I was told I couldn’t order my meal at the till point assistants blamed it on managers. The restaurant was empty. I asked for help at the order point because I wanted to make a few changes to the order, the assistant heard me and walked through the door to the drive through pick up point and chose to ignore me. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager, he wasn’t a bit interested in listening to me. Got home Chips overcooked and cold, chicken dry.

Absolutely terrible. Greasy slippery floor, staff totally unprofessional & felt very intimidated & uncomfortable due to one of the staff members lack of clothing! Couldn’t leave quickly enough & have been assured that ‘the matter’ will be investigated by head office……… I await an outcome. In my opinion this place should be shut down by HSE!

Shocking service, ordered in the restaurant then drove 20 mins home, realised there were items missing, after I’d asked the idiot behind the counter to double check everything. Rang them, wasn’t offered an apology, only a code to get something free next time. Told them I was coming back to have everything replaced. Drive the 20 mins back told them what I was there for, after five mins the correct order was put in front of me, again, no hint of an apology… Absolutely useless people on the counter, no service skills whatsoever, I will never be returning.

Very polite, very friendly, the whole team present tonight ( 28/10) were great, but a special shout out to the young man mentioned is very well deserved :)

Don't use the KFC delivery app and order from this restaurant. Staff have no respect for customer time, and the support number you call is completely useless.

They can do a simple task like getting an order right. Good at burnt chicken. Bad at responding to feedback. Limp chips and missing items are what they love. Here. Also very slow.

The whole town of Northwich was excited when KFC HQ spent some money on this branch in 2022 and refitted it - thinking at last a store refresh and re energised team might finally make this a good experience. But alas, every single time we’ve placed an order or visited the drive through, we’ve had wrong or missing items, cold food, even an out of date gravy on one occasion. And without fail, an inexplicably long wait for a fast food outlet. Their handling of UberEats orders is no better - we’ve experienced orders just cancelled by the restaurant after an hour of waiting, last’s night £40 order of a 14 pc Bucket to feed a family of 4 arrived as 1 fillet burger and a portion of fries. Leaving some very hungry and disappointed teens. 🙁 Thankfully refunded by UberEats but this was the final straw in giving this restaurant my business. Come on KFC - I don’t know what targets your store managers have but they must be failing on every measure in this branch. Time for a new team of staff to raise standards. This branch is damaging your brand.

Rude unprofessional staff who are very scruffy. The restaurant smells like the toilets and the car park was like an ice rink. The food is disgusting and they don't have any central heating. The staff actually suit the restaurant.

Visited Northwich K F C yesterday as soon as you entered the building it was obvious that the heating wasn't and hadn't been on , it was freezing,when we asked the staff ( who had not been given appropriate uniforms) we we're told the heating had needed mending since October/ November. We got our food and ate it in the van . Sad for the staff very disappointing for the customers

If I could give a zero then I would have done, stood at till waiting to be served and was just ignored by three staff, who i could here whispering “there’s someone at the counter” The lack of management and leadership is an absolute disgrace. The staff look miserable and fed up and it’s like watching a ship heading for the rocks and the captain has gone missing.

Good food! had to wait a bit longer than expected for my food but the staff were mostly helpful and polite.

I have been going to this kfc for over 8 years and it used to be really good but over time the food has been soggy and under or over cooked the service sometimes is really poor as they are sometimes very rude and makes us wait a long amount of time for food missing the point of fast food.

Went into KFC today, had two hot wings obviously ate one and looked at the other there was hair wrapped in the actual batter, they offered a replacement which I accepted, picked up the first replacement hot wing and to my shock there was more...

The chicken was so dry had no flavour me and my friends would not even feed it to our dogs. Do not come here !

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Took 15mins to place the order and then move round to the collection window - once paid - 46 mins to actually get the food - watched it being cooked and was still cold...

Basically: the chicken is always the dryest thing on the planet, very overpriced, chips are NEVER salted, the people that are always in there somehow seem to always be Uber eats and just eat drivers and they’re all really weird and just stare at you....

The food is terrible, the staff scruffy , unkempt , greasy hair and dining area always filthy . I would advice anyone to avoid this dump . Somethings never change but hopefully one day some one might take over and turn it around . Won’t hold my breath though

i got served by a male by the name of stuart who was very rude at first and we where stood at the counter waiting and he never asked us if we would like something and i feel he was rude and unprofessional also unresponsive as he didn’t say a word and i feel i was the staff there and having to ask for my order like i was the one behind the counter feel like they hire staff and don’t even train them. the food wasn’t bad but the customer service wasn’t great will struggle to back again.

Ordered via Uber eats online waited an hour and the order was wrong. Took it back to the place and in there old inevitable way there customer services was shocking. Young kids basically with no training . I was told to speak to Uber eats for a refund and if I didn’t like it not to come in again . Lived here 20 years and used them 10 times for this very reason this is the first time for 18 months and the last . Ended up doing a charge back through the bank . Unbelievable in this day and age

Just a crap as always Don’t advertise on google that your drive through is open till 11pm, have all the restaurants light on inside & out & then ignore people when they are at the drive through even though there was at least 1 member of staff in the restaurant.Usual rubbish customer service from this KFC!!!!

I came in with my family about 6.40pm. We were told we couldn’t sit in as they didn’t have the staff to manage the seating area, we weren’t bothered and the staff member was very polite. She explained there’s a 5-10 min wait on chicken and kept keeping the customers informed and apologised to every customer for the wait and wished them a good day. I could see how they were all struggling without enough staff, when we did get our food about 10 mins wait it was very nice and tbh the girl who served on the front counter was excellent and stayed calm in a stressful situation. Good Customer service can make all the difference!

This kfc is the most revolting kfc ever the staff are always unclean clumpy gravy wrong orders every time we complained last week and was told by the member of staff that he had just started his shift but had dryed gravy all down his shirt and had really greasy hair which he ran his hands through and grabbed are chicken and we ordered 2 gravy boxes that had no gravy in them just cold greasy chicken never ever again

We decided to go to KFC as a little treat and as soon as we got to the drive through the man was huffing and puffing at the fact he couldn’t get out order correct. It took us 4 times to try and tell him that we wanted a NORMAL TOWER BOX MEAL, with boneless chicken and gravy. But still he said it was a zinger. And when we went to pay and corrected them AGAIN! We got a zinger box meal with wings. Even the receipt says zinger! They all seemed very confused at the fact we didn’t want a zinger. Won’t be returning there anytime soon. Waste of money!

Awful. Expensive. Very small portions of food for the price. Chips not nice. Had the Chilli chicken wrap meal and you could not taste the sauce. Diet coke flat and the adults meal not much difference in size to the childrens portions. We were very disappointed and will not be returning.

Ordered two 'Mighty Bucket for One' meals. Chips were barely warm,and the chicken was greasy and pink. No better place for it than the bin. Will not be returning.

Ordered over the counter a 12 piece bucket and only received 10 pieces, only picked this up when dishing up at home.

My four piece meal only had two pieces. Checked my receipt and I payed for four. Only discovered this after driving home. Tried to phone but nobody answers.

I believed every bad review and honestly I’m so disappointed in myself, I hadn’t touched kfc in Northwich for years. Until the other night. This KFC is absolutely disgusting it always has been. The food is awful always cold and full of grease. Asked for a specific order for my boyfriend as he has a nut allergy (anaphylaxis) and we no what he can defiantly eat from there. When we got home and opened it all up we realised that they had given us a different burger to what we asked for luckily I tried it myself to make sure it was the wrong burger which it was we looked on the allergy menu which says that this meal may contain peanuts so we never take any chance unlike the other meal doesn’t even mention peanuts very lucky that we noticed it was a different burger. We tried to call them up multiple times but no answer. Terrible food, rude staff, the hygiene levels are poor also wearing NO PPE no gloves or anything while handling food especially with this coronavirus going round awful.

What can I say about this KFC well we got a 10 piece bargain bucket which was full of wings and legs nothing else no breast meat no side breasts nothing and the wings had no flavour to them at all the chips were just warm at best the legs just full of grease. The store needs a revamp and the staff need retraining it’s a shame that they have let the brand down so badly.

Quite simply the worst meal I’ve had, was out to give this kfc another try after relentlessly poor food although clearly nothing’s changed after tasting their greasy fag ash chicken.Decided to not even attempt to consume the popcorn chicken so chucked one towards my dog who proceeded to eat it leading to instant vomit, re- consumption and more vomit not even my dog could manage one peice of kfc Northwich’s popcorn chicken and she eats her own kak.Overall extremely poor please do everyone a favour and SHUT IT DOWN utter shower.

I don't know why I put myself through this but a decision was made and it was KFC for lunch - never ever again. Not a suprise that the chips were barely warm and soggy, the burger had next to no salad and did not taste right (fast forward and it caused the poos). We had decided to park up and collect our meal on this occasion and from standing at the counter you could see the filth in the kitchen from where we stood. SHUT IT DOWN BEFORE IT GETS FATAL

The normal KFC chicken had obviously been in a oil fire as tasted purely of ash. Having gone back to complain about the chicken the woman admitted that they had problems with the fryer yet they still served the sh*t greasy ash chicken. Also the people putting the food in the bag had clearly just poured the gravy in the bag and so the bag ripped. Customer service blown out the window.This place needs to be looked at has been consistently dreadful for years now.SORT IT OUT. Ruining the reputation.Wouldnt have put any stars if I had the option.

This place has been consistently poor over the years and lived up to that expectation today as I got served fag ash chicken that smelt like sick and ash. We went back to complain and the woman admitted to them having a problem with the fryer yet still served us £20 woth of this chicken that clearly should have been thrown away that tbf wouldn’t even be fit for the bin Nevermind a person. As we drove back the aroma of fag ash filled the car hence with leading to instant vomit. To top of the complete shower the person loading the bag just poured the gravy in hence with when I picked the bag up it split pouring gravy all over my car leading swiftly to more vomit. We don't often eat at KFC as my son prefers McDonalds but this particular evening he said he fancied a change. On arrival, there was a fairly long queue so I told my son and elderly mum to find a table and wait. There were plenty of empty tables, all of which were dirty and didn't look like they had been cleared or wiped clean for some time. There were napkins, used boxes, etc on the floor - not what to expect for a food-serving establishment. We left and had a McDonald's across the way which was lovely and clean and, as usual, had a dedicated staff member going round clearing and cleaning. Disgraceful KFC, we won't return.

Food was slow to come out and we didnt eat it in less than an hour so we got a fine of 60 pounds and threats of 100 pound if we do not pay it.. Feel mistreated and ripped ed off

The worst K F C staff slow scruffy and rude. The restaurant was filthy dinks spilt on seats. It took 10 waiting before placing the order, when we had placed the order we overheard someone saying that there was a 20 minute wait. I went to the counter and asked how long the wait was after a few minutes I was told 25 minutes wait. I complained that they should have informed us this before we placed our order, because we had small children with us, I told them that we couldn't wait that long and asked for my money back. Will never go there again, I was in that area because I was visiting my family. Always thought it was fast food, what a joke. The staff definitely need training....

Why, why, why has this place been allowed to stay open for so long? I’ve not been in years, but decided to give it another go, as we were after a Friday treat. What. A. Mistake. We ordered from the drive through, and were sent to ‘Bay 1’ to wait. After 25 minutes, I went to ask where our food was. I was told it would be ready on two minutes, and that I would receive some popcorn chicken as way of an apology. I questioned to make sure parts of our meal wouldn’t be cold, they confirmed everything would be fine. I went back to my car. Ten minutes later, the food came out. I drove home. Not only was there no free popcorn chicken (I really wasn’t bothered anyway, it’s just the fact that they failed to deliver their word), but the fries were stone cold. On top of that the two Zinger burgers were burnt black - and I’m not joking. Actually BLACK! And tasted HORRENDOUS.We both felt very ill all through the night. Genuinely ILL.

Ordered a mighty bucket meal, one piece was merely a wing, the service girl couldn't bother to explain, through nodding and a few words acknowledged it is like that. I demanded to be give a proper one piece, she dragged her feet to the back for a brief sec then said come back in 11 mins, i confirmed to get my one piece? She nodded. Later on she completely ignored me, noded to another female colleague, then a tall bloke to deny and repeat what's mighty bucket items, no longer converse.

I love KFC, I have loved it for years, eaten it in Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and many different London venues incl. Camden market and Leicester Square.

First impression was poor when I nearly slipped over on the greasy floor, they had wet floor signed out but the floor wasn’t wet it was greasy in all areas, obviously moped with greasy water, then there was no heating on when it’s 2 degrees outside, I foolishly still ordered and was served by a lady in outdoor jacket with stains and wrapped up in a scarf, finally the food was disgusting, I don’t expect fine dining from KFC but the bread was hard and generally tasted bad, I can only imaging they are using old fat.

We went to celebrate in Northwich KFC, 2 family's with children. We waited for more than 30 min. from the queue and to received the food that we order. if your a family person with children i believed that you can't finished eating for 20 min. or more especially with children. According to the manager you'll be fined if you stay for more than hour and its not their problem because the one who handle the car park are different company. I think its unfair that a customer should be fine. they took already 30min. of eating time.

One staff front of house in the whole restaurant, with a long queue. Card machine screen not working as a result I had no idea what amount I paying for.

No joke, it made me very ill afterwards, only took a day and I was having stomach pains and more, and so were the friends I went with so it was obviously the kfc

Don’t understand how the KFC in Northwich hasn’t been shut down, most unhygienic “fast food” restaurant I ever been to. Given this place a few chances as I like KFC in general as it’s the only one near our house but never going again. Always freezing inside, looks like it doesn’t get cleaned for weeks, wait for your food for about 20-30 mins on average, always get your order wrong, run out of chicken, always forget to give you gravy. So many issues....

Ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket at the drive through, paid and was pointed to a parking spot. Food arrived after 25 minutes. On inspection it contained 3 chicken wings and 2 drum sticks, chips were under cooked. Will never go back. I never thought I would say that I would prefer a McDonald's burger to a KFC

Went to the drive through, could not understand the member of staff on the microphone. Ordered a boneless 8 piece box, was told there was no coleslaw and no Tango. Got to the window and paid £15.99 for the meal and followed the wagging finger to wait in the parking bay. Waited over 25 minutes next to another car who was parked up far longer than we were before I walked into the restaurant to get a refund. The restaurant was dirty with food all over the floor, there were 5 customers, it took a long time to be acknowledged, let alone be served and then the order couldn't be found only for the staff member to let out a "Oh no" when he found which which clearly meant they had forgotten about us. I was told a manager would have to give me my refund and I received no apology. This restaurant is full of young jobsworths just struggling to get through a shift who don't care about customer service. I went to McDonalds and paid £5 less to be served in under 5 minutes.

Ordered in the drive-thru. Didn't have what I wanted so ordered something else. Looking inside whilst waiting there was food all over the kitchen floor. I had to park up because no fries were ready, they somehow took over 10 minutes. Bins beside the car were overflowing with waste. Drove home and opened the bag to find the order was wrong, my fault i didn't check but it was only a zinger meal. To be fair it was a little busy and it looks like all problems could be solved if it was appropriately staffed.

This has to be the worst KFC around. They always have food out of stock. Tonight all customers had to wait at least twenty minutes for food (it wasn't even that busy) and I end up waiting 45 minutes for food as they forgot about my order. I would have got a refund if I could have got someone attention. This branch is tarnishing KFC's reputation.

I live in Northwich and I know that this KFC has got a bit of a reputation but I thought I'd give it benefit of the doubt as I had a voucher on the KFC app for £5 off anything on the menu. The place was as unclean as I remembered it from the last time I went in. Chips and chicken bones on the floor of the restaurant, tables that hadn't been cleaned, dirty toilets etc, etc. I finally got my meal after waiting a good 10 minutes yet their wasn't anybody in there so they were hardly rushed of their feet. The chicken was greasy..greasy as in you bite into it and it's all over your T-shirt and the fries were absolutely disgusting. They were completely anaemic and rock hard. I couldn't be bothered complaining about the poor meal as I've complained in the past to the KFC head office and obviously been ignored. In my opinion this place either needs a complete overhaul or shutting down. I've not got a problem with KFC in general as I quite like the one at the Trafford Centre and other's that I've been to. Never again will I set foot in this dirty restaurant again.

Workers were phenomenal! Jacob was incredible at his job that day and was such a big help. He was kind and helpful during our service. Also the chicken was peng.

Normally come here every few weeks, never had massive issues until tonight. Partner went into the "restaurant" instead of the drive through to pick up our food. Floor was so unclean, his shoes were sticking to it, amongst other hygiene issues in there. Got our food home, i had boneless chicken. Kept smelling cigarette smoke (neither of us smoke) picked up the chicken and it was the chicken that smelt like an ashtray! Couldn't believe it so i tasted the chicken and might as well have tipped an ash tray into my mouth. Obviously someones either been smoking heavily whilst handling food or immediately before (big no no when handling food as stated by the food standards agency!) OR it's been dropped on contaminated surfaces/rubbish and then re-served. Either way, clear food contamination, it has been reported to KFC main office, obviously food was inedible. Thats the last time we'll be going there.

Me and my friends visited at night for some food and there was flies everywhere food wasn't cooked properly the staff was snotty towards me and friends and homies not wearing correct uniform swearing telling me to buy data and was very rude don't often come and won't come again will go to different one and they were running round the restraint screaming at each other very poor quality

i live a milr away....every time i go they miss something, ive just been now and order chicken, fries, 1 x dip and 1 x gravy......got back to work no dip no gravy !!!! on on my way back with the lot for a full refund..................never going there again !!!!!!!!!!!

Travelled 5 miles to get a takeaway. Got there for around 6pm, the place was empty apart from 2 elderly ladies. There was a strange smell in there, not sure if it was the place or clientele in at the time of our visit.

Nice restaurant but missed items on my meal order to takeout can't be that hard to get two meal orders right. Feeling ripped off. Not impressed.

The food has always been fine but what i object too is if you eat indoors its always sruffy, dirty with overflowing bins and uncleared tables, last time i stood in a load of food on the floor. Unacceptable really. Needs to be a lot better.

I keep giving this place another chance as I love KFC so much. I hate the fact that they take your money then ask you to wait for cold food. Just don’t get how they continue to allow this place to bring down the reputation of such a great brand. I won’t even complain any more as nobody listens. A free burger next time you visit does not count as compensation for a poor meal.

Visited today with the kids. Restaurant was quiet despite it being Sunday lunchtime which we probably should have taken as a clue... Took our order and waited 15min to get food - the kids were starving! Tried to order coffee, was told "no hot drinks". Soft drink overfilled so ended up spilling half of it down my toddlers top... Whole restaurant was filthy- appeared not to have been cleaned for weeks. The final straw wad hearing staff behind the counter swearing and talking about 'doggy style' within our childrens earshot! Hubby asked to speak. To the manager and. Who should walk. Out? One of the men engaging in this disgusting talk!! Needless to say he looked very sheepish and couldnt apologise enough. Think he needs to do his job and manage the store rather than messing about with his staff!

KFC is one of my fave chicken and this restaurant is only a few minutes away from home. Since it’s close to me I usually order 3-5 times a month. What I’ve noticed was the old staff doesn’t smile, staff are always in a rush they just give your order and they’re gone without asking whether you’re order is complete or etc. you want plates cups for your drinks. And on drive thru I ordered a bucket meal so I ask for 5plates, and he said there’s no plate ( this is the old male staff again) I looked at him I was fuming. Anyway next minute he said oh let just check and yes there plate what an awful lazy service. There’s no tissue condiments on the bag most of the time, there’s only few staff that serves with a smile and complete order. Sort this out KFC Northwich

so i used to come here a lot to get something to eat as i worked nearby and thought it would be a easy and quick lunch. every time i went there was a problem. first time the atmosphere was very chaotic with staff actually arguing with customers. the next time i could here the customers mocking me. and a few other times i just had to repeatedly send food back which i don't do oftenly, but the food would be so cold and chips felt as though they had been sat there for at least 40 mins 'whilst they were cooking' it. would definitely not recommend to anyone as i know many, many, many people who have had a issue and looking at reviews it doesn't seem to be overly popular. needs new motivated staff and maybe even a refurbishment or to get shut down.

This was an average place to stop. The card machine wasn't working on the day, and the order was therefore limited to the cash on hand. That said, even a small order took a long time to fill, and it seemed unnecessarily long owing to a very small number of customers.

Filthy, slow, no stock, empty - wonder why... staff miserable..... How is this place still open???? Wouldnt ever return nor recommend

Visited at 4.30pm today and asked for a 12 piece boneless bucket to take out was told that they had no Boneless mini fillets thawed out and they would 40 minutes. as they had been very busy and sold them all.

The establishment was very clean and tidy on my recent visit. The young lady serving was very welcoming friendly and helpful. The food was very well cooked and enjoyable. The ice cream and coffee machine was not working and l gather this has been the case for some weeks?.

No chicken, no hot wings, no minis, no coleslaw, no hot drinks...how do they stay open. Card machine frequently not working and cash only needed.
