Warmly greeted by Iain. His singing and the ambience light and cheerful. I had the 18 hole breakfast which was delightful and the coffee was hot just how I like it. I would definitely recommend and eat here again.

I regularly drive from Manchester to visit and take my mum to The Tee Room. We both love it there. We are always warmly welcomed by the lovely Iain. The food is always absolutely delicious! We can’t help but order the gorgeous, freshly baked scones with jam & cream - even though we are already full!! Thank you so much! Can’t wait until our next visit!

One of our favourite cafes for breakfast/brunch across the Wirral! Fantastic service every time, and the food is delicious and great value for money. We're so glad Ian has stayed on in the business - as it's always a familiar friendly face when walking through the door.

Super food and lots of golf chat available! The Tee Room was warm on a cold day and we had a fab late lunch. We had soup and Welsh rarebit, both delicious!

Such a gem of a cafe in West Kirby. Wonderful food, great service and cozy atmosphere that is always so welcoming. We look forward to stopping in and will even book ahead when taking a family group or good friends. Plus, if black pud is your thing - this is your place! It is a brilliant start to your day!!!

We popped into the Tee Room for lunch during a trip in to West Kirby, as we liked the look of it from the outside. There were already quite a few people in there, with others obviously expected (they arrived soon after we got there), but Iain greeted us warmly and showed us to a table that wasn't reserved. It was obvious that most, if not all of the other customers were local, which is always a good sign when you are unfamiliar with a cafe or restaurant. The venue is excellent, beautifully cooked and very reasonably priced. It has a warm, friendly atmosphere. My wife requested soya milk with her hot chocolate, which Iain admitted he'd forgot to get in, but then arranged to have some brought in there and then. Great service indeed. My Eggs Benedict and my wife's "Tee Room Road Hole Sandwich" (their special toasted club sandwich with chips) were delicious. The toilet even has individual linen hand towels for drying your hands, which are then deposited in a whicker laundry basket, which is a classy touch. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic .. what a great experience. We popped in for a quick drink but we were seduced by the great menu and wonderful staff. I had a pot of coffee and the other half had a pot of black tea that came with a little ‘tea timer’ so that it would be perfect drinking strength! We decided to have lunch, I had a delicious crispy oven baked potato with beans (cute little side salad) and the other half had the most glorious smelling and looking Welsh Rarebit. Everything is locally sourced and great quality. We’re definitely coming back x

My sister and i have now been here several times and have found the Owner to be extremely friendly and helpful, even when busy, he has been able to fit us in after just a short wait. I go for the soup and sandwich deal. The soup is homemade and soooh tasty. A wide range of sandwiches are available but the Welsh Rarebit is to die for. Excellent value for money, great surrounding....love all the golfing memorabilia on the walls...I find something different every time. I recommend a visit here strongly.

I booked the Tee Room for an afternoon tea for my mum and her friends on her 80th birthday. I chose the sandwich selection which came with a selection of cakes including homemade scones. The food was plentiful and so good we took home anything we couldn’t eat at the time. My mum has dementia so choosing somewhere she would feel comfortable was very important. Ian and his team were brilliant. The afternoon was perfect and it was lovely to see mum enjoying herself. Thank you so much

Thought me and the Girlfriend would stop here before a romantic walk in West Kirby. A very quirky little cafe with plenty of memorabilia from past Golf Tournaments which adds a nice little nod to the local heritage. Staff are quite friendly and the food was lovely, I had Baked Potato with Beans and my partner had a Mushroom Omelette which she enjoyed. We were also given loose leaf tea which is a bit stronger than what I’m used to. Definitely worth coming back for more in the future.

To be honest I'm not fully sure I want to be sharing how good this place is as I'd like to keep it all for myself. Iain is nothing short of brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The same can be said for everyone there. Each time we have eaten here it has been a brilliant experience, all food items were hot and freshly prepared and mmmm the nicest pot of tea around! Parking on side streets has never been an issue either. Whilst golf fans may be drawn here due to the golfing connection and the great selection of memorabilia on display, it really doesn't matter if you care for the connection or not as either way you're in for a treat! And the sausages...my word! But shhussshh.. don't tell everyone!

Saw an article online about top 10 Wirral eateries the night before we were going over to West Kirby. I have been coming here for over 40 years as a child so know my way around most of the town. We decided to try The Teeroom as we had never been. Only waited 5 minutes for a table luckily enough. Pleasantly greeted by a man who I presume is the owner. He sorted a table then seated us. Menu isn't big but there is a good choice. We were hungry so decided to order the big breakfast. Have to say it was absolutely huge and delicious. I had to give some of mine to my greedy other half as I was stuffed. Considering it was what we know as a fry up it wasn't greasy at all so thank you to the chef.Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had a couple of laughs with the owner. Lovely friendly man. Definitely will return.

Came to Liverpool today to celebrate my Fiancé’s birthday and our 1 year engagement. We stumbled across this little tea room for a bit of lunch and the food was amazing! The tea room itself was a golfers paradise! My partner being an avid golfer himself was in absolute heaven chatting away to the very friendly owner and fellow dinner, got some great tips on where to play. The tee room itself is covered in loads of golf memorabilia, it’s a fabulous place for a bit to eat! Highly recommended

Arranged a meeting here today based on other people's reviews ...and was not disappointed. The manager was friendly, helpful and accomodating - and the coffee and service was top quality. I didn't try the food this time but I'll be back to do so soon. Loved it.

We called in today, had a lot of coffee, and toasted sandwiches to fortify ourselves for a walk around the Marine lake. Service, atmosphere, food and price all excellent.

Me and my partner have visited here regularly over the past 3 years. It is our go to for an amazing breakfast treat. We always say we will get something different but we enjoy our breakfasts so much, we can’t bring ourselves to order something different than a 18 hole (large breakfast). You can tell all the items on the breakfast are fresh ingredients & not greasy at all. All food and drink is to an extremely high standard, including loose leaf tea and lovely coffee’s.Iain (owner and front of house) and the staff are brilliant. He is so friendly and helpful, and has always got time for his customers. The Tee Room takes card and cash payments. It’s a golf inspired tea room, which is clearly displayed throughout. All the decor relates to golf as it’s obviously a passion of Iain’s.We look forward to returning to The Tee Room once again!

The hospitality was great. The coffee was excellent you could actually taste it. I believe the traditional tea served was good. No waiting and made very welcome. Lost a star because it was a bit small.

Today I took my 97 year old cousin and my wife to The Teeroom cafe at lunchtime and what a pleasant surprise my cousin and my wife had the soup and I had a sausage and egg toastie, the cafe is owned and run by really nice and friendly man who is a golf fanatic as the name suggests, would we go again , yes definitely.This is an unbiased review as we just called in as we passed by.

This cafe has lots of character, and friendly ownership. The menu is varied, and beautifully cooked. A very pleasant atmosphere.

Friendly service, unrushed, good food. Excellent Welsh rarebit. All day breakfast was very tempting and there was a vegetarian version. Good location very close to the waterfront.

Beautiful breakfast, all cooked fresh on hot plates. And the best coffee to go with it. Very accommodating if you prefer something else with your cooked breakfast.( husband doesn't eat beans so has extra bacon)

My daughter took me here for breakfast on my birthday and the full English was amazing. Service was great and very friendly and I did learn that if we wanted to ever go at lunchtime it was best to book. Tried to download a photoo but it's saying it's too big. Must be because there was so much on the plate!!

We went here for breakfast recently and unfortunately won’t be returning. We asked for the bacon to be crispy but it was hard when it was served (there’s a difference between crispy and burnt). The biggest issue for me though was that the place looks like it needs a good clean everywhere and some TLC. It’s trying to bit a vintage-style tea room but sadly we felt it was more of a greasy caff. With some many places to choose from in the local area I feel the owners need to up their game.

We made an impromptu visit to West Kirby whilst nearby on a buying trip. After looking on TA for somewhere to grab breakfast, I’m pleased to say we got a hole in one picking the TeeRoom.

Visited recently on a craving for an all-day breakfast and was not disappointed. Fantastic service and the quality and value of the food was excellent. Tried to go back a few days later with my partner but there was no room for us which says it all really. The place is an absolute credit to the owner who is clearly immensely popular with his regular clientele.

When my family and I went to The Tee Room it was our first visit but it will not be our last. The manager/owner was very welcoming, the lunch was very tasty, plentiful and not extortionately priced. The ambience was very good with its golfing memorabilia hence the TEE room ! we were told that we were fortunate to get a table because booking is advised. This seems to be true because the second time we went, the Tee Room was full and a table was not expected to be available for 30 minutes or so. But if you can get to eat there , I don't think you'll be disappointed. Recommended.

The reviews don’t lie. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and the food was fantastic. I had an 18 hole breakfast and the wife had a sausage sandwich and both were lovely!

Get there, food great and the menu seems to have all the things you would crave, cakes nice and fresh always a great way to finish off a good meal, the theme is very suited to the area, and with I an also being a keen golfer, plenty of conversation to match the amazing surroundings

Visited this week. Welcomed as soon as we entered, very clean and friendly. Menus was good, lots of choice, we opted for the large breakfasts, that are served with both tea or coffee and a fruit juice. Tea was proper loose leaf, and lovely and the coffee was nice too. Juice was lovely, not accrid like some. The breakfast was delicious. All cooked perfect and piping hot. Scrambled eggs were beautiful and the whole meal was enjoyed. The owner is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely clean toilets too, and encourages local business to advertise with them which is nice. We will definitely return!

If you’re ever in West Kirby, The TeeRoom is somewhere you really need to visit. Both the food and the service is very good and the owner offers great hospitality. It came recommended to me and they were certainly correct.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner, Ian, with a positive & cheery good morning. We were told to sit where we liked. Quirky golf memorabilia on the walls and very clean. The two women ordered a small ( 9 hole) breakfast whilst I ordered the large (18 hole). We didn't wait too long, around 15 mins. Breakfast was very presentable. Mine had 2 eggs 2 bacon rosti beans grilled tomatoes 2 sausages, which were excellent, black pudding & 2 toast & a pot of coffee & apple juice. This was £9.95...very good value and excellent with it...not greasy at all. all Ian's produce comes from local farms & shops within a 5 mile radius. If you don't mind Ian's crooning then its a hidden gem in West Kirby. Make sure you book if after 12.

A lovely little tea room which is, as the name suggests, on a golf theme. One of the nicest Vegetarian Breakfasts I have had in a long time. Loved the addition of the potato cake and potato rosti. A very reasonable price as well. Will be back next time we are in the area.

Visited The Tee Room for breakfast and immediately received a warm welcome. Well priced with the set breakfast coming with tea/ coffee and orange juice. The best scrambled egg I've ever eaten and delicious sausages! I can not wait to return for more breakfasts and try the afternoon tea. I highly recommend The Tee Room.

Called here when looking around the area, the little tea rooms is a five minute stroll from West Kirby Beach and South Parade.

Called today for a cup of tea we got such a warm welcome the owner is lovely the tea comes in a giant tea pot full of tea leaves, the teapot come with it's own tea cozy and timer so it brews proper had a home made scone with butter and jam it was gorgeous this place is a little gem wished it was in Leeds

We had a lovely breakfast here during our visit to West Kirby beach. Staff were very friendly and service was quick.

Me and my partner stumbled across this place a month or two ago, been only twice but it’s one of the best places we have ever had breakfast. We are always greeted with a friendly welcome by the manager who appears nice and chatty. I have both times had the lemon ginger tea which comes in the most cutest teapot and tea cosy with a timer that tells you when it’s brewed! My partner raves about the quality and especially the black pudding on the breakfast, I have had scrambled egg on toast with mushrooms which has been lovely both times. We live in Neston and believe it’s worth the drive up there for a breakfast! Thank you for accommodating us each time!
