Amazing shopping experience! Something for everyone and free parking all over! Plenty of signage and a helpful visitor centre too. Would recommend! A bit of a queue to get into the multi storey car park but not uncomfortabley long, and one of the best multi storeys I've been to in terms of size of spaces etc. Also felt alot safer than ones around my local area, which I think showed with some very expensive cars also parking there!

This is a very popular shopping area and best to get here early for parking. Despite it having plenty of car parking spaces, we saw drivers struggling to find a space around lunchtime. There are some good discounts to be found in some shops but if you want the brand names this is a place to find them. If you are hungry on your visit, you will find plenty of choices but consult the online directory as they spread around if you are looking for something specific.

Cheshire Oaks, WHY ???? There are not many things to make me recommend cathedrals of shopping, the crowds, the lack of staff, the lack of sizes, the incessant music, the catering, the dogs all conspire to deter me. However Cheshire Oaks is mostly exposed to fresh air and sunlight, that helps, the multi storey car park is mostly quiet, and the opening hours allow late night shoppings when most people have gone. There are also a lot of outlet stores here. All these things make it slightly less repulsive. Enjoy.

I had an incredible time at Cheshire Oaks during my UK trip.it was really a shopper's paradise. I spent the entire day at the gigantic outlet, which is well designed with open-air promenades, trendy storefronts, and a peaceful, inviting ambiance. I shopped a lot from some of my favorite international brands such as Nike, Adidas, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Coach. The discounts were incredible, and it was wonderful to grab luxury products at such affordable prices. From designer handbags and perfumes to sports wear and everyday essentials, the store had it all under one roof, and I ended up with more bags than I'd intended. One of the biggest delights of my visit was the Sky Trolley Ride a serene, scenic tour that provides a bird's-eye perspective of the entire outlet. It was so much fun and soothing to be able to get out of shopping and just sit and enjoy the views. The kids loved it as well. Talking of children, the children's play zone at Cheshire Oaks was brilliant. It was well-designed, clean, and safe, providing a place where little ones could play while their parents relaxed or took turns to shop around local stores. It truly made the day worthwhile for the entire family. There were also ample dining facilities, ranging from known favorites such as Wagamama and Pizza Express to coffee houses such as Starbucks and Costa. We had lunch at one of the food courts and later indulged in some Krispy Kreme doughnuts as a dessert. Parking was also free and not difficult to come by, and all was extremely accessible even with a pram. The staff in the shops were friendly and helpful, and the entire outlet seemed well-planned and visitor-oriented.

The manager was yelling at staff, talking down to them, and acting aggressively. It was honestly hard to watch, she treated the staff like they were nothing. In this day and age that kind of inhumane behavior is completely unacceptable. Someone like that shouldn’t be in a position of power. The whole place felt tense and hostile because of it i feel sorry for the staff and the manager needs sorting out
