Great shopping experience. Guest services area was welcoming comfortable and there was a quiet/prayer room.

Tuesday 3rd December 11am car parking was not too bad but there were limited spaces, you had to drive up and down a little. Shops were not too busy got a few late Christmas presents, and treated the wife.

Loads of shops with loads of parking. Some great deals to be had. The facilities such as walkways and toilet are mostly clean and the site is accessible to prams, wheelchair users and its dog friendly.

Brilliant parking, adjacent to shops. Get there early, though. This time of year fills up by 11.30 am. Every designer outlet you could wish for. Prices, I'm not sure about it? It's still expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great place to shop, fantastic prices too. £3 for a small bottle of coke from the Xmas market was naughty though. Father Xmas might not come to see them now. Maybe he will think that they have enough. My advice is avoid the naughty Xmas market stalls and save your money for the bargains

Black Friday weekend is horrendous!!! Over an hour to get on to the car park and find a space. Queue for most stores and not much room to walk any faster than a snails pace. Would recommend arriving after 6, but still busy then too.

Great place lots of shops and parking. Much better than crappy manchester Christmas markets As for folk moaning about fish n chips or damaged hairdo that's for the individual store not the complex.

Local to this area and Christmas time, it's hectic. The traffic can readily back up onto the M53. Parking at this time is appalling with cars parked randomly on non parking areas, even cars that do not have disabled blue badges will park in designated disabled bays, security do not ticket these people as the owners of Arthur Glen prefer that the customers trip is not ruined in anyway, outside Clarkes, at least 8 cars had no blue badges. The place is clean and tidy even with heavy footfall and has more of a Christmas presence than many town centres, a huge Christmas tree, reindeer, a crowned red telephone box, and other decorations throughout the place. The eateries are dotted all over the place like Mowglis, Ed Diner, McDonald's, Pizza Express and Harry Ramsden, but more places are available in the Coliseum adjacent to Cheshire Oaks, like Nandos, Frankie and Bennies, Los Iguanas and Prezzos, Pizza Hut, with a new McDonald's opening late December 2024. The shops are varied from designer clothes like Armani to Haribo sweets, to pans from Tefal and various teas/ coffee from whittard who provide several samples, and some bargains can be had but actually are few and far between. Good for a family shopping day out. This Arthur Mglen is not the best for designer goods, that's more Bicester Village near Oxford.

Gets busy best to arrive early to get a parking space especially around christmas time plenty of shops and a good range love how festive it gets and to go inside the tree and see how beautiful it is inside and out and the festive bar is cosy and decorated lovely even had a Christmas movie playing upstairs

Great place huge amount of shops all set out and clean. Lots of food and coffee shops some temporary population shops aswell. It was fun this week I got the last parking space outside but it said they had some more in the multistory. Usual names Boss, Armani , M&S, plus lots of others. Great place to shop but Christmas is busy everyone knows about this place!

This place is great if you are into big names. The shops seem to sell much of the same. I am not a great lover of shopping, so it might just be me.

The parking is so bad. Not enough spaces considering how many people come here. You can spend an hour just trying to park.

It's full of rude people buying last year's stuff very overpriced and also lots of dogs 🐕 and Chinese people Asian people with very expensive cars saw a woman coming out of parking space back in to another car 🚗 opposite to where she was parked very funny 🤣 overall it's naff 🤣

Great prices but very busy. Be prepared to que for parking. Also big que to get out. All I all it was around 30 minutes to get a parking slot and 10-15 minutes to get out. Our visits were midday Sunday so probably worst possible day & time to go.

Awesome place for great deals and a nice walk around some interesting stores and an actual "designer" outlet if that's your thing. It's not mine but still nice especially as a couple! Little Christmas Market with tree and wheel too

This place is fantastic! Make sure to bring plenty of money, as they have great deals and special offers. I usually spend a few hours there and enjoy some food as well. Well where shall I start today pal? I've visited all the different mcarthur glen outlets in this country and this one is by far the best out the lot. The Christmas sales and black friday offers are all well under way and some of the units had some cracking offers on today with an extra 30% and 50% off the already reduced outlet prices! The place was absolutely rammed and we mingled with the many mancunians, liverpudlians, evertonians and chesireites browsing the rackings! Hats off to the Haribo shop, a girl on the door giving sweets out enticed me in just for a freebie 🤪 The Nike store was absolutely mental so busy and hats off to adidas who were making people queue to get in and once inside it was a much more pleasurable browse as it wasn't so busy massive kudos. The car park at the end took us 15 mins to get out and believe me pal earlier in the day it was proper road rage city so we did well there. Storm bertie was a bit of a disappointment today, just lots of rain, was hoping for the windy pops to go with it but hey ho it is what it is sunshine 🌞 Word of the day today "shackett" 😉 Get yer sens down cheshire oaks for Xmas pal absolutely banging and save a few pennies for the coffers!

Cheshire Oaks is among the best Designer Outlets in the UK. Great place to shop at Christmas, shopping after 6pm when possible recommended, car parks get completely full at this time of year.

Love this place parking can be a bit difficult if you have a child especially on the weekends worth a visit

Always enjoy a Christmas wander around, got there early so plenty of parking spaces, but when we left there were long queues. Great that majority of the shops are along the covered walkway so you don't get wet

Better than Bicester. Easier access and exit. Better range of shops. Better range of food. WiFi is totally abysmal. Tried to retrieve an online voucher but couldn't due to bad reception in the area and useless free WiFi. Ended up not buying.

Huge outlet, lots of shops, something for everyone. Parking is plentiful but confusing to find. Food and drink outlets were few and far between. Its not the best layout

Good places to eat. A few deals in the shops to be had if your timing for sales is right. Parking can be tight on weekends. Be ever so weary of dog pooh. It is absolutely everywhere. Don't see why people got to take dogs to such a busy place. Unless they are guide and disability assistance dogs by all means

Had a great day out at Cheshire oaks while staying in Chester for the night. Busy with Christmas shopping but still enjoyable. Market stalls, restaurants and always friendly staff while shopping.

Substantial shopping experience. Not so much in the way of high-end outlets like Bicester Village. However, it is on a much larger scale and also offers significant dining options, which Bicester Village lacks.

Clean & tidy, reasonable prices on a lot of the goods.

Loads of shops and parking and dead easy to travel to off the motorway. Gets a bit busy though.

Parking can be a bit of a nightmare so we always park in the multistory. Free parking so that's a bonus! Plenty of shops, including things like the works, etc so not all just branded. We always pop into hotel Chocolat for their hot chocolate as we have a look round. Have a play area and crazy golf too along with some lovely vendors selling street food! Can hire a car/trolley for toddlers too if you don't want to take a push chair but still need free hands!

I go often to find designer items at bargain prices at cheshire oaks. Often it is hard not to buy extra things because of great deals floating about. They have also improved food options over the years. There is a lot of ground to cover and 10000 steps can easily be achieved by a tenacious shopper. Lots of play area for children as well and clean toilets on all my visits.

I really enjoy visiting Cheshire Oaks, it was nice to go midday and have a relaxed shopping experience rather than a weekend. It is fab for food and now they have the Christmas decorations up it is gorgeous 🤩 Definitely worth seeing and if you have kids, the blue planet aquarium is minutes away and they are a play area for them on site behind where the Big Wheel and Christmas Tree is - pizza express, Mowgli and Harry Ramsdens on site for different food options.

Brilliant place. Clean in all the shops spotless outside the whole of the outlet. Every shop we went in so friendly and helpful. Excellent throughout our visit.

Very popular place and most importantly THEY ARE DOG FRIENDLY, so it's my favourite place.

Lots of great shops. Often extremely busy. New toilet block is an improvement on the facilities. Plenty of parking available.

Not as good as it used to be, hard to find a real bargain. Shame about the small minority who can ruin it with rudeness and general bad hygiene. Good to go late evening, much quieter.
