Subway in Cheshire West and Chester

Staff that work here don't seem to like customers. Horrible rude bunch. Sorry for being such and inconvenience by entering the store and trying to order a sandwich.

Very helpful friendly staff. Great customer service. Fab menu. No milk alternatives for my coffee.

took over a hour to be delivered,barely any fillings more salad then meat filling, the chips was stone cold and rock hard,sandwiches was luke warm!!!

Appalling behaviour. I do want to clear that my service was fine however the behaviour of the staff towards the customer before me was appalling. Implying she was a be-atch- she wasnt, she was confused by the situation. Especially as the member of staff serving was unclear and the staff member on their lunch shouting across to her was making the situation unclear. Then the member of staff on their lunch break who was instructing a younger trainee told her”when customers are being difficult just screw up the receipt and throw it away, when they ask. “ I felt sorry for both the customer in front of me and the trainee who was clearly embarrassed the actions of this more senior staff member.

Pleasant staff but shortage of ingredients meant I had to change my sandwich choice.

The way the manager (older lady) speaks to staff is disgusting

Terrible service from the older lady working in subway this afternoon - she not only was argumentative to her poor colleague in front of us without cause. When her colleague tried to ask if we wanted to add cookies or drinks to our order the older woman cut her off and scolded her for using the wrong name for a sandwich - in front of the customer?! We did in fact want drinks but I wanted to limit exposure of aggression in front of my child so chose to just proceed to pay and not anger her further by asking for additional items. Unfortunately that wasn’t the only situation. She then also very rude with me in front of my child when she aggressively tried to tell me my master card supplied by coutts bank (the oldest bank in the uk that is used by royal family) isn’t accepted by the card machine. Even when I tried the NatWest card I had that also failed multiple she couldn’t acknowledge there could be an issue with the card machine. Eventually one of the cards worked. Rather than apologising for the inconvenience she was out right rude. As we were leaving her other colleague said we have just had a new card machine maybe it’s that. I couldn’t believe the terrible level of service. Not a single smile, thank you or please used at all. I have no idea why she wants to work in customer service when she clearly hates customers for no reason! She was that bad that my 8 year old child actually asked why that lady was so nasty when we left. This is not a reflection of her younger colleague that made our sandwich - she was lovely and very helpful.

first time getting delivery. food came cold. my crisp didn’t come with order. really bad experience and the time kept changing

Used to love sunway. However they've obviously changed their recipes l. Really disappointed with the new rolls, which are about an inch thinner in width so ingredients spills out. We had meatballs which again has changed and they're now taste a bit strange. Not like they used to. Nice store and staff but they food was poor

Delivered half an order, when I called up to ask where the rest was they replied with "we just didn't make it" horrific service

We ordered from this subway as it said 25-40 minute delivery.Wewere hoping for the order at 5pm as we had a young child to feed and it arrived after 6pm cold and soggy (nachos and toasted sandwiches.) we also didnt get a footlong as requested.

The franchisee was absolutely arogant! Aggressive and told me to f*** off! Absolutely shocking behaviour and the food was wrong. Obviously got some issues.

Every time I order from here items are missing. Refund has been refused I’m guessing because this is another claim for the same place. Maybe they need to get their act together and complete orders correctly and then I wouldn’t need to raise a refund request.

Placed order and paid for a 12 inch Plant Patty, received a 6 inch. Rang Restaurant straight away which admitted they made a mistake but there was nothing they could do and to contact Just Eat.The Bread was also Chewy and Stale.

Quick, clean, efficient, friendly and a well made Sub. A million times better than the Subway in Preston I gave quite a negative review of 3 months ago.

Stopped and enjoyed our breakfast sub rolls on Sunday morning at Lostock Gralam branch. We had stayed overnight in the Travelodge close by. We had a small family gathering at the Weavers Whistle on Saturday Evening, was great to catch up. Great location, somewhere we'll visit again.

I expected the Hashbrowns and the bacon to be hot (Super SubStack), so getting them cold was a little bit disappointing. If they are supposed to be cold, i dont think i'll order it again. Sorry!

Despite ordering 2 footlongs we only got 1 and a 6 inch. Everything was really cold & driver delivered to the wrong address.

We were missing the drink from one of the meal options we ordered. Weren't able to state that item was missing from the order so selected the meal that it was missing from.

A sad petrol station existence and a long way from eat fresh. It's a shame to see the plant options being shown the door so I won't be returning.

You pay extra to have steak to get next to nothing on your sub more lettuce than anything else

No cheese on subs and they were toasted when I asked for them not to be.

Wanted to dine in but very limited room

To be frank is not nice beacause no stuffings inside and no sauce in it.

Considering salad is limitless and free they are very skimpy with it.

2 sandwiches completely wrong which is worse when it's so late

ordered at 12:46, arrived at 14:11!!!! Hot food was cold and rubbery. Paid extra for Bacon on the salad and no bacon.

Food was bad. Ordered from here and It came untoasted though we requested it toasted and did not have some selected options on it. It was also realy sloppy. Like it had been thrown together by someone that clearly has no care for their customers. It was a foot long and for some odd reason only the top half of the sandwich was cut in half. The bread was realy soggy and it tasted really bad. I usually love subway. I think ill give it a miss in future. Standards here are really poor. How they can justify charging so much for such poor quality is beyond me. I feel robbed. Dont waist your time, Go to the co-op for a meal deal instead.

Order was fine, slightly cold when arrived, and seemed like we received a small box of potato wedges not a large portion. Or if that was a large portion, then not worth £3.50 as there wasn’t many.

Massive selection of food for your sub way and the different breads are excellent staff very helpful and polite good value for money

The young girl serving was rather rude and argumentative. I wanted a steak wrap. When she got it out from underneath the counter it looked dried out and stale. I asked if I could have another. She told me that there was nothing wrong with that one. I told her that it was dried out and I'd another. She then got her back up and began to have ago. I told her that if she can't do as I asked forget it and went to walk away. She huffed and slamed it in the bin while pulling a face. Will not be using thus subway again

It was slightly late however the driver was very apologetic and the time given is only estimated so it was all good! Amazing food as always

Hard to say if the food was mediocre because of the delay. Ordered at 1pm and delivery was 2:46pm. That is not good enough, wouldn't have ordered if I knew the delivery time(just eat delivery fault, not the restaurant).

If there was a option for no stars then i would choose that! The order was 10-15 minutes late! The options for the chicken teriyaki salad were not clear and we had to add our own tomato, cucumber and peppers! With it being a salad, I expected a clear description of the salad and what it doesn’t contain! I also ordered the steak and cheese sub, no cheese was in the sandwich and it had green peppers, which I didnt ask for! Good job i’m not allergic! This is abysmal! I will never use this subway again!!

I can't praise this subway enough. I work on a care home nearby and Graeme is very generous and supportive. Little is written of how businesses like this one help the local community, and its very much appreciated.

Asked for toasted it w as. Cold and for what I paid there was hardly any tuna on it it was just like a salad sandwich very disappointing

I am not quite sure what happened but I was sent a subway with literally just lettuce and olives nothing else, nachos were missing and the rest of the food was cold ☹️ I apreaciate you guys are busy but I spent £16 and this is not really acceptable. You couldve just cancelled my ordered. What do i do now?

Disappointed... rare treat for hubby.. when he opened the packaging it was on the wrong bread .. also my meatball marinara was tasteless as there was no sauce on the bread... all a bit too rushed serving us I think even though we we the only customers at that time.. wont be going to that Subway again.

Lovely staff, gorgeous food! Just wish you delivered to knutsford as we have a hotel there and constantly give out menus. We could also look at buffet platters for functions xxx

Really quick delivery- foods was warm. Only problem was, I ordered one vegan cookie for my son who’s dairy intolerant and one normal cookie (both same flavour) and they didn’t label which one was which.

Sandwiches were both really nice but both chips were cold and the drinks were room temperature.

Only one set of cookies which with children is very disappointing as they not haven't got enough.

Food was freezing cold when it arrived, bread wasn’t what I chose and hardly any of the ingredients I asked for.

I have reviewed today as often many only review when it's negative. We stopped by today for lunch at Lostock, Northwich, and had great service by very friendly staff. Delicious 6" subs, the turkey and ham with salad and extra gherkin I highly recommend. Ate in and happy to say its a nice clean shop. Well done Lostock.

Staff need training on how to talk to customers and how to cut a sandwich in half tryed sell me tiny 5” butty then when I said that’s not half or 6” they told me I was wrong made me walk to van to get a tape to prove myself right! All staff got a face on them there too use subway a few times a week and never been to such a bad one….. Wasn’t just me other in there annoyed about the size too

Unobtainable customer service. The wrong item was delivered and just eat are impossible to phone so I've sent an email - this doesn't imply I'm going to get fed any time soon. The wrong number for the restaurant is on the website so after tracking down the right one I called and they said they couldn't send the correct food - I have to go through just eat - who I cannot contact! I might have a curry...

We weren’t bothered about waiting for the food, I understand that sometimes it takes a while, but I don’t expect it to arrive stone cold and wet soggy bread.

The food took an hour and 15 mins, my sandwich was toasted and it felt like it was fresh out of a fridge and the sauce was all over the bread and soaked
