from Toni’s again.

Only getting one star because you can’t get 0. Only edible part was the chips. Chicken was horrible, undercooked and tasteless. Dinner meat tasted off and was cold. £12 I’m not getting back

food took an hour and a half. pizza was good and chips were for once cooked properly, burger overcooked - chicken over cooked salad turning brown. very disappointing . will not be ordering again.

Arrived later than expected and was absolutely freezing - not even lukewarm in places. Had to heat up the pizza in the oven to make it remotely edible and the chips went straight in the bin. Waste of money and a huge disappointment. Avoid like the plague.
