The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

My granddaughter and I visited kfc at Teesside park today. We went to order at the counter as my granddaughter doesn’t like the sauce on her burger and wanted to ask them not to put it on. The young woman behind the counter refused to take out order saying we had to use the machines. She was pretty rude! I explained why we wanted her take my order but she was adamant she couldn’t help. We left and went to the one in Darlington where they were only too happy to help. Really shoddy customer service, we won’t be back.

Food was ok, not the warmest The restaurant and toilet are not clean, especially the toilets yikes! The whole place has seen better days! Never seems to improve!

Had a tower burger and was like a dogs toy, very rubbery and made me feel ill, never again this kfc, please don't waste your money

Made the mistake of parking here for 13 minutes and got a £60 fine. Very poor signage and parked here as McDonalds Car park was full. Further as I parked before 10am the restaurant was closed and everyone using the car park before 10am would have been fined. Disgraceful! Walkden KFC you can go Cluck Yourself!!!

Absolutely dismal food, got both orders wrong, no sauce on the burgers, no hash brown on the tower burger. the mix for the drinks is that low you can't taste the flavour of the drinks. £10 for the box meal, I actually feel violated.

Not had KFC for about 5 months, usually not bad value and enjoyable!! After getting back from holiday we decided to order 1, I couldn’t believe the cost which was the first annoyance, when the food arrived it was the worst value for money, a boneless banquet £11.99 expecting to have something substantial, it contained 3 chicken selects, a tiny bag of chips, a small box of pop corn chicken which I think had 10 tiny pieces in it, and a coleslaw. We ordered 2 of these, a burger meal which was probably the only thing that came near to being worth it, and a tiny bag of chips and 3 chicken selects, with delivery it came to a whopping £51 pounds. Never again. I understand things have gone up but you certainly get way less.

Family visit, kfc fries were worst I have ever tasted, like strips of soggy soap, second visit -both experiences aweful!!! where are the managers? Is this standard exceptable by the firm?

we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.

Not my choice but the children wanted chicken Southern fried chicken has meant to have crispy skin this was just oozing fat tried to dry it out with kitchen towel just disgusting took the kitchen towel off and it was so greasy it took all the skin off the chicken Absolutely horrible

Avoid this place absolutely filfy so clean tables and staff just stood about not doing anything has it wasn't busy. The toilets is another story pure filth this is the 3rd time now never again. Nearly broke my neck in the toilet floor wet through and no wet floor sign in one of them where the floor is worst. Please avoid.

Visited the location as part of a family trip, and visited the venue on a Monday evening around 1900hrs. The tables were clean and there was no fighting for a group of 5 of us to sit at. However there were limited large tables at the venue. Whilst the partner ordered the food, the children used the toilets which sadly required cleaning & were not the cleanest at the time of the visit. After a 10 minute wait all the food was ready to collect, as hot as lava. All looking amazingly fresh however the hot wings looked a little on the dry side. Sadly at the venue the car park is restricted to 60 minutes parking, so felt a little rushed when as a family of 5 eating could easily do with an extra 30 minutes just to save the rush.

You need to avoid this place at all costs. The service is very slow and unorganised, the attitude of the staff is beyond belief.. Clearly the management need to look at the staff training policies or indeed look at their management skills. I recommend that you go somewhere else, in fact anywhere else..

This SHOP is absolutely disgusting, rumor has it, they where shut down for RATS, maggots. When trying to order they have a small women taking order who can barely speak a word of english, better still I stood Nd watch a senoir member of staff pick his skin and flick it. I have contacted environmental health.

Never again!! Did a drive through for a treat for my 83 year old mother and her sister. Ordered a boneless banquet, which was OK. However, the two pieces of chicken that made up my mother's Colonel's Meal were both drumsticks. One drumstick could be expected... TWO was just a let down. Never again!! I will not be returning to this KFC.
