Fresh, hot and tasty food. Manager/owner was very friendly and had a chat with us. Felt relaxed and welcomed. Will be back in January. Thank you.

Warmly greeted by Iain. His singing and the ambience light and cheerful. I had the 18 hole breakfast which was delightful and the coffee was hot just how I like it. I would definitely recommend and eat here again.

Never ever would I have expected to find a place like this in New Brighton - it’s truly excellent and it’s certainly what the area needs. Bistro 115 has a relaxed ambiance and a rather eccentric and fun interior. Staff are really lovely, very warm and friendly and fun. The food is exceptionally good and ok the dishes are gimmickly named, ie “Oh My Cod” etc, but…..oh boy - absolutely delicious, innovative, beautifully cooked and reasonably priced, desserts are divine- - it’s a smashing place and when I am next up north, it’s a dead cert that I’ll be lunching/dining here. Highly recommended.

Great little cafe on the Wirral Way. Been for a long walk and ended up here for a much needed cuppa and cake. Good selection of food and cakes including gluten free and really friendly staff I will certainly come back

Beautiful cream tea. Delicious homemade sandwiches and cakes. At unbelievable prices. Definitely worth a visit if you are around New Brighton.

Fantastic food, wonderful service, very attentive staff and well themed and decorated restaurant, perfectly reflects the meddeteranian styling and culture, would definitely recommend!

Excellent maxi breakfast and coffee, possibly cheapest in town. Bring cash if you can but they can accept card. Excellent service,friendly staff.

Fabulous food in a fabulous restaurant. The staff were very informative and helpful. The ambiance was friendly and warm on a cold autumn night. We will definitely be back and will make a point of visiting your other restaurants

Family run, extremely friendly and absolutely fabulous! The food is amazing as are the owners. If you live in Hoylake or you’re visiting then the Hut is an absolute must! We love it and you will too.
