AVOID place has flys flying inside and food was horrible and staff was very aggressive when questioned

I’ve ordered from here about 30 times over the last few months due to lockdown, and in all honesty the chicken and the lamb kebabs arnt the best, the lamb is a bit chewy! but the doner kebabs are probably the best around!! They come in a kebab wrap with loads of doner meat! Your eating it with a fork for ages before you get to wrap it up!! Good quality meat and speedy service for delivery too! If the lamb kebab was just as good I would of gave 5 stars!

The onion rings and fries were like they had been refried they were gross 🤮 rest of the food was fine

Food was 20 minutes late, pizza was all stuck to the side of the box because the box had been carried upside down, from what I could eat tasted okay

Food arrived hot as usual! Best Donner Kebab on the Wirral. Reminded me of being in Greece. Best one we have ever ordered off you, fresh & very hot chips lovely and crisp. 10/10 if you’re reading this we’re proper ‘foodies’ don’t order from anywhere else if you’re after a donner kebab, this is the place! 🙌👍🏼 fresh salad too, not like other kebab places

They charge 80p, to keep the sauce separate from the kebab!

Pizza and garlic bread was lovely and piping hot. Chips tasted stale though.

Food was ok, delivery time was 1 hour later than the time we ordered for.

Worst delivery I have ever had. Took almost 2 hours to arrive, when it finally arrived half of the order was missing, the food was cold and not very nice at all. If you are too busy to deliver good service then I suggest you stop taking so many orders. Wont order from here again.

Filling didn't go anywhere near the edge on pizza or garlic bread

Pizzas were average. Chips seemed like warmups. Will not be rushing back

Love the lamb shush nice amount in kebab and very tender.

We enjoyed our meal , chicken kebab and fries. I would order again from Mr Pizza.

Wonderful service and fast delivery

Food arrived on time but wasn't very pleasant. Pizza base was bland and sides were greasy. Overall very disappointing

Driver left my food on the step without informing me. Found it half an hour later absolutely freezing. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to the driver who was incredibly rude. Told me it was my problem and he was busy so just dropped it off. Told me to put the food in the Microwave. Disgusted. Will never order from here again.

Asked specifically not to ring bell as people were asleep. Delivery driver ignored message, rang bell and knocked loudly on door.

I went to Mr Pizza last Tuesday 1st October I wanted to pay by credit card and I was told that I would have to pay 50 pence to use my card. I told the girl that was wrong and she just laughed at me. Laugh again I will not be going back.

Yeah ordered 2 Kebabs 1150 pm B4 closing told me they had no pizza, but only wanted 2 kebabs.. Menu mixed kebab @ £7.00 per menu told me dona will take 10 min ok but want lamb bearing in mind three people there one in front cleaning, second person taking the piss out of first staff then staff at back not paying attention but all except first staff member who took order skirted away at the back then second staff started to acuse me of not saying I want two kebabs they have cameras. After telling them to go check the cameras plus stop making me out to be stupid seeing I was holding my hand up to show two fingers (indicated number 2 how many kebabs not an insult).told them do not give a crap over camera but go back next day. Yeah there are other pizza places nearby do will try these. I had avoided going wanted to remain loyal but after this they can get lost..

Ordered food for the family. Chicken in the kebabs was great in taste and looked like chicken breast. Chips had a crazy salt on them that was fantastic.

New to the area and this is becoming one of our favourite takeaways, food lovely once again. Delivered early, minor complaint they forgot a fan of coke, but quickly rectified by the delivery driver who went and bought one from the shop! Which was very good customer service.

Really small portions especially the cheesy chips , forgot the drinks and not enjoyable to eat after the delay. The excuse was domeone had an accident and he knocked 5p off the order..... Thanks-.-' Cold kebab, burnt burger that had gone cold. he said next time we get something free..... There won't be a next time.

Love this restaurant- was recommended by a family member and has given perfect orders ever since. A safe choice if you're trying to find a pizza place or are new to the area.

Our order arrived late and when opened the chicken wasn't cooked properly it was still pink we phoned to complain and were told they would replace but would have to wait till after other orders were done...eventualy told we could have money back. 10 minutes later a manager phoned shouting at my pregnant sister whom the chicken was for saying she wasn't getting her money back and put the phone down on her. Absolutely disgusting.

Delicious food, excellent price and delivery on time :) One thing I would change is that there be an option to add toppings to the cheese garlic bread.. as being pregnant I am craving pineapple on my cheese garlic bread!!

Usually a lot better from here, last night's was disappointing, over done fries, virtually no sauce and smaller than normal portion.

I never normally have a problem with the food from here but last night I ordered a folded cheesy garlic bread and for some reason they decided to put onions in it which I didn't ask for and there was that many I could only taste the onions even after taking them out I also ordered a donna kebab which again I couldn't eat because the meat wasn't fresh at all and it was hard

rapid mate, the mrs was buzzing her scran turned up rapid, she was like a yeti in an all you can eat, wolfed the lot down, donner meat everywhere, top service 👍🏻

Never again just about sums it up. All food not very hot Garlic bread at almost £3 was dreadful looked like over cooked thin pastry base and snapped apart no hint of moisture or garlic sad yellow colour never seen any garlic bread like this before. Meat feast was a meat famine! pizza base as like the garlic bread thin and hard attempted to eat it but gave up and PEELED off the toppings layer which came off each slice in one piece as dry and thin. Worst pizza I have ever had and as I'm 57 that's quite a few. My granddaughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets and onion rings and she enjoyed the free cheese garlic bread she thought it was garlic bread nothing cheesy about it but ok.

There was sugar on our chips (assuming it should have been salt) and some kind of vinegar on the salad that made both inedible. The pizza base was pre made and a bit stale and the toppings just tasted greasy. So disappointed as had a burger the other day that was amazing

I have ordered from mr pizza for years so knew what to expect. Food arrived spot on time, it was piping hot, and very delicious. Not a scrap left and everyone has full tummies. Bonus garlic bread appreciated very much.

best spicy food around for miles!

Ordered at 5:05 expected 5:45 arrived 18:26 STONE COLD! Not the first time. Won't use again. Don't recommend

Was meant to arrive at 8:35 then they added 10 mins to the delivery time which is 8:45 and it is now 9:10 the food has just arrived and after a 25 min wait for my order they even get it wrong an Miss out a item which I paid for and didn't even recive it

According to the time above Mr Pizza delivered our order at 1900. I'd like to know if this was a time entered by Mr Pizza or yourselves please? I ordered the food at 1806... the app confirmed the food would be delivered at 1850... 1850 came and went... I thought I would give them ten minutes before I'd call... 1900 came so we called the shop who repeated "sorry, sorry, sorry..." Repeating this whilst I tried to talk to them almost as if they were either accustomed to robotically apologising or in an attempt to drown me out. I was told the food would be another 15 minutes because they were very busy...making it 1 hour and 10 minutes total... 15 mins/ 1915 came and went... A different person answered the phone this time who told us they were sorry the food was on the way and almost put the phone down whilst I was still talking, they finished with saying the food was leaving now... A journey of a mile to our house which would have been 5 mins according to Google maps... 5 mins came and went... 1930 the food turned up with apologies ... 1 hour and 25 minutes late. Disgusting customer service topped off a thoroughly rubbish experience and saying the food was delivered at 1900 is a blatent lie and a kick in the teeth

Throw stones at neighbours window didn't try buzzer forgot phone so could let us know he was here neighbour had to let us know embrassing

The Donner meat was alright but I got to the bottom and the meat was dry and it wasn't in strips it was chunky and it was crusty as well

Chicken burger was appalling still frozen in centre!!!!
