Great service. Great menu and very fair prices. We'll worth stopping by. Been a number of times after several recommendations.

Visited Cafe Siena on o09/07/24 for Breakfast. Firstly, I'm vegetarian and have visited many, many Cafes and was blown away with choice. I finally went for the Medici (Scrambled eggs with butternut squash, Halloumi, Mushrooms and fresh spinach) served with chunky brown bread and it was absolutely delicious !! My wife and daughter had Eggs Benny and Eggs Royale and they loved it. Mention too for the Coffee. Great service (with a smile) from the two young ladies, great food and I loved the music too! Well worth visiting.....100% definitely going to go back!!

I was just passing and suddenly felt hungry so decided to give this little cafe a try. I was not disappointed. The service is very warm and friendly, the coffee is great and my scrambled eggs with Feta cheese on sourdough toast was perfect. Bravo Cafe Siena!

Cafe was really nice, the asthetic was lovely. I only went in for a hot chocolate a few days ago and was dying to try their breakfast it looked so nice. The staff are super lovely always making sure you’re okay and asking how your meal was. You’ll definitely see us in there often! Definitely trying the pancakes next time but the Charlie Crocker eggs are definitely a must.

I went here for lunch with four friends yesterday. We were very impressed with the gorgeous home cooked food. I chose 'medici' which was delicious! My friend's meals looked wonderful too. I usually refuse puddings, but when I discovered what was on offer it was impossible, so we sampled baklava and orange cake and were not disappointed. The service was friendly and helpful, and there's lots of parking outside. We'll be back soon!

Popped in for brunch to try out this new cafe located in the old Armadillo restaurant premises. Great menu for breakfast lunches and tapas with a range drinks and cocktails. Had a great breakfast with really high quality food with lovely staff from the original Armadillo team. We will be back to try the small plates very soon ie tomorrow!

My first time here with my friend (who had been here years ago). My friend had a toastie and I had a Full English. Food was delicious and such good value for money. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the tables etc were spotlessly clean. I think the young man's name who cooked my breakfast was Christian - it was the best Full English I've had in a very long time, thank you! Had I not been so full after it I would have been tempted by one of the cakes, but I just couldn't manage it! Bluebell's is going to be a regular place for me now after having such an enjoyable meal there.

Popped into Barbetta’s today with a group of four. We were given menus while we waited, then shown to a table once one became available. We ordered four hot drinks and were quietly enjoying them when, out of the blue, a “Reserved” sign was plonked on our table. A member of staff then came over and said, “I’m sorry, this table is reserved so I’m going to get the bill now and I’ll have to ask you to pay.” We were all a bit taken aback — not only were some of us still finishing our drinks, but the way it was said felt incredibly abrupt and quite rude. When I quietly said to my friend that I thought the service had been a bit off, the server overheard and challenged me, asking “Did you think I was rude then?” in a very defensive and confrontational way. She then informed us — only at that point — that they were only serving food today, and implied we shouldn’t have been seated for drinks. At no time were we told this when we arrived or ordered. Had that been made clear, we would have had no issue going elsewhere. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. It’s a shame, really. What could have been a pleasant visit turned into a very uncomfortable experience. Sadly, we won’t be returning — not because of the policy, but because of the way we were spoken to and treated. A bit of basic communication and courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

Really weak service, no host, had to find a random waiter to say we had arrived for our booking. Waited ages to order drinks and even longer to get them, had to go to the bar for a follow up. Service is what you’d expect from untrained inexperienced youngsters. I don’t blame the kids, it’s not their fault, probably cheaper for the establishment. Food reads lovely on the menu but there's no effort at all gone into it. Between us we had around 9/10 different dishes, the cauliflower and the meatballs were ok but we left a lot of everything else and the dynamite prawns were just woeful, certainly hadn’t seen any 'fiery lobster aioli' or' fresh chilli' and they definitely weren’t 'poached' unless you count the time they were boiled in Thailand before being frozen. The venue is a nice bar and very average bistro, certainly not a restaurant.
