Don’t go here; it is filthy, food portions are staggeringly small and it’s slow. Because I stayed too long, (over 75mins) I got a £100 parking ticket. This is absolutely the worse fast-food place I have ever been in. KFC also accepts no responsibility for the parking ticket when I challenged it. A shocking experience. I am done with KFC.

Kfc but done as it should be. There are quite a few out there and you get cold soggy chips, watered down gravy and some questionable chicken. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. They actually did it all the way, Colonel sanders would be proud

No parking in disabled for myself and my daughter , due to delivery drivers parking in the spaces , due to being too lazy and bone idle to walk any distance

The food was cold the chips looked awful as if they had been warmed up numerous times but were still cold,I can fully understand the poor reviews that KFC receive about their take away service if you're eating in and the food is cold what it's like when delivered I shudder to think,the last time I visited this outlet was 10 years ago but it will be far longer if ever before I visit again.

Come here if you want items missing from your order.. they seem to find it impossible to put an order together..........

Took the family for a treat on Xmas Eve. Got a £100 parking fine. It seems they have a maximum 75 minutes parking. We were parked for 95 minutes! Kentucky Fried Charges?

I am not sure who is worse the Mcdonalds in Rock Ferry or the KFC. This KFC is a nightmare that rivals a 15th centure with burning. Everything is out of stock. This is before Brexit do that excuse never works. Machines broken if you want something. Hair on the chicken wings. No straws. Drinks are warmer than hells gate. The employees are clueless except when it is time to take your money and give you a bag of laughs in return.

Is this really a meal, come on now I don't expect to queue for 15 to 20 minutes on a Saturday night at 9.30pm for this! This company must make millions on peoples poor decisions to purchase food from here.

Queued up at the drive through, at least for 20 minutes, no signs saying they were not selling their Vegan option (limited menu). Still allowed us to queue/ wasted our time only to be told "we are not caterering for Vegans during this time", only Vegans and Vegetarians are affected "so it doesn't matter". Boycott KFC, they discriminate, and look what happens in the world when this happens.

I am raging I ordered a boneless banquet and they gave me rice and a burger how in gods name do u get that mixed up this wouldn’t happen in the 89’s very dissatisfaction

Every time I go here, there is a long wait for parts of the order. 3 out of 4 times there are items missing from the order - do not recommend this venue for takeaway food so frustrating!

Ordered meal and payed for accepted 2 Hours later we had an Email ordered cancelled no reason to late to reorder from someone else gone 11 pm this place is a discussing avoid

Avoid this KFC at meal times when the place is busy cos you have to wait ages for your meal and pudding as we did on Saturday , my wife has a blue badge and we parked in a disabled bay we received a letter this morning telling us we have been fined £100 for overstaying the 75 allotted minutes we were told by KFC that the carpark charges were nothing to do with them but that’s the only place to park if you want to eat there so like I say AVOID at busy times

Food always cold, drinks cold, gravy is a pot of grease.. sickening! Do not eat here if hygiene is a priority. Find somewhere else to eat!

Food was cold and was given half a chicken burger , place is disgusting and staff handling food without gloves

Had a bad experience at laird street last time but this one in rock ferry makes up for that Lovely crispy chicken, hot chips and nice gravy Fed 6 of us for £35 was worth it tonight Fast service and delivery too

With the good lady being out with friends, my son and I decided that a KFC take away was just the ticket after he finished work at 9:00 pm. Having fought our way through the clouds of cigarette smoke we were faced with a less than clean restaurant, staff that gave the impression they had been on a very long shift and didn't really want to be there. Fine we all have bad days! The choice of a bucket and fries between us appealed. The handling of the order was haphazard with fries being tossed through the hatch with no regard to spillage and the bucket unsealed with the lid just covering the content. Once again we fought our way out through the clouds of cigarette smoke. On arrival at home (some 2 miles or so) we eagerly unwrapped the content. The fries were re-cooked more the size of chips with a many burnt bits and ends. The coating on the chicken was not the usual high standard - there was no crispy coating we are use to and not the usual taste. The coating tasted very oily (and not fresh oil either) or they had been sitting for a while. The chicken itself was excellent. Pricewise for the amount we received it's a bargain but the quality was terrible. Having looked forward to numerous stops at a KFC on long journeys and been rewarded with crisp fries and crunchy, tasty chicken I can say we won't be visiting this place again.

How can KFC allow this shambles to continue, if anything it’s getting worse. Always ask them to check it, always ask for dips in the meals that supposedly come with dips! Ask for salt, napkins etc as you might just get one napkin.Such low standards they continually strive to lower.

Went with work friends. Quiet, no waiting customer. Staff chatting for more than 5 mins before serving you. The food just throw at you when is ready.

Visited here on way home after a long journey with a hungry family, big mistake. Decided to avoid drive through and go into the store to order after poor experiences in the past. Clearly the staff inside this branch have no desire to clean tables after customers firstly I was blaming previous customers for mess left behind but then noticed all the bins were already over flowing with litter. The branch was by no means at capacity whilst I was in there, only two customers ahead of me, I ordered using the touch screen menus with little trouble. After a 15 minute wait my order was ready, my number called and I collected my food and left store. Rather then eat in the car we waited till we got home before unpacking our order, another mistake. Chicken missing, sides missing and orders mixed and matched was poor enough but the quality was absolutely atrocious most of what we actually did receive from our original order was binned. I tried to phone store to complain about overall experience only to find the staff that do not clear tables do not answer telephones either. The phone is just left to ring and ring before a voice tells you there is no opportunity to leave a message.

Takes me about 15 minutes to actually reach this drive through from where I live so was really angry to find 2 of the food items i ordered missing from the bag when i got back home. What is so difficult in transferring what's on the ordering screen into a bag and checking everything is there before handing the bag over to the customer ?

Its been a while since my last visit due to stomach ache after the last meal i ate there! Walked in there with my family, it was full of just eat d4ivers sitting around taking up seats. But the whole restaurant was disgusting!! Food ALL over the floors, tables not cleared, wiped! The place looked grubby like it's not been cleaned in days! I know customers should clean after themselves but it really was appalling! Will not be returning! Its needs a massive overhaul! If I could give zero rating it still wouldnt cover it!

My friends and I drove here on the advise it is open until 0:00 (as it states) well that’s not accurate. We went to go in to the drive through and they had pulled the bins in front to block it off. There were cars still in the drive through so my 2 friends got out and went around to the window. They waited for the 2 cars to be served and staff members in there were polite and trying to help. They had food ready and the manager came over and took all the food putting it in the bin? Why? KFC could have made some money! Clearly new management is needed here!!!! Rude manager needs to be addressed at this place.

Ordered a sharing bucket from KFC Rockferry £24 so it weren’t cheap. After waiting over an hour I opened the door and the delivery guy told me to hold the bag from the bottom as it was sagging. So I did and he ran away as fast as he could. After walking through the whole house I realised that the gravy had spilt and had gone through the bag. So from the front door to the back of the house my carpet is ruined and my clothes were full of gravy. After opening the bag the gravy had saturated everything and the gravy pots were empty. I didn’t call the shop as they took over an hour to get here the first time around. And the delivery guy knew what had happened as he ran away no apology or offer of a replacement. Avoid!

Its a drive through KFC, you can't expect fine dining. Use the drive through for Hangover food, more often than not the orders are perfect, can't fault. Sometimes the orders have missed items, or they have run out of sides/drinks. The staff here are absolutely miserable though, wouldn't kill you to smile.

This is the worse kfc to eat at staff are so rude they got my order wrong and when I said they just started laughing then to top it all off after getting the order I ordered after 25 minutes it was freezing I will never go there again not ever worth one star

Food is quite rubbish, overpriced for the quality and amount you get. Some workers don't even wear hairnets! Hairs found in my child's snack box on several occasions. Cleaning equipment and chemicals often laid out in plain sight, not a nice smell when eating. Workers smoking outside the restaurant and not off the premises. Items often left out of orders and not checked. Health regulations are not followed!! In addition to this my boyfriend who initially worked there in the past has left is terrible burns and scars - often not recognised and dealt with correctly either!!

Happy bunch of people always helpful and smiling Margie is a favourite she always makes you feel welcome and is very patient when the kids change their minds 10 times

The last 3 times I've visited not got what I've ordered, to many kids without any respect for what their serving, sack the lot & get McDonald's team in at least they understand an order, the service is becoming so poor here

Zinger burger thing was pathetic ..limp lettuce and tiny ..staff are miserable and don't even say enjoy your meal which I suppose is fair enough cos I didn't

Rats everywhere, smells fishy never coming back enemy though my nan works there! I wouldn't let my dog eat there!!!!!!!

Food as you would expect place needs jet washing though and staff look like they need jet washing as well. My kids were not well after eating here, could have been a coincidence but by the state of the place maybe not.

kfc will always taste the same but this store is amazing I love it compear to bromborough food always fresh of u go at the right time I.e not rush times

Went there for the first time and ordered through the drive through biggest mistake of my life, I parked up in their car park and bit into this lump of shi£e it was disgusting so I put it into their bin lucky for me because later that night I had terrible stomach pains and quite ill, warning watch what you put in your mouth from this dire fast food outlet.

Go to this kfc as it is my local and it is so so slow. The staff are never in a rush, they are nice but the cars are always out of the drive thru lane and even when inside you know you are going to have to wait a while. Food is ok but can be over oily and chips are always cold.

I've nothing to say. It's exactly what you expect for a KFC. All very clean, sort of new. And fast food.

It's KFC!!!! And it's gorgeous. Nuff said.Staff are little scallys like but I had no complaints. (Used to be a little scally when I was younger)

We used to come quite regularly both inside and drive thru. The last time we used the drive thru and it took them ages to answer on the intercom. We finally ordered and paid but could see the lad making the chicken through the window wiping his snotty nose on his bare fingers then handling the food. This should have rang alarm bells but we'd already paid so we left with our food. My wife bit into her wrap and went green... The chicken was practically raw and even my dog refused to eat it. I emailed KFC head office to complain and they sent me out a form to complete that was dated 2 days before we received it and a stipulation that we had to return it within 24 hours or our complaint would be dismissed. So basically they don't care about almost poisoning people.

I've come to visit here quite (ashamedly) regular. But won't be anymore. The service for the drive through is always slow and the window staff are always rude. Plus 99% of the time there is something missing from my order.

Went through the drive through an got home, my order was wrong and stone cold so I rung up an was told they needed the food bringing back to be replaced so i scraped it of 4 trays into the bag and took it back. We went into eat as our 2 kids were starving by this point. Order was replaced which took about 15 minutes by 1 of the staff who was just standing outside smoking seconds earlier with 2 other staff. The place inside is actually disgusting and needed a good clean. Bits of food all over the floors and tables, toilets were smelly and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days, wasn't even busy either. Couldn't get off the toilet that night and following morning. Did email head office and got a reply of a load of bull. NEVER AGAIN !!

When ever we take the kids here you don't want them to touch anything as it's dirty and needs a good jet wash. Last time we went the kid were sick in the early hours of the next morning. Unlike Macdonalds where they have someone cleaning up constantly, KFC seem to employ people that look like they have come form a Remploy agency and need a good wash themselves. KFC employ more staff and teach the ones that are there how to clean and wash things.

Not a bad KFC this one, staff are always friendly and helpful and the service is fairly quick. Closes a little too early for a late nighr restaurant.Sometimes not as clean as you would expect.

The last few times I have been here the chips are cold and the chicken is greasy. It was that bad that I ended up throwing my Zinger burger away after I'd got home, having been to the drive-thru. I don't know if it was under cooked or what, but it was like biting into gristle. I feel sick talking about it even now. I am normally a fan of KFC but I will never go here again. On top of all of this they often are not able to complete the orders and have to offer substitutes (they tell you this after you have paid for your meal) I would avoid it like the plague

No taste to the fries, greasy chicken, over priced and awful. Like eating warm cardboard. Pepsi tastes like fizzy water. Very, very poor.

I love the Colonel's chicken and the views of Birkenhead high street really get the taste buds going. Brought back memories of 1996 - when I took Viv, my wife, here for our valentines day meal. Had a zinger burger this time but felt slightly overcooked but will still be back to fill my face again and again!
