excellent pizza worth the wait

Really quite late took 2 hours to arrive from order. This was on a Tuesday evening if that makes any difference

Very dry doner meat, very little sauce and chips. Garlic bread didn’t really taste of garlic either.

Amazing food!Pizza was amazing.

After having my pizza burnt several times, I decided to give pino another chance. The order was late by 40 mins and 2 of the 3 pizzas were burnt when they finally arrived. Won't be ordering from here again. There are much better options in the surrounding area.

Order hasn't arrived been waiting 2 hours and unable to contact the shop the line just ringing out. Have asked for a refund but not happy to be waiting so long

Food didn't arrive and the resaurant didn't answer calls.

the food was not very warm. it was way over an hour from the time we ordered. one of the pizzas was very, very salty. the tubs of sauce had slightly melted and poured all over the garlic bread.

Order from here every weekend as our treat, we live in Neston so it's about 20 mins away. Food always arrives tasty and hot. Very good pricing and not greasy food compared to other takeaways we have tried. Delivery driver is always cheerful and on time. Would recommend ordering from here 🙂

Although our delivery was late, it was completely out of the hands of the restaurant. Contacted us to advise us. Very impressed with the customer service! Lovely food also!!

Another great order from Pizza Pino! Also an extra dip and garlic bread. This is my daughter's absolute favourite pizza joint.

Fast delivery, good food, the garlic bread is the best

Whole order was wrong but the cold fries. Called up the place and was told " what you want me to do about it". Got my order just over 4hrs later..ruined my Friday night. Bad customer service, no priority with wrong orders...DONT GO HERE!!!

No garlic, chicken or mushroom on the Al fungi Pizzi so very disappointed! Won’t be ordering again

Was a hour and half late over expected time making this over 2 hours wait time. Food arrived stone cold and burnt and guy driver just chucked it at me as I didn’t give a tip for the poor service. Do not use this place shouldn’t be paying for this

Pizza did not have sweet chilli sauce that we ordered. It tasted how strong "off" fish smells, and there were unidentified topping pieces that tasted bitter and were of a slimy consistency. It was inedible. A few hours later my husband was admitted to hospital with a swollen tongue and has been kept in hospital overnight - the cause is unknown, as it a the identify of the foul tasting topping. I complained immediately and provided photos (or the uneaten pizza) when i got home from hospital -

Pizza images are not accurate to item received. And app said had delivered but had not and 15 mins late (will not let me change from 5 above). I called and a nice chap apologised advised was busy and on the way. Pizza tasted nice but could have been a bit crispier; but I guess that’s my preference. Not the best I’ve had but certainly the best so far from our other locals. Will try again and request extra crispy next time. Thanks.

Salad in the Burger was awful, especially lettuce was old and stinky . After first bite it landed in the bin.

Pizza had been throw into the box, so all the topping had slid to one side. The Japapeno poppers were just cheese poppers, nothing hot about them. Pretty disapointed considering the pizza ingredients were fresh and nicer than a lot of other places around, but the lack of care means I won't be going back anytime soon.

Sadly for me, the pizza and the garlic bread had way too much salt on them. It might have been just me but two other people tasted it and agreed. It might just be a one off but I couldn't in all honesty recommend them.

I absolutely love pizza pino! I have been eating from there since I was a kid and I'm glad to be back on the wirral so I can order again! They made my pizza a size larger and gave me extra free garlic mayo! And their staff are always so kind! Amazing experience all around x

The donner meat was very rubbery and had no flavour. Was disgusting. Everything else was nice. The donner meat went to waste as no one would eat it. Not worth the money

Kebab meat inside a calzone? Nah

Not very welcoming (only persevered as I was starving), small portions, salad tossed in using unwashed hands after answering phone with same, no change given as, the server explained, he didn't have any.

Amazing customer service skills and yummy food, I had requested a certain time for delivery however due to limited delivery services they could not full fill my request so they made contact to re-arange a time that suited all, I think this is really good customer service most places would not even bother calling. Food was 10/10 come hot and was delicious. I will definitely order again

Absolutely atrocious. They sent out a wrong pizza (hey it happens), they then argued in a disrespectful and aggressive way towards my wife about the pizza being wrong. Then told us we were too far anyway, having already delivered the order to us through Uber eats and them accepting the order. I'd rather drag my balls over broken glass than order from here again. Edit: this is after waiting best part of 2h for our food to arrive.

Pizza was cold!!! I had to put it in the oven to even eat it so I had to wait another 20 minutes after it was delivered to even eat my tea. Presented terribly, messy and looked like it had been thrown together. I will not order again from this restaurant

Pizza Pino deserves the same hype as Binley Mega Chippy. If they ever close this restaurant down I think I will start crying.

First time ordering from here. A bit more expensive than another restaurant we order from, but pizzas were gorgeous and piping hot. Delivery times could be shorter but it was worth the wait.

Only ordered from there once. Food was great, a little greasy, but what do you expect from a take away shop. Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely one to try 👍

Ordered medium garlic bread. Dry pizza base with a brush of oil with no garlic. Awful. Will not return which is a shame because its 3 min walk.

I'm sorry but the food was awful, the pizza dough tastes disgusting and there was barely no sauce on it, and the chicken kebab seemed like frozen chicken pieces and was not seasoned in the slightest. Even the veggie burger was bad. I recommend you don't order from here, the food quality is awful. 🤢

Got a call to say they had no chicken wings. Pizzas were cold, burnt and the bases were awful. The chicken nuggets and fries were dry and only luke warm. Food used to be nice from here but won’t be using again.

I ordered 1 garlic bread and 1 meat pizza. 2 garlic bread were delivered and no pizza.

My garlic dip was missing, i got coke instead of diet coke, my chips were burnt, but the pizza was very tasty! I tried to ring the place to try and sort the order 3 times but no one answered.

Early delivery and seemingly nice service, so no complaints there. Food was lovely as well, but I have marked them down slightly because of the pizza dough used. It is actually one of the weirdest pizzas I've ever seen - the base was slightly stodgy (still fine to eat though) and it looked a bit "perfect" in the sense that maybe they buy the pizza bases in bulk from somewhere? Bit of a harsh criticism I admit but meh.

Really dry food and small portions

The Calzone special chicken kebab was outstanding. I shared with my son and he wouldn’t shut up about how delicious it was.

Fairly average pizza, quite bland ,not alot of meat and pizza was not very hot.

As usual, food was spot on. Food came alot earlier than just eat estimated as well which for me is amazing! Folded garlic bread with cheese is to die for! Incredible food. Decent portions. Just perfect

Avoid. I ordered a pizza deal. It came and it was cold and had no meat on thethe pizza. I called and was told sorry its been busy. Call again for a free pizza. I called and was kicked off on. Told to come.round and he would fight me. Wow. Ive been here so much too. Never again. Avoid......

The delivery was quick. The cheesy garlic bread was nice. The chips were cold. There was no coleslaw. The inferno pizza had no pepperoni. The pizzas didnt have a lot of meat. Was told to call for a free pizza as a sorry. Called and was abused on the phone. Told he would call the police or smashed my face in. Shame as I went here a lot. Avoid.....

Free garlic bread is something else from here.. always end up saying that we should’ve ordered two garlic breads instead of the pizza as it’s absolutely gorgeous and always leftover for lunch the next day. Issues we have is that the crust to pizza ratio isn’t what it should be. You end up with an inch or more of thick dry crust each time which from other places you just wouldn’t get. Delivery time is always great and the pizza toppings are tasty if not a tad bit overdone. Doubt we will be returning due to the waste of all that crust leftover which is just stodgy. It’s a little bit more expensive as well than other places.

I pre ordered food 3 hours before on my 12 hour shift in a hospital on the front line so when I got home it was there but no 25 mins late food I phone when 5 mins late they laughed at me saying they wasn't late then the came 20 mins later burnt chips soggy garlic bread burnt to the point it was black

Requested delivery at 7.30, it arrived at 6, I had just started a meeting so had to leave in oven to keep warm for an hour and a half. Delivery guy was very polite and apologetic.

Always the same quality and always enjoy the food. Been going to pinos for years and the staff are all nice and friendly.

This place is a hidden gem! Just moved to the area and these guys are fantastic. Great food. Great service. Great selection. 100% will order again and again!

Chicken wings ordered did not state they spicy on menu. I’m on a restricted diet and searched 5 take a ways to find plain chicken wings, when they arrived they were spicy so inedible. Kebab was tiny and chips not crispy . Very disappointed and hungry

Everything was dripping with grease and a lot of it too food was average but the morning after my stomach was in so much pain wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return the delivery driver was really nice tho

Lovely food! Pizza was fresh, gorgeous and piping hot, the folded cheese garlic bread was devine and the fries and mozzarella sticks were delicious too! Order arrived early too, which always goes down well with me, only ordered at 5.10 and it arrived 5.30pm! Will deffo be back!

Lovely pizza, we normally have dominoes but this was so much nicer and cheaper too! Will definitely order our pizzas here in future.

Put 17 pound order in and had to go back to get salad and sause wich I never got all. I was then I was rud to buy manager .waste of money would not go there had to go back and was talked to like I was not worth thr money and had argument my food was cold when I got home they made me wait out side I was a regular. I had a friend who had food dropped on the floor and tryes to sell it to him .don't buy from there there are better places for what they charge dirty no gloves or masks
