Great but it’s a lot of walking if you have mobility needs

Very good but long slog but worth it some good bargains to to had.

Massive variety of shops. Everything all in one place and well signposted so easy to navigate.

Fabulous parking but try and remember where you actually parked cos its vast So. Many. Shops! Not the most hugest discounts on a lot of stuff but the Vans shop is very good Couple of nice coffee shops and the Christmas markets were good Probably tops the Trafford Centre for me tbh for the variety of shops

Good branded shops but did not feel like much offers on a Boxing Day.

Only good thing about this place is the pancake stall and the freshly baked sugar donut stall. All the restaurants are rubbish. Security make you wait to get into some shops that aren't even packed.

If you can’t find what you need here, you must not really need it. So many shops with prices heavily discounted. We live an hr away from the centre but it is well worth a visit if in the market for some designer gear or even a new suitcase! Great food options too!

Plenty of shops and definitely improved however it was disgusting seeing how many dogs were allowed inside the shops, also the amount of dog shit everywhere, it was horrible. Owners didn't give any consideration where their dogs take a shit or urinate on the side of the benches. One lady allowed her dog to take a dump right in the middle of the path where people were walking. Seems like she takes a shit in public too given her attitude. The management really need to put a restriction on dogs or at least have designated areas where they can urinate and crap.

Good variety of shops, with great offers

Amazingly convenient place to spend money & precious time with family & friends. Outlet designers' shopping is easy from the main town. You can chitchat & eating while shopping. In many areas you can find food, snacks, drinks, or proper food to sit in peace. For me a better place ❤️❤️

Lots of shops and plenty of parking

Try for a good weather day if possible. Most of the walkways are covered but the wind can be bad.

Best place for clothes and trainers no queuing up to get in to shops

Brilliant place, loads of shops and places to eat ,big problem is parking due to it's popularity car parks are full or showing spaces where there aren't any . Getting out is tedious, as there are queues, but all said and done we enjoy going there !!!!.

Went on 30th Dec. Very busy. We had all day so nice to take our time. Very busy. Roads Very busy getting in and out. Staff did an amazing job with traffic. Sales not the greatest.

Today, Cheshire Oaks will be a lot busier than usual.

Plenty to choose from,but over the years prices have become higher and higher.i maybe missing the point but it's an outlet village.

After numerous visits over the years, I've decided that the thing that makes this place what it is is the people who work there and those who visit it. I'm giving a shout out to Reiss, French Connection, Crewe Clothing, Boss & Gant amongst others for their staff and their welcoming and helpful attitude. They work hard and help as much as they can and them some. Shout out as well to the marshalls over Christmas for trying to make the traffic flow as manageable as possible. And now the customers. Tell me why, please, you hold up traffic in the multi story car park by waiting in hope that someone putting shopping in their boot is going to move off thus causing traffic jams, rather than just driving up to the floors that the boards outside told you had plenty of spaces available? Tell me why do you feel the need to ravage clothes from the hangers on racks and fling them back wherever the hell you feel like,making the job of staff much harder and making it more difficult for other customers? And - as a dog lover myself - why, why, why the f*** have you bought your dog with you? Is it paying or giving you fashion advice? Cheshire Oaks is quite decent with good bargains to be had, but frankly it's ruined by the people who visit it.

It was ok. No real bargains compared to high street and online shopping. Lovely day out though not worth the shppping experience.

High-quality retail therapy with lots of eateries. Can get really busy, not able to walk in a straight line busy. Wife and daughter love this place and it's not a bad venue to wait outside shop doors. There's a Five Guys so at least dad gets a decent burger.

Excellent place for shopping and family time out..

Very good selection of shops, and it also had a few Christmas Market food stalls still around. We parked in the sainsbury which has a 3 hour free parking. Definitely will come again.

Absolute nightmare waaaaaay to many people, having to queue up to get into the shops completely overwhelmed I personally found it too stressful and it wasn’t even that cheap I’ll never again go there

The quality of shops has gone down hill… this used to full of designer shops as a true designer outlet should be.. but increasing number of tat pop shops and poor high street shops …

Love Cheshire Oaks but it’s very hit and miss as to whether you have a positive experience. Parking is generally ok but the queues generally are a bit of a battle especially after Christmas. Love this place for great quality items at discounted prices and look forward to my trip every single year

Tuesday 3rd December 11am car parking was not too bad but there were limited spaces, you had to drive up and down a little. Shops were not too busy got a few late Christmas presents, and treated the wife.

Not too busy today 37th Dec., considering the sales were on. I was very surprised by the rise in prices of all items in general. The whole Outlet centre is by name supposed to sell cheaper goods as left from last season or slightly seconds. However, I found a many online prices for same brands and/or similar items that were identical. Better and more recent choices available online, at same I utlets prices! Definitely not as good as it was before. I’ll do my shopping online from now on, without the hassle of the queuing and the clueless staff. ☹️

Great place to shop and eat. Be mindful where you are walking especially when it's busy. My son stepped on dog poo during the Christmas rush. Hard to avoid it when it's wall to wall people.

Cheshire Oaks outside Ellesmere Port is a substantial factory outlet retail park which is among the largest of its kind in Britain. Featuring global retail brands the shopping centre lures trade from conventional High Street centres like Chester. Prices are great but never rely on a full range of goods to be available. Stores sell seconds, which are invariably great quality, but what a store has one day isn't always there the next. Parking can be a headache but that seems to be a given at any shopping centre of this kind.

Shopping is OK but parking can be a nightmare… example ..Boxing Day Sale Madness ..over an hour to get off the M53 into the car parks .. then nowhere to park ! Advice ..stay away on bank holidays ..sale days !

Great shopping village with brands from everywhere but they are outlets so be aware of expectations. Some stores employ staff with no etiquette so prepare for disappointment as well

Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is by far one of the best places to shop for brand labels and designer discounts. For me I always come over from here with several bags full of bargains. It's easy to get to and plenty of parking a great range of places to eat and is always do in in a circular fashion so easy to navigate.

This feels like a scam. I visited expecting some exciting Boxing Day sales, but none of the outlets had any offers. The same brands had much bigger discounts online. Many people spent hours stuck on the motorway for nothing. Truly disappointing.

It's okay. It's big, lots of places to park, although remember where you did park because its easy to get lost in the carpark. Not very wheelchair friendly had to take steps to enter the area, may have been other ways to get I didn't notice. Quite a few toilets which have doors to the ground which I was really impressed with. No1 can hear you pee! Haha. Clean environment. Lots of shops. Not as many food places as expected.

Not as cheap as it used to be however when shopping in the levi's store I found the shop assistant in there extremely helpful

Wonderful place for shopping your fav brands, christmas vibes are fabulous,prices were increased at christmas time though,i geuss it's better to visit here not at the holidays,food is amazing almost everywhere,i had some tacos from this trailer kind of street food which was absolutely delicious,james was the gentleman who served us and he was the only one who guessed it right where I'm originally from in the past 6 years lol ! Loads of fun for families aswell .

Mad busy parking is a nightmare some bargains to be had

A wonderful array of shops, perfect for young children with a free large play area. The parking can be iffy especially when busy. Sometimes you will have to park a little bit away from the main action and have to walk to the shop. Other than that, the parking is good. There is rarely any height restriction on any of the car parks. The Christmas market is also amazing, the food is excellent and the wooden huts add a lot to the festive feelings. The

Loads of shops with loads of parking. Some great deals to be had. The facilities such as walkways and toilet are mostly clean and the site is accessible to prams, wheelchair users and its dog friendly.

Brilliant parking, adjacent to shops. Get there early, though. This time of year fills up by 11.30 am. Every designer outlet you could wish for. Prices, I'm not sure about it? It's still expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Dont be fooled the prices are not reduced.

Great place to shop, fantastic prices too. £3 for a small bottle of coke from the Xmas market was naughty though. Father Xmas might not come to see them now. Maybe he will think that they have enough. My advice is avoid the naughty Xmas market stalls and save your money for the bargains

Local to this area and Christmas time, it's hectic. The traffic can readily back up onto the M53. Parking at this time is appalling with cars parked randomly on non parking areas, even cars that do not have disabled blue badges will park in designated disabled bays, security do not ticket these people as the owners of Arthur Glen prefer that the customers trip is not ruined in anyway, outside Clarkes, at least 8 cars had no blue badges. The place is clean and tidy even with heavy footfall and has more of a Christmas presence than many town centres, a huge Christmas tree, reindeer, a crowned red telephone box, and other decorations throughout the place. The eateries are dotted all over the place like Mowglis, Ed Diner, McDonald's, Pizza Express and Harry Ramsden, but more places are available in the Coliseum adjacent to Cheshire Oaks, like Nandos, Frankie and Bennies, Los Iguanas and Prezzos, Pizza Hut, with a new McDonald's opening late December 2024. The shops are varied from designer clothes like Armani to Haribo sweets, to pans from Tefal and various teas/ coffee from whittard who provide several samples, and some bargains can be had but actually are few and far between. Good for a family shopping day out. This Arthur Mglen is not the best for designer goods, that's more Bicester Village near Oxford.

Great place lots of shops and parking. Much better than crappy manchester Christmas markets As for folk moaning about fish n chips or damaged hairdo that's for the individual store not the complex.

Black Friday weekend is horrendous!!! Over an hour to get on to the car park and find a space. Queue for most stores and not much room to walk any faster than a snails pace. Would recommend arriving after 6, but still busy then too.

Gets busy best to arrive early to get a parking space especially around christmas time plenty of shops and a good range love how festive it gets and to go inside the tree and see how beautiful it is inside and out and the festive bar is cosy and decorated lovely even had a Christmas movie playing upstairs
