Ordered food online . You can only pay by card, no cash 😞 It said 25 to 30 mins After 50 mins I rang up for the 3rd time to be told they are very busy and food isn't even cooked I was told I could have a full refund if I wanted But food would be ready in 15 mins So thought I'd wait as me and my sons still needed dinner It turned up 1 hr 30 mins from order and was only warm Service was awful and food not great We will NOT be going again Far to expensive even with the 50 % off Would not recommend at all

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Myself and my partner both bed ridden with food poisoning for the whole weekend after sharing the Texas bbq pizza! NEVER eating from here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Pizza was very lacking in cheese. It was dry, rather tasteless, and tasted doughy. Would not recommend going especially for the price. Also, I'm not sure why they insist on card payments only, covid plandemic is over!

Paid over £30 the food was absolutely disgusting pizza tasted funny and everything was cold what a waste of money! I've been going here for years and never had this problem before so disapointed my favourite place for a pizza aswel I will not be ordering from here again!!!

Food is always OK, service is not great. Ignores by staff. Food was ready on the side for 10mins (I could literally see my food and my name on it) only person in the shop, staff just ignore you

Good Service and quality. Free Parking for customers. Eating in facility available which is very rare to see in Dominos. Wash room available also. Staff very efficient. Will be good if they have more offers for existing customers as for new.

No quality control at this dominos. Pizza was burnt and cut up by a blind person. The prices they charge, I expect a lot better. I will not be returning. I recommend everyone going somewhere else! Delivery was quick and that's why it is not 1 star

Wow… Dominos has changed… for the worse. Ive not had a dominos in over a year and im not returning The amount of topping has significantly reduced and the thickness of the pizza has reduced too. I opened the box to a thin sloppy mess on both pizzas I know Dominos has suffered post covid but to save costs they shouldnt be compromising quality. The local, much cheaper takeaway now makes much better pizzas which was never the case previously

Just had a fast delivery absolutely amazing pizza and garlic bread and sides.... The very pleasant employees actually put on the extras toppings you are paying for I will definitely be ordering from this franchise again well done ... Happy customer...

Ordered a pizza at 7pm last night, wrong pizza delivered at 8pm. Correct pizza delivered at 9pm, by 9.02pm it was in the bin, found a long hair in it. I'm going to give this place a miss.

Friendly staff and delivery has always been spot on. Just wish they would learn to cook pizzas properly! I've never had a pizza from this Domino's that didn't need to go into the oven at home to finishing cooking it.

AVOID! WARNING! They are short on drivers but will not tell you this until AFTER you order! We ordered and then received a phone call to say the food will be with us in 90 minutes!! Who wants tea at 10pm, I’d have ordered from somewhere else if I knew I’d have to wait until 10am! They offered collection as an alternative but no apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing. Staff don’t care. Incredibly poor customer service. AVOID! Only positive was the food was nice so 3 stars. I would recommend calling first to find out how long delivery is because they don’t display this anywhere when you’re ordering or after you’ve ordered.

Ordered 2 x pizzas at 2040, chased the restaurant at 2140 asking for an update to be told it’s with the driver. Called again at 2200 to be told no one answered our door and it was back at the restaurant cold. Asked why they didn’t call us and explained we had a ring doorbell and no one had even entered the drive. Person on phone didn’t answer the question and said we could have a refund or they’d do us another pizza. When we asked for a refund we were told to ring a call centre !? Absolute idiots. Now I understand why they work where they do. Expecting my funds back in my account tonight Dominos! Terrible service from terrible liars.

Ordered in advance knowing it’ll be busy on New Years ever, but then waited over 2hrs for my order, for it to be delivered to someone else! Rang up they apologised and said they’d send out straight away, 1 hr later, by ringing up multiple times, woman on the phone was extremely rude and not apologetic seen as tho we’ve been waiting 2hrs. Food finally came, stone cold and a missing pizza and dips. So clearly if you can’t handle the amount of orders, don’t accept payments.

Just took 90 minutes for one pizza delivery !!! Awful. Lad on desk was sarcastic / rude " oh if were close to you , you could walk if u want " pizza was a rip off £21 too AND LUKE warm . If you have staff shortages tell people ! Its not rocket science ! Bad bad slow service. Wont use again. 12 year old who delivered it said " oh soz i understand " No you dont ! I cant go out. Dont use em. The app doesnt tell you delivery times too = useless.

Terrible from the start, ordered a delivery, driver had rung once never tried again, so had to ring store what was up. Staff member not friendly, told me it was my fault for missing the driver as he had rung 3 times and knocked which he never did. Said would re-deliver and heat up the pizzas, spoke to driver and then informed me he was hungover, brilliant dominos! No wonder the driver didn’t put effort in as he was hungover with alcohol so technically DUI as well!! The pizzas were luke warm at best, was disgraceful. Stick to ASDA or Sainsbury’s deli pizzas 1/8 of the price and much better quality.

we ordered a 9"chicken pizza and wedges for £16 delivery its was day light robbery the pizza had about 6 pices of chicken and its wasn't worth £3 buyers beware the portions are a disgrace

Ordered pizza this evening for our tea,both pizzas were barely warm at best,looked like a three year old had made them we had one piece each looked at each other it all went in bin ,never again do your self a favour stay clear

Placed an order through the app. No delivery, but charged us the amount as though they did, beware, the phone number listed doesn't connect. A week later and the money was refunded.

Only ordered a few times, get the italian base its lovely, the red head delivery driver is lovely aswell need to find out if shes single.

First visit to the area, as we drove past we saw that there was a sit in domino's. Called to ensure we can sit in and eat a collection deal meal and they agreed this was the case. Turn up 15 mins later to see the upstairs totally closed (where there's loads of tables) baring in mind it was only 6pm on the day before Christmas eve. Downstairs consists of only 6 chairs right in front of the entrance which we could sit at due to having our 3 year old with us. Giving its December it's absolutely freezing so any food would have gone cold very quickly. Waited to speak to staff for 5 mins whilst they were talking amongst themselves and explained I had my toddler with me so could they open upstairs if we promised to clean etc and was abruptly told no. Terrible customer service and very glad we didn't chance eating here after seeing previous reviews. Think staff need to be reviewed and taught some manners.

Do your self a favour go to pizza hut cheaper better food I'm surprised this dump still open I won't be ordering domino's again £22 for a pizza that looks like a hgv has reversed over it no thanks

This place is a joke the pizza is so expensive and always awful always have the wrong toppings and you can guarantee the pizza looksike it's been used as a trampoline thankfully pizza hut is only down the road

Best pizza anywhere. Only giving 3 stars, as there's always, always a wait to be served, standing at the counter, even though you're the only customer in the shop. I've had to wait about 5 mins here before, having ordered over the phone, while being able to see my name on the screen as saying "Ready" the whole time I was stood there. Staff just carried on making pizzas in front of me, without acknowledging my existence. This is the norm here, although it's normally a couple of mins, rather than 5, which was extreme and really frustrating... especially since the guy who eventually served me had been stood in view the whole time and didn't make any mention it apology for my wait.

They burnt it, but it's an easy mistake, I forget little things like this all the time.

I’m not the complaining type, but I’m sick to death of getting food from here and it arriving cold. I’ve not longed moved to Bromborough so have used this a few times now and it has always been the same - cold and chewy pizza. I lived in Birkenhead previously, where I was a couple of miles from the store, and the food was always piping hot and really well made. I love less than a mile away from the Bromborough store and it has been cold every time I have ordered to be delivered. Not only that, the garlic pizza bread is always terribly presented. Awful, awful place that I will not be using again.

Great food, come in afternoon for foods deals some good bargains. Friendly and helpful staff. Only down point, you can eat in buts it's very cold this time of year no hesting. So eat food in car where it's warm.

Ordered the special bogof special for £19.99, absolutely awful, total waste of money and won't be using again. Way over hyped.

Terrible terrible terrible. Food arrived damaged, bashed and squashed. Was also cold. Called the store and they refused to replace it, saying that they were too busy to replace it and a refund will not be given immediately and have to wait up to two weeks! In future i shall use Papa Johns.

Ordered this on my way home from work expecting it to have arrived for the time I was home but was left waiting an extra 15 MINUTES longer than expected. The delivery driver was rude and refused to apologise. He was a little over 4'11 maybe Eastern European, didn't quite catch his name. And to make matters worse I looked out to check his vehicle reg and he was selling fireworks to our neighbours from his car boot. Very unprofessional behaviour. Won't be visiting here again. Pizza was cold and dry. Wedges were quite nice.

Have used Bromborough store for over a decade and always been great. This time, we had an issue with a mix up on the ingredients, which the store would not resolve. Contacted customer services and they sorted issues out, which will hopefully mean things improve going forward.

Not good. Pizza cooked then left for 5 mins till they realised I was just sat there waiting for it! Not happy!

My daughters like the pizza from here but too many times there is a problem, the last time one of the pizzas was still on the metal tray it was cooked on when they delivered it. My wife has called to complain about the service, wrong orders or missing items, she has even emailed their customer services team on two occasions and heard nothing so we won't buy from them any more. Don't know how they stay in business.

I'll admit, I do like my share of unhealthy, processed food every now and then. Domino's pizza tastes very nice, but all the saltiness and the other ominous tastes and textures that I got when I USED to eat it foreshadowed an early death.The staff are quite short, and not very helpful. ONCE I was served by a good member of staff, and that was a pleasant surprise, considering I've visited on numerous occasions. At least the toilets were nice enough.As for the prices... I honestly prefer the £8-odd Costco pizza, which is bigger, yet Domino's pizza can cost between £11 and £16. However, the prices aren't unreasonable. Papa John's, and similar chains, are in the same boat in this area anyway.Overall, the pizza is nice, but not made very well, with toppings and cheese apparently slapped on, and the prices barely warrant this. 3 stars, for the toilets and the taste!

Ordered 2 large pizzas 1745 to be collected at 1945 i arrived at 1930 told had to wait which was fine as i was early. I went up at 1945 and was told that id have to wait 22 mins i said that i ordered at 1745 to be collected at 1945 he said that they dont promise to make on time even though i ordered at 1745 im fuming if i wanted my pizza at 2005 id of ordered for then attitude stunk

Totally disgusted with the way I was dealt with as I ordered some pizza for dinner. I am working down here for around 6 weeks and live in Scotland, ordered my pizza went to pay and the £20 was lifted and taken all through the preparation area to a Manager who then came through to advise "she can't accept the note as she has had lots of £20 Scottish fraud notes" I cancelled the order and was leaving when she then said "she could scan the note to see if it was real" I did refuse as surely this would have been the 1st thing done if they suspect a Fraudulent note from anyone? I use Dominos a lot however the service here is appauling and I was made to feel like a criminal No i won't return and after reading some off the reviews I think I came out better off !

Not used Dominoes for a long while and whilst I was a bit shocked with the prices, the pizza was hot and delicious. Delivery time swift and staff were great!

Had towait 1hour for my order. Im 5 mins away from them. Phoned told me its on its way . No apologies nothing! Very unhappy!

The pizzas are good but only for a special occasion as prices are high. I only order when there are considerable offers.

The best part of this experience was looking at the great new facilities they have. That is the best I can give!!! Online service ok until you want to put in a discount code - will not accept! Gluten free pizza only came in 8". Great if your a 10 year old and not a hungry one at that. I opened the box and my partner laughed (sympathy I hope) at the state of my pizza. I appreciate the fact you have tried to do Gluten free but it's terrible. That is worse! Great for the kids but they love eating their own snot so I don't know if they are a good judge of food. The service inside was cold and sterile and not in the slightest customer friendly. Oh and another positive is it's by Snow and Rock - wanted to finish on a positive.

Driver 1 claims to have knocked on my door which both my daughter and I somehow failed to hear. Claims to have rung which somehow never got through to me. Driver 2 - genuinely nice fella! - redelivers same pizza but not surprisingly it's cold after an hour of being delivered. You'd have thought they'd realised this and remade the pizza in the first place. Unhelpful person on the phone from the branch. Maybe she's hamstrung by company rules but a positive attitude doesn't need to be in the company manual! Remake and redeliver the pizza and we finally sit down for dinner at 10pm. Ugh. Have been a longtime Domino's customer and fan and encouraged others to buy from them despite their mixed reputation. I'll continue to buy from other Domino's branches but it'll be some time before I buy again from Bromborough I'm afraid.

Didn't deliver £10 worth of food order (£6 after discount code). Phoned store 3 times to sort, but they refused to answer calls. Spoke to driver who said he'd inform them and bring items straight away. Never showed up. Contacted driver again but still no delivery of items after several hours.

Nice quickish lol food a little pricey so u need to ask them for the best offer available and there happy enough to help

Utiliza este lugar recientemente. La comida estaba bien, como cabe esperar con la cadena dominos. Señora de hasta aunque no terriblemente agradable. Abrupto y no era muy servicial. Un amigo tenía la misma experiencia también recientemente.

Llegamos a 10:50 y me dijeron que bastante grosera y con una sonrisa gleeful estaban cerrados a pesar que claramente que estaban abiertas hasta las 11. Odio el chico que muestra antes de la hora de cierre pero por una gran cadena hotelera no es realmente.

El personal es muy rápido y agradable. Asegúrate de que siempre tienen un bono o oferta especial oferta aunque más caro.

Hit and miss here , either toppings are missing , or its cold on delivery , for such a big chain its a shame they don't match standards with the prices . On the plus side now n again a hot pizza comes . But remember to have the oven on ready .

I ordered from here as a special treat for my young daughters instead of our local take out. Even with a £10 off voucher it was still a pricey take out. I have seen the adverts and was expecting a decent quality meal, obviously not restaurant standard but very tasty. The food did arrive on time but most of it was luke warm at best. The cheese bite things were stone cold and the nachos were one solid burnt black mess. I phoned and complained and got an apology straight away and they sent replacements for the nachos and cheese bites and a free bottle of coke. 20 minutes later it arrived, but food was still cold and this time nachos were just sloppy and we had already eaten the rest of the food by then anyway. Very disappointing and will not order from any dominoes again

Domino's charge top prices for a quality product unfortunately the quality of their service is a let down.Free delivery is a great offer but if its late and cold then its not worth it, even on a Tuesday!
