It was well worth waiting for though

Moza Hut has reopened under new management. There are so many options to choose from, and the food tastes delicious. We ordered pizza, burger, naga wings, naga doner and shatkora doner. Everything is made fresh. The staff are amazing. We will be back again very soon.

Takeaway boxes are awful. Flimsy and break easily - didn’t even make it down the street; everything all over the place due to excess grease

the pizza was cold when it arrived

I was quite disappointed with the pizza I had—it was mostly dough with very little topping, which made for a poor balance of flavors. The garlic sauce, unfortunately, tasted bitter and raw. Overall, it felt like the quality of the food wasn’t really a priority, which is unfortunate for a place that serves kebabs and pizza. I hope you can improve the quality to match expectations.

Really nice pizza and friendly service

Sibling has just ordered from here we ordered 2 folded garlic breads and they have came completely raw! Cheese hasn’t even melted and cold inside we’ve ordered multiple times because we love the garlic breads this is just clearly a rushed order but still very disappointing

awful tasting food, poor quality ingredients, delivered cold. Definitely not worth the price, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

What has happened to this place? Have they replaced the heating element in their ovens with 40 watt light bulbs? Last few pizzas ive had the base was barely cooked, cheese hardly melted on top. Not a hint of crispyness to be found. A thin line of uncooked dough running through the base. I even complained the Dominos HQ last time and they asked for a photo which i sent but heard nothing back. Better pizzas from Heswall kebabs thesedays which is embarassing for Dominos

The pizza was squashed and luke warm, it also didn’t seem as if it had been cooked properly, as I had ordered a thin and crispy, but it felt doughy when I bit into it. I called the store and the manger said that he cut the pizza himself and he had spoken to the driver and there were no issues. I took pictures of the pizza when I opened the box, it was half and half but so squashed that you couldn’t really distinguish most of it. I found the manager quite condescending and his customer service skills were almost non existent. I emailed him photos while I was talking to him, and asked him to open and read his email, he then realised that they were in the wrong, and offered to remake our order, and said that he would leave it in the oven a little longer so the base was crispier. The driver arrived and apologised for the previous pizza. The new pizza still was not as warm as it should be considering they have thermal bags, and their store is 15mins tops away from us on a straight road. The last time we ordered from here which was around last September, the pizza was cold then. We thought we would give them another chance, but we feel as if it has dropped its standards and won’t be ordering again.

I didn't actually order because they have started taking the piss with the price of chicken wings. Never again will I bless them with my coin.
