We were in the area to go and see the Moon exhibition at the town hall and asked a traffic warden for somewhere to get a hot drink (bitterly cold day). How lucky were we that he recommended this cafe? The food was delicious, as were the drinks and the staff were so helpful and happy to adapt to suit our needs. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to have a proper meal as we had timed tickets but the snacks we had were more than enough and the staff were happy to wrap up what we didn't have time to eat. When in the area we would certainly go back and give ourselves enough time to enjoy the food properly and have a full meal.

pls refund with v-bucks or l*p dance. I would also like to complain the waiters werent wearing balenciaga trainers and gucci caps. Your waiters are on a peasentry level and only wear Kappa Bucket Hats. I am fuming ands appualed. ngl but i did enjoy the special offer which was buy two maion meals geta shank from the birko boys .just gotta say i was the one who robbed the bucket full of tips. I also stole the london bank and your nans cat and several corner shops owned by a person who i shall not name.

Delicious fresh food, great variety and good service and Vicki the owner is very helpful. Pop in regularly at lunchtimes.

My mum and I popped in for lunch today. The cafe is lovely clean and bright. The staff greeted us with warm welcoming smiles. Even though it was busy the service was excellent. We had a lovely warming chicken curry with rice and chips. It was proper chicken, not reconstructed and pumped full of water and salt. The prices are more than reasonable and the portions are big. There is also a great choice of meals. I would totally recommend popping in for your lunch!

I’ve used this place for 16 years but today was the second time I’ve been in since it’s changed hands. First time I had a pre prepared sandwich which proved to be very poor for the money. Today had one made up by the rudest least pleasant lady I’ve seen in such a place, the sandwich was poor again and over £4. Last time I’ll eat in here which is a Shame as it was decent back in the day

Called in this morning in a state of extreme hunger. This was more than dealt with by a steaming plate of full English loveliness. Two eggs, two sausage, two rashers of bacon, black pud, beans, tomatoes and two toast with a big mug of tea all for £7. Good value considering the quality and quantity. Already looking forward to a revisit. Quick and friendly service in a clean and tidy establishment. Spot on!

I was very impressed by this cafe. I had a club sandwich with a side salad - the sandwich was delicious and the side salad was much larger than I expected, so for just about six pounds I got a nice, wholesome and satisfying meal. Service was also very fast.

I visited Forever Green Cafe today for a sandwich and a cup of tea and was very surprised at the standard of service and quality of food. It was excellent. The location was very convenient for the train station buses and ferries The choice of food was good and catered for various types of people vegetarians vegans etc It was very friendly and clean. The prices were very reasonable and there was no rush to leave. It is a family run business which has not long been opened but you would think it had been established forever. I would have no hesitation to recommend Forever Green.

The cafe is now under new management. This is our second visit and on both occasions the food and the staff were absolutely excellent. On the first occasion my husband had egg chips bacon and I had a bacon toastie both of which were delicious. The coffee was strong and very nice. This visit we both had the mini breakfast which was cooked beautifully with toast and another cup of strong coffee. Again the waitresses and the owner Vicky were lovely. Another of my friends called today and she thoroughly enjoyed it too. We certainly will be going back again and can't recommend it highly enough. It is always clean and very pleasant to visit.

Lovely cafe this one. Always made welcome Thoroughly enyoyed our bacon butties and coffee.....espresso good and cup warmed first which is essential with espresso..good crema. Other coffees good quality and served with Chelseas lovely smile. Well reccomended

My company has ordered 2 business lunches in the last week from Forever Green. After testing a couple of other sandwiches shops I was keen to find a firm that cared about variety and presentation the way I do. After attending the Wirral Chamber ghost tour I tasted the food and chatted with the team. They said they were starting buffets and I am really glad they have. Thank you my customers loved the food and we will be using your services from now on for our courses. I loved it so I asked my team to take photos

I called into this cafe while passing on Thursday this week, just after a spot of lunch in between shopping at the nearby Rock Retail Park and travelling home. This place is under new ownership and I had heard good things about it from colleagues who work nearby and friends who had started frequenting the business seeking a good breakfast. I know some of the staff there indirectly and wanted to see if the photographs of the food that I had been seeing on Facebook were as good as they looked. The cafe is well set out with two entrances, the one off the main road being used by people sitting down inside and the side entrance by customers calling in for take away lunches. There are display cabinets where the girls can make up whatever combination of food that you fancy. There is a good selection of sandwich fillings, baked potatoes, hot pies, mini pizzas and cakes. I opted for the mini pizza, a delicious half panini base with a pesto, goats cheese an onion topping drizzled with olive oil. I was so impressed, I asked the young girl who served me, who turned out to be the pizza maker, for the recipe, which she willingly gave me. I can only describe the dish as mouth-wateringly superb. The cafe has a wide selection of food with particular attention to vegan and vegetarian selections. I finished off with a delicious cake, again home cooked in the cafe by another of the young girls serving behind the counter. The owner, Paul was present and very friendly, telling me how he had turned the cafe into a thriving busy business since buying it earlier in the year, working with the help of his Manager, Emma, who is also a pleasant, confident, chatty young lady, very much a hands on Manager. She was constantly checking each order as it came out of the kitchen and speaking with customers to ensure that their food was okay. The cafe was very busy with professional business type customers eating lunch and a lot of people taking out sandwiches. The waitresses were all smart, cheerful and enthusiastic, a pleasure to deal with. This is obviously the new stylish cafe to go to, in the Hamilton Square area, which is the trendy business area of Birkenhead. All the staff were a delight to be served by and the place has an upmarket, buzzy type atmosphere. I have heard that the breakfasts are fantastic and certainly I'll be returning to try more food here. 10/10 for food choice with a high quality selection and fast, efficient service, with a smile.

Visited here today for the first time. Nice and clean, friendly staff, very busy. Ordered omelette with salad, Omelette delicious and very filling. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely go again,.

Fantastic place to go for lunch during work, the food is great with lots of choices and the expanding dessert menu is something nice to have on top of your main meal. Highly recommend this place

Un colega me presentó a el lugar hace un par de meses y he introducido varios otros colegas y amigos. Ahora visita la mayoría de los días estoy en la oficina. No sé por qué no crítica.

Este lugar es un poco escondido al lado de la plaza principal, (para aquellos que no conocen la zona), muy satisfecho de haber encontrado. La mayoría de la comida es casera y muy sabrosa. Es un lugar donde el personal y la administración tienen verdadero orgullo en ofrece buena comida y buen servicio. También venden huevos procedentes y caseros mermeladas y chutneys.

A business colleague recommended meeting here for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! The service and food was top notch and I loved the coffee. Will be coming here frequently from now on.

Having been at a longer meeting than expected in the town hall we needed something to eat before resuming in the afternoon. We were recommended to go to Forever Green and we weren't disappointed. I had the Cajun along with the best of chips ever - ready made that morning. These were the largest chips I had ever seen and so delicious. You will be pleased at the wide selection to eat. First class presentation. Excellent prices. Service brilliant. Surroundings most pleasant. We were offered cakes to sample for free with no pressure to buy further. I will really have to go there again.

Called today with a friend for brunch. The food was lovely, they staff are lovely and the surroundings are lovely. It is great value for money and I will certainly return and I will recommend to friends and family

Well what a surprise this place was! Our lunch was quite incredible. I had the pea and ham soup and it was devine. My son had the breakfast ciabatta and this as well was wonderful. The quality was top notch. Service was great and the cafe was clean and nicely furnished. Was busy and I can see why.

We have eaten here several times and each time we have trouble with the waitress adding up our individual bills. Some of us are overcharged and some undercharged. I think it would be an idea to have some one who can add up correctly on the till.

The best sandwiches ever. I came to Liverpool last September & just happened to find this sandwich bar & the sandwich was fantastic so when I had to come again for work, I dragged my 6 colleagues along & they weren't disappointed. I have never seen so much filling put into a sandwich & there is so much variety. Well worth a visit.
