Subway in Wirral

Neither sub was toasted despite both being requested to be. There was no bbq sauce on one that should have had bbq sauce, and there was no dip with the Chipotle bites when there should have been.

This branch seems to get something wrong literally every time I’ve ordered from them. Today the salad was missing both the shredded cheese and the cucumber. Really irritating when you have pretty much no choice but to put up with it, even when you’ve spent extra.

Salad box was half empty & delivery driver was half an hour late, she was in Asda for 20 minutes as per the map location.

Driver was very polite - will order again.. Hash Browns are lovely

Unfortunately the food arrived freezing cold so had to recook at home plus the breakfast 6inch some of the food on the list wasn’t on the roll so not really happy with this Oder 🙄

the fella that delivered it too me was lovely. wish there was more people like him, both friendly andnandn charming

on delivery the bag was ripped,courier had to carry food loose. food all accounted for

it came 40 minutes late , the subs where a combination of both ordered and it was just awful

It said delivered but no one knocked or cslled the number of account I haven’t received my whole order

The sandwiches were okay but the cookies were burnt and had no taste. The way it was packaged was poor they normally come in boxes instead it was just in a brown paper bag, the price you pay you expect better.

Pics I took do not do it justice but Not sure why the negative comments. The staff lately have been amazing. They’re always helpful & smiley in the world’s grimmest area. Yes. I’ve said it - but it’s true. Especially with the “weather” of late. To work here & always have positive attitudes is great to see!! Well done to the team here - you’re defo doing something right :)

Ordered a foot long meal and was delivered a 6 inch sub

Food was cold no option for extra olives.

All the salads on the subs were wrong. Chorro was stale. No sauces that i paid for sent. No extras that I paid for sent.

Great as always, fresh, tasty and good portions. Highly recommended!!!

Bottle of water missing from meal deal...

Went there yesterday to order. I had the worse experience ever. Staffs weren’t nice. Went with my 3 year old toddler and because I couldn’t stand on the queue as a result of my toddler being all over the place. The staff refused to serve me. Even when I notify them I came before the lady they wanted to serve before me. They just ignored me and carried on. Honestly the worst service in the whole of uk. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Bread was stale terrible presentation some of the food was missing

Just a soggy, floppy and disappointing 12 inches :(. Had to throw this away, cookies were nice though.

Ridiculous. Third time now I have paid for sauces and they haven’t been included, cookies were missing and no sauces with sides either. Salad is dry as anything even though I specifically wrote to include plenty of the sauce - 23 quid down the drain

I tried the "All Star Chimichurri Steak - Footlong" for the first time and it was ok but the taste wasn't exactly spectacular. Also someone needs to contact trading standards about food pictures honestly. UPDATE (1st Aug 2024): I've given subway a few chances now really wanting to like their food but they keep letting me down. The subs are missing any sort of love in their production and I think the ingredient quality is not great either. Also do NOT order anything that is supposed to be crispy like fries or such as they will arrive cold and limp. I honestly don't think they own a fryer and heat the fries up for 60 seconds in the microwave. I was the first stop on the drivers route so it's all on subway.

wrong baller sub sent couldn't eat it

the cheesy garlic slice was laughable, barely any cheese and lacking a crucial ingredient such as the garlic, how can you mess up the key ingredient. so the melted cheese bits on some bread will are not garlic cheese slices. keep note anyone ordering them.

How hard is it to bag the correct items and not miss stuff receipt even has what I ordered open the bag to be items missing , Shocking service only reason this will show as many stars as it will it thanks to the delivery driver

A Bit disappointed as I did not get the caramelised onions that I paid extra for, nor did I get the tomatoes. However I did get a lot of stuff on it that I did not want like, lettuce, olives & pickles. Which I then had to pick off before I could eat it. It was also put on the wrong bread. I must say though that the rotisserie chicken was lovely & plentiful.

maybe add more options to notify the recipient of the delivery

55 minutes for one meal deal to be delivered which was stone cold.

Food was good, tho the delivery time changed multiple times, considerin it takes around 8-9 mins genuinely for delivery, it was over 20mins from when the driver left the restaurant, bare in mind it's a Sunday so not that much traffic an no, there's no road works.

I got to subways at 21.22 to get a sandwich to find it already closed. Why do you publish being opened until 21.30pm if you will be already closing 10mins earlier? Other customers also arrived to find the same. This is disappointing how business do not keep their time as per their advert plus the staff wanting to go home early they just close sooner. If you will not open until 21.30 just change that to 21.20 that will make more sense.

2 orders wrong - salads had different cheese on despite being same cheese selected. both salads had red onions when only should’ve. missing a whole food item too (the pepperoni slice). really disappointing.

I ordered online, and the workers messed up my order resulting in me having missing items, cold food and food that was missing toppings. I called the store and they said i could come to collect my missing item or file a complaint online. The whole reason for ordering online is that you cant get to the store therefore having it delivered. I tried to get compensation for my food and got nothing in return. - i don’t usually complain but when my whole order is wrong i felt i should.

Went today to get a meal deal for my daughter. Never any problems in the past. However, today bought a meal deal and asked for an empty cup for some ice. I was told there would be a charge. I said I had never been charged before, to be told I should have been. Expecting a nominal charge I was told it would cost £1.49 - UNBELIEVABLE! Even though I had a bottled drink as part of my order. The girl who served me just kept saying “ it’s an empty cup ?” As if that explained anything.

Meatballs were cold. The waffle fries were soggy and undercooked. Whole thing inedible. Disgusting service

I used to enjoy a subway, especially with the rewards, but it would appear that the loyalty scheme has less loyalty to customers. I'll be using subway less now as they have fixed something that wasn't broken.

Waited nearly 20 mins later than estimated time had a phone call with driver and asked me to walk to him when he was 2 roads down

driver turned up with no order numbers on food and didn’t know which order was which he left and said he would return we contacted shop who said refund through Just eat £44 spent no sandwiches and not sure I will get my money back will never use this subway again.

All good including cookie missed out on last order!

delivery service was alright, but the meatless philly had very little filling inside. there was very little meatless steak bits in it and there was very little salad in center so I was basically working my way through a load of tough bread and it wasn't enjoyable. there was no cheese in all!!! it would have tasted a lot nicer if it had the ingredients it should have.

Food came freezing cold, ordered 3 subs 2x to be toasted and they weren’t, meat was still cold from fridge and cheese was like plastic as it hadn’t been toasted. Subs weren’t wrapped properly which made the sauce leak everywhere.

I paid for cheesy bites and got hash browns Instead

All items included, not often that happens but pleasantly surprised. Lettuce and cucumber didn't crunch however, so it had "pre-made" feel to it
