The best place on the Wirral ive been for food and drinks. The lemon pepper wings are perfect, so crispy and juicy at the same time. The Birria beef tacos are to die for. The cocktails are everything, perfect amount of alcohol not too strong to the point the alcohol is overpowering but definitely strong enough, I got drunk off 3, definitely not watered down. The service is immaculate every time I’ve visited, the friendliest waiters, the time it takes for the food to come out is perfect and when the food arrives it arrives hot and you can tell they are made fresh. Honestly every time I’ve visited it feels as though the food, the drinks and the service gets better. Most underrated restaurant on the Wirral.
Now you might find this place how to visualise - it’s inside a fake flower shop but yes in Bromborough. Access once you know where it is is easy. Car parking good. Never full cafe or car park. Food and service is good.
If I owned it I would have more prominent signage - it’s like the cafes you get inside garden centres but a lot better
You won’t need to plan this and you won’t regret it either
Home cooked food, good hearty food, service will a smile always, nice specials on through the week too. The only cafe I will visit when in New Brighton as it’s always a nice atmosphere.
I celebrated my 50th birthday at AJs. Everyone had a fantastic time, the atmosphere was great the food was excellent with plenty to go round. The house band where great got us all up dancing. Couldn’t have wished for a better venue to celebrate thank you to Angela and the team for all their hard work making it a special night.
Lovely and clean
I took my granddaughter and we enjoyed the delicious sausages
She had them with chips and I has the mini breakfast
Cooked hot and fresh to order and staff very friendly and kind
We will definitely be returning
I have been coming to indigo for about 7 months, the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and are always very welcoming, the food, my lord the food is out of this world! The chef is fantastic, I highly recommend you come to indigo, you will have a marvellous time xxxxx
We were in the area to go and see the Moon exhibition at the town hall and asked a traffic warden for somewhere to get a hot drink (bitterly cold day). How lucky were we that he recommended this cafe? The food was delicious, as were the drinks and the staff were so helpful and happy to adapt to suit our needs. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to have a proper meal as we had timed tickets but the snacks we had were more than enough and the staff were happy to wrap up what we didn't have time to eat.
When in the area we would certainly go back and give ourselves enough time to enjoy the food properly and have a full meal.
My friend got a voucher for this place and bought the afternoon tea to my house.
I am GF so I didn't expect alot to be honest.
It was all homemade the night before and it was the best GF scone I have ever had plus the flap Jack was sooo delicious too.
Thank you for makeing it such a treat and I can't wait to enjoy another afternoon tea soon.
Wentvon Burns night. Great food and atmosphere. The young people will enhance the trade in the coming years. I hope they stay local as they will enhance The Wirral and be a credit to themselves.
The best cafe in Hoylake! Myself and my partner were recommended this place by a friend. We have been here for lunch a fair few times now and it has undoubtedly become our favourite lunch spot on the Wirral! The owners and all the staff are so lovely and super accommodating when I’ve needed to change things due to dietary requirements!
Wow! What an amazing place. Everything was lovely from the environment to the staff and food. I also learned that everyone volunteers and all monies made are donated to charities and local community groups! How fantastic!

Lovely restaurant and ambiance. Open kitchen. Food was nice, not amazing, just nice.
Service was awful. Slow and no contact. We were booked in for 6.30, ordered food around 6.45 and got the food around 8, by this time we’d lost interest, which I suppose had impacted on our view of the food it’s self.
Served one drink, not checked upon. Cakes looked amazing but sadly the vanilla sponge was dry.
May go back and try breakfast as been told thats good.
