awful tasting food, poor quality ingredients, delivered cold. Definitely not worth the price, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Pizza bases were paper thin and burnt as was the garlic bread and cheese. A lot thinner than usual. All chips were undercooked. I use this place a lot and am really disappointed. The deliver driver was great.

Absolutely disgusting, not all food was there for the second time of ordering, the food was cold and hard, customer service was awful the manager was so rude, never been so disappointed. Wouldn’t waste your money. Will never eat here again.

The seafood pizza was gorgeous , shame you’re not open in the afternoon, you,d get a lot more business off me.

I ordered a vegan pizza with bbq base and the vegan ham was barely cooked, the bbq base tasted like it was out of a cheap bottle, ive had these pizzas before and they have been good but this time im not impressed.

Order wasn't delivered after 2 hours. Driver was lost and rang us but didn't listen to instructions. When we rang the restraunt the lady on the phone was very rude and would not listen to what we had to say to try and resolve the situation. Avoid avoid avoid

Only ordered 2 items. Cheesy chips and garlic bread. Garlic bread was burnt.

Substituted caramel bar on chocolate pizza for a snickers bar and could not understand how dangerous that is for someone with a nut allergy

Sent fried chicken instead of the burger I ordered, when I called up I spoke to two women both of which made out I was lying and claimed to have “not made chicken all night” like I’d just fried it up myself to get a free burger, by the time they sent the burger it was soaked in that much sauce it was inedible. Shame because we usually order regularly but won’t be again. Also demanded the chicken they apparently didn’t make back 😂 make it make sense.

Food not as good tonight but spoke to a lovely person who couldn't be more helpful! Would order again as in nearly ten years using this takeaway only had a few bad meals

I ordered the vegan pizza, meant to have vegan "chicken" on it, nothing on there and the "ham" was basically sliced up quorn. You can absolutely do better than that, I wouldn't have even bothered saying you have vegan pizza in the future... dreadful. Have had better elsewhere, thought I'd try this place but won't be going back.

Ordered food they took money out of bank 7.30 at night rang them at 8.45 the lady owner answered said food will be about 10 mins rang again 9.30 she said food on way then web site said close so no food they turned up 5 at night following day saying food payed for take it showed him the gate DONT GO HERE 0 OUT OF 100 my grandchildren had all gone home and they tryed to get me to take the food stay clear

PReordered at 15.30 so I'd be first delivery, absolute disgrace, 17.10 app said I'd get it, rang at 17.30 guy said it was 2 mins away, had to ring again at 17.45, he appoligise said again it's on its way. Total joke, won't be ordering again. Lost my business. How you expect to stay open when you are over an hr late with paying customers orders. Terrible service. Give it a miss or be disappointed.

Not up to their usual standard. Threw the coleslaw as it was green and had a funny taste. The garlic bread had no garlic, only cheese

There was no taste of garlic and hardly any cheese on the garlic bread, the pizza,was OK, there was hardly any chicken nor onion on the pizza and both were only warm

The chips were nice like always but the Kebab was hard and wasn’t enjoyable could of been more soft maybe to overcooked

I ordered vegan pizza and chips as I'm vegan. The delivery man arrived at 2315 but he's given me the wrong order. I've received garlic bread with cheese and mushroom and cheesy chips which I cannot eat as I'm vegan. I've rang many times but no one is answering the phone. Could I have a refund please.

I order my food from here whenever we get a takeaway, so I’m shocked this time.. kebab was burnt (?) burger was dry and over cooked, my large cheesy garlic bread was T I N Y and I asked for it folded which it wasn’t!! (I know they checked the notes because they put mayo on the kebab)

Well cooked and inexpensive food which is all served politely. Good choice of pizza and alternatives if you fancy a change.

I was phoned by a lovely delivery guy to give me an update on my delivery, very well mannered when delivered. Food was tasty, free delivery which is great. Will definitely order again. 5*

Lovely thin crust hot pizza great delivery time

Decided to give them another chance after the disaster last time and have to say it was much better. The wings were exceptional. Whilst the pizza isn't authentic italian style, more takeaway style it's still good quality and tastes nice.

Left a message saying to knock on the door because the bell didn’t work. Order was late then got a call saying the driver had been but no answer. They asked if I could go and collect instead! Told them I couldn’t leave the house then was told they would try again once the driver had delivered all the other deliveries. Arrived another 20 minutes later freezing cold! I’d like my money back please.

There were onions in the pizza. I did not ask for onions. also the most scarce amount of pineapple I've ever seen on a pizza. Vomited it up later. Ten quid down the drain

Nice pizza delivered quickly even on a Saturday night. Good vegan options and they even called me to talk about the butter on the garlic bread. They missed the vegan chicken off but there was plenty of vegan ham.

I'm not convinced the chicken nuggets were chicken. The pizza was burned and cold, quite a feat. It was edible though. Last time ordering here, sorry guys, Alis Kebab house is much much better.

To the pizza maker: Barely any tomato purée base, seem to have put cheese on the outside near the crust but missed the majority of the pizza, was delivered a large 10” bread with stuff on it. Poor effort I’m afraid and when it arrived the box was limp and falling apart. I hate paying dominos prices but I may have to if this is what local pizza businesses are handing out. A real shame.

Have ordered from this takeaway before ages ago. My order was perfect. Lovely pizza and garlic bread. The curly fries were just right too. All for very good price unlike other pizza place very near by who was charging £15.99 just for same sized pizza on its own. To male clear I ordered 1 small pizza, garlic bread, curly fries and mayo dip all still way cheaper than the other place. Delivery was bang on time too and the delivery guy was very polite. Can't fault this place.

Food arrived very late and cold, on the app it said the food was delivered, when it finally did arrive the boxes were in a plastic bag…. That’s going to keep the food warm NOT a very unhappy customer

Food was stone cold and had bits missing from the order, rang the place and politely explained this and they said the car they were using was broken? For them to then elaborate and say delivery had stopped conveniently as I rang so they couldn’t send anything out? 😂 I then asked for a refund and they said there was nothing they could do and to ring back tomorrow. Disgusting service, rude staff and a waste of money, do not recommend 🤮

Food was pre ordered 1hr 40 mins prior to requested delivery time. Food was 40 mins late. Came Luke warm and soggy. Wrong toppings and pizza stuck To the lid of the box.

Firstly my food arrived late. Secondly when I finally received it the delivery driver was very rude because my house number was lit up enough for him to see what number house it was when every other delivery driver hasn’t had a problem. And thirdly my food was ice cold like practically frozen! Tbh I just want my money back! I called the restaurant and the person said they’ll remember my address for next time but tbh there probably won’t be a next time. Not happy and just want my money back.
