Ordered by chance off Just Eat the first time, this time, absolutely by choice! The food is amazing. This is now our new takeaway of choice.

We ordered from there twice first time we ended up being ill thought it could just be a bug then we ordered again last night ended up really unwell again being sick very shaky so glad I didn’t feed it to my kids someone needs to get food hygiene to look into them many of my family and friends are really unwell after eating from here

Got my order tonight chips and onion rings burnt to a crisp absolutely vial pizza wasn’t cooked just the toppings melted and my son got a folded garlic cheese pizza the cheese inside wasn’t even melted absolutely disgusting it’s basic food cooking this place has obviously changed hands as food used to be nice but omg never never again I put everything in the bin and got a full refund shocking

Ordered food 2 hours ago on just eat food didn't turn up AVOID THIS PLACE

Had the manager tell me to not order food after a certain time even though they remained open, then also complained that i lived a far distance. Dont have to accept the order if they dont want to. Poor customer service and quite frankly poor food.

I regularly order my pizza from here.having lived in new ferry for 34 years and even though I now live in Birkenhead I still regularly order a pizza from here or a garlic bread with cheese wouldn't go anywhere else

I ordered a cheese burger it came one hour late and then found a toe nail in my burger. I then phoned up to complain and they told me it was a treat. never been so angry have no money left it was a treat night.

Worst food I’ve ever tasted in my life. Under cooked pizza and garlic bread, chips were undercooked and box they came in had been flattened. Will never be ordering from here ever again.

The special burger in which we order all the time was horrible and even made me feel terrible today the burger was burnt and donor was definitely reused considering we waited over an hour they forgot our drinks and didn’t bring them for another 50 mins and just wasn’t as good as normally was at all no apologies on the phone

Was very disappointed with the food as it came and the chicken nuggets where cold and undercooked, the donner kebabs were burnt and very gritty. The food was delivered after 15 minutes of ordering which was very concerning! They did not give me the correct amount of change back and kept it to themselves, and didn’t offer to give it back what so ever, so very rude and very disrespectful! I will not be ordering from here again!

Food was good apart from slight burning on the buns.

no salad came with order then once callled they said would send 1 straight away waited 10 mins and when come had no cheese on it after it being late first time dinos is not normaly like this

Food was out for delivery at 10 to 9 but didn’t arrive until 20 past so 25 minutes late. Everything was cold and the delivery driver could be heard swearing on the phone from inside the house. Food tasted alright but was ice cold so had to be microwaved

Food was cold on arrival. Chips were soggy. Pizzas were cold. Donner meat was like cardboard.

food was lovely very impressed and was piping hot when arrived and delivery was super quick only issue is the delivery charge says free delivery but when the driver delivered he asked for £1 as it was over 3 miles now luckily I did have a pound lying around but normally i dont have any cash on me so i think your page needs updating so people are aware of this charge as it states no were about this additional delivery charge over a certain amount of miles and it could catch afew people out

Delivery time was projected 1 hour on a Monday night, but arrived 10 mins early so not too bad. Recieved lukewarm frisbee like Garlic bread, cold dry donner meat. Chips and cheese burger were nice. Bit disappointing overall

Usually our go to place but after tonight it was our last time ordering from here. The chips were disgusting and the burger was dry. We didnt even get the free garlic and cheese pizza. The best thing about the order was the can of cherry coke!!

waited 1hr 35mins for a burger and pizza rung twice to be told it was on it way the bloke was very dismissive both time. when the food finally arrived it was cold and tasted disgusting. will never ever order from dino's again. poor customer service and food quality.

Absolute mess, I had two addresses on my just eat profile, when I ordered it was at my address, they had already changed it two 15mins late, with 5yr olds meal with ours we gave this the limit, 30 mins later call to them and they said it had just left I checked it was still to our address, 10 mins later called before checking online and they said it was on route, my partner the took over the call.. Address had changed online to a combination of the two addresses I have on just eat... I asked my friend to check on the address that they were now showing of food had tried to be delivered, they said it had not. I would never order from them again and took my partner getting on the phone for them to apologise. 2hrs waiting with a 5yr old.. Never again.

The staff are really friendly, the food was good, a great stop on the way home after a good night out.

Awful overcooked pizza. The base was too dense and dry, the toppings were a mess and slightly burned. Chips were average, burger was mediocre and slapdash. Chicken strips were ruined by being ridiculously over-smothered in BBQ sauce and there were only 4 strips compared to a ton of chips. Very, very disappointing.

Usually early and not a problem but this time was not ready for it. No great shakes Just a little annoying just this once. Wont stop me using them. Great food. Keep it up

I thought i'd have a change tonight, from a kofta kebab to a donner kebab. Unfotunately, I couldn't eat it as there was bits of bone in it, so it went into the bin.. This is not the takeaway's fault, it is down to the supplier. This is the first time that i've not enjoyed my food from here, as the food is normally excellent.. In future, I will stick with the kofta kebab, as it is excellent.

Burger buns were really burnt,over powered the whole taste of both burgers

pizza burnt peppers on it black, base hard like stale , onion rings greasy almost burnt and tasted like reheats , chips hard and just like crisps no filling in them , really let me down this order it went in the bin

THE LAMB KOFTA WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER EATEN, BUT THE ONION RINGS WERE BURNT!!! IT'S MORE THAN LIKELY A ONE OFF, AS THE FOOD IS NORMALLY EXCELLENT.

Pizza was a little over done but was perfect on the tasting very quick on the confirmation of the order and the delivery was on time but its only the first time I ordered from Dino but i hope will try it again soon the delivery guy was polite which is a good thing when food arrives so pretty much out standing thank you

wAs a last minute order came within half hour and is by far the nicest pizza/kabab house about i done a large burger in within 1.40 secs naughty munch get involved. im going to wales for a weekend an am gunna run back the ferry for a chicken wing an run me bird a free 7" magerita home which is better than dominoes btw

Food wrong..chips burnt.. pizza bland.. I wouldn't feed it to the dog so it went in the bin. Won't order again and do not recommend

we just felt the pizzas were a little undercooked and the ham on the farmhouse was disgusting

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, BUT DELIVERED SLIGHTLY LATE. THAT'S ONLY TO BE EXPECTED, AS IT'S A SATURDAY EVENING, BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT. IF YOU FANCY A CHANGE FROM FRIES, I RECOMMEND THE JACKET POTATOES, THEY ARE A MEAL IN THEMSELVES. P.S. THANKS FOR THE FREE CHEESE AND TOMATO PIZZA , INSTEAD OF THE FREE GARLIC BREAD. VERY NICE!!!

The chips were all crispy & were binned. The chicken kebab had too much BBQ sauce on so was hardly ate. It was also very rubbery. The onion rings were nice I was most disappointed 😔

This was the second delivery service we used for this take away and the food was just as good as the first. We were staying in a hotel in Bebington, Port Sunlight and asked our daughter in law for a good take away in the area. She said to try Dinos and the first night we weren't disappointed. It was delivered without any fuss and I'm sure delivery is free. The second night after the big fight , Hayes and Bellew boxing we'd ordered again to be delivered at 11.10pm. It was on time and the kebab meat and chips were lovely and my husbands large cheese burger was really nice. We will definitely be ordering from them again on our next visit to The Wirral.

Only ordered garlic bread with cheese and a drink. They forgot drink (though did return with it) and our food was burnt underneath and cheese obviously overcooked, called up and the manager came to deliver a new one he was very rude insisted on seeing the issue which he was shown it was black underneath only for him to say over an over rudely and nastily "that is not burnt" despite being shown it was black underneath he continued to accuse us of lying and spoke very badly and in a aggressive tone. Second garlic bread was better cooked but tasted naff. Used to order alot from here not any more

Food was in bad quality and cold yuck

Really enjoyed our meal. The coleslaw wasn't to our taste but hey ho! Delivery was on time and they rang before to let us know they were outside of our hotel like I asked. Would recommend if in wirral.
