Subway in Wirral

Firstly after the order was accepted it said 12:15 delivery then moved to 12:45-so not impressed straight away. I paid for extra cheese and got none whatsoever (I have pictures). I ordered the waffle fries and got 3 of them … 3 whole fries!! (Again I have pictures!) …And they were stone cold! (Probably from the extra half hour I waited!) The whole folded side of the footlong was soaking wet and soggy. I have ordered many times from here and have never had an issue. This time was shocking! 👎

Horrible quality, I have never had such a bad snack, poorly prepared, toasted bread, not toasted, dry, totally tasteless. I will never buy from this Subway store again.

Need improve delivery quick.. toast subway .. arrive my home cold .

Food was cold and was not prepped properly, whole sandwich fell apart once taken out of packaging. Food was cold. Never received sauce even though I was supposed to with the fries. Sand which was not cut in half like supposed to. Joke of a company and staff are a joke. They need to learn how to do there jobs properly. I am livid

Missing half my order as per usual

Missed packs of crisps from both meal deals. Apart from that decent.

They put sweetcorn all over the sub when I didn’t ask for sweetcorn. They also cooked the sub when I didn’t ask them to and it literally stunk of sweetcorn it’s vile, had to bin it

food was excellent but unfortunately I had to reheat it, as it was stone cold when it arrived

Ordered a tuna sub with just cucumber. Specifically asked that it was toasted and no cheese. It came with cheese and a dirty knife had been used to cut the bread.

Sent me the wrong drink. No option to toast it. So currently eating it cold. Should be an option to toast on all of them. My child did not like your pizza sub as it’s just bread tomato puree and cheese

Literally never known a store to get so many orders wrong as much as this place does! Lesson officially learnt from ordering from this place! Staff need serious training !!!

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put the waffle fries in a sealed drinks cup, instead of a box, needs to give their head a wobble. The fries emerged sweaty and compacted together. Otherwise everything was great.

wrap only had steak in it no cheese no onions and no peppers just cold meat ! Ive taken a photo!

Missing items for sides, wrong cookie sent out, and bread was toasted when it was asked to be untoasted. Took ages to be prepared and delivery time kept getting delayed and delayed.

My Just eat account shows my address as number 58 (correct) but for some reason you delivered it to number 73. the delivery guy phoned me so I got the order in the end but it had gone cold. Also, he was quite unfriendly .

We where not given are full order they left out three whole things that we bought and when we rang them to ask why they had done this they lied to us and said they didn’t instead of just delivering are missing items so will not be ordering from this subway again.

The delivery driver was useless could not find the address I had to leave a child in the house to meet him not even on my road I had to walk onto a main road

Cold half had no chicken order double cheese got here cold and stale and no chicken on a tiny bit of chucked on it so I paid for bread abd lettuse and stale bread nice one

First of all, I walked into the shop and was told to wait i was the only one in there. Then a delivery driver came in and was served before me, I gave the staff my sandwich order. The lad did not have a clue what he was doing several times through making my sandwich, he stopped and walked off. Then when paying for the sandwich he then asked me. Would I like my change which I then replied? Yes, I would? Do not come to this Subway shop staff attitude Towards customers are terrible. They really need to brush up on their customer services skills!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting food looks like dogs dinner didn’t toast the sandwich it came freezing they missed off my veg don’t order from this range it’s disgusting food and disgusting service rang for a refund telling they refused avoid at all costs

Shocking freezing and burnt and missing my meal deal

We left a note on the order saying no salsa on the nachos but it came with salsa

2 drinks and a 6 inch sub missing. Not happy at all. No way of contacting anybody.

Neither sub had been toasted neither had cheese on and the salad was that minimal it was almost non existent the worst subway I’ve ever had

Got a classic bmt was lovely and a meatball sub the footlong cookie which was nice and the footlong churro wasn’t good thought it was really solid really chewy like it had been sat out for days :(

The Steakmelt was missing and the meatballs snack bowl. I ordered to collect and when I arrived they hadn’t even started making my order despite me receiving a notification to say it was ready. When I asked for the order they seemed unaware that they had a just eat order until I showed the receipt. They then still didn’t start to make my order and started to discuss my order amongst themselves until the manager stepped in to tell me that they had no more steak left to make my order. I then had to pick something else completely different. I had to remind them multiple times of the other items I had ordered. After they gave me my order, I had to tell them a 3rd time that I had also ordered a meatball snack bowl. I was told they also didn’t have any meatballs left either. I asked to be refunded and was told they didn’t know how to do it. They were aware they had non left and if I didn’t ask they would’ve let me leave without telling me knowing I had paid for them. I told them I would dispute through justeat.

I ordered the food at 16:39, which was a foot long meal deal and the food didn’t arrive until 18:07. I tried to contact the store numerous times to be ignored and online it said the store wasn’t busy!

Ordered the large waffle chips and there was only like 5 chips on there

Awful service, delivery driver brought 2 different peoples order and didn’t has even have mine. There was a huge language barrier. I rang subway to ask them what’s going on as my app now says delivered and I haven’t got any food and I don’t know where my order is. They said it’s nothing to do with them they can’t help and that I need to place the order and pay again! What an absolute joke
