Starbucks in Fife

Fui a sentarme en una de las muchas mesas libres mientras mi hija se unía a la cola para tomar café. Hace cola porque estoy discapacitado y no puedo aguantar mucho. Un miembro del personal se me acercó y me dijo que no podía sentarme a menos que me uniera a la cola y comprara comida primero. Antes de que pudiera responder, ella se fue a decirle a alguien que se levantara de la mesa. Bastante loco, ¿una mesa de seis personas se unirá a la cola? ¡Puerta demasiado estrecha para meter mi silla de ruedas también! El personal grosero como este es raro.

Busy place and got good service. The staff were friendly even though busy and we enjoyed out drinks.

Fast, efficient and friendly service, and great coffee. The place was buzzing, nice atmosphere. Recommended.

Llegamos a tomar un capuchino y un lugar de pasteles estaba muy ocupado, pero tuvimos la suerte de tomar una mesa. El lugar podría ser dos veces más grande que el personal corriendo con una sonrisa en la cara, el café y el pastel eran excelentes. Siempre puede saber si la calidad está bien cuando ve la cola de clientes en el mostrador. Dicen que los clientes votan con los pies. . . . bueno, sus pies los están atravesando por la puerta.

Este Starbucks no es particularmente grande, pero tuvimos la suerte de encontrar una mesa vacía. En lo que respecta a la decoración, estaba bastante bien del molino. El servicio fue rápido y amable y el café estaba bien sin ser excepcional, pero acepto que eso es algo personal; Simplemente prefiero el Café Nero.La conclusión es que este es un excelente ejemplo de la cadena Starbucks.

On our recent visit on Friday 27 September 2019, the rain came started and forgot to stop! I purchased takeaway hot drinks x 3 for myself, hubby & son. We also had our large German Shepherd with us. We were dressed for the awful weather and decided to sit down on the wooden benches outside, when a member of staff popped out to advise they are 'dog friendly' and we were all welcome inside. At the time of our visit Starbucks was jumping, it was incredibly busy with only two staff working, however these staff dealt with the customers in a courteous and timely manner and took that time to come outside to let us know we were welcome inside. The effort made from that staff member made us smile, it was very welcome information. Thank you.

Mi novio y yo entramos en la calle Starbuck Andrews después de terminar el trabajo de comida rápida, el servicio al cliente nos pareció increíble y excelente, obtuve un gran café con leche de avellana mientras mi novio recibió un Frapp chino, ya que era un día muy caluroso. quería algo frío para tomar, también teníamos los panecillos del desayuno que tenían salchichas, huevo y tocino ya que estaban deliciosos, también compramos algunos muffins para llevar a casa, las mesas están muy limpias y ordenadas, el personal es muy amable para hablar y servicial, la tienda se veía muy ordenada y limpia, los baños estaban limpios y ordenados ya que no podíamos criticarlo, llevamos la bandeja al personal para ayudar, no podemos esperar para volver a Starbucks At Andrews por un día para que podamos obtener los chinos de Frapp

I visit Starbucks regularly but have never been to St. Andrews Starbucks before. I’m here visiting family and as I had a drink to claim thought we’d go in for a drink and toastie..... well I wish we hadn’t, couldn’t get out there quick enough. My matcha green tea was disgusting, didn’t taste anything like it should. The normal tea was just as bad. The toastie was ridiculously hard/crunchy around the edges and soggy in the middle and they had no knives to cut them!! The tables and floors were dirty, where the milk and sugar is kept was also pretty minging. And as for the toilets...... dirty, wet floor, smelt disgusting, no hand soap or towels and the hand dryer almost on the floor. Think that place needs a makeover or to be shut down.

When I saw a starbucks in St. Andrews, my heart sank. I didn't travel all that way, to an iconic destination, to find a chain coffee house from the U.S.

We went for drinks and a snack. The banana bread and carrot cake we ordered were stale and had to be returned. The drinks were reasonably ok but the latte could have been hotter. Not at all what we expect at Starbucks.

Despite being busy - qued out to the door the service was fast - efficient and every member of staff was courteous+. Even clearing tables and cleanliness was to a high standard. Customer service was focused. A credit to Starbucks and certainly an example to other Starbucks and even moreso to other competitor's in St. Andrew's - will def be back

Early on a Saturday morning when I desperately needed a nice cup of coffee, i was surprised to find a Starbucks in St. Andrews. All of us took advantage of the shop which provided us with the same great Starbuck experience that we get in California. I was surprised that they even accepted my Starbucks card which some of the shops at the casinos in Nevada wouldn't take. Thanks Starbucks for being there for us.

We decided today to go to Starbucks, St Andrews for a much needed hot coffee as it is such a cold morning.

After a long day at the office th8s was the ideal stop off, a late night meeting coupled with a festive gingerbread latte

Longest wait I’ve ever had for a Starbucks... Starbucks Motto, nurture the human spirit... Starbucks standards... I believe not met. Cannot take the correct order, little availability. Terrible customer service also.. Thanks. 🙄🙄

Nipped in on a Sunday morning around 11am. The coffee was just what I was looking for, but the queue to order and then the wait for my coffee was longer than I would expect from Starbucks

Great stop to get away from the cold! It was packed when i went, but there is a ton of seating for people to hang out!

Good cappuccino which was made extra hot to my order. Chocolate mallows on a stick just hit the spot and easily done with my dog at my side. Well done Starbucks for being dog friendly
