Can I say that the customer service was excellent at 5 guys today. Marshall went the extra mile to explain the menu to me, he made my food perfectly. Top guy, Also the food tasted delish.

Great place for burgers and you get unlimited refills for drinks

Very good burgers, good helping of chips and refillable normal drinks. Just shame about the prices, about 40 for 2 burgers, a chips to share and 2 drinks

I would rate this a 0 if I could 2 burgers and 2 cokes £30 burgers were terable, soggy buns burnt, and possibly the worst i have tasted went in the bin.

We came here today during half term with our kids. We as adults wanted specific orders with no bread & the kids who have autism wanted specific burgers making up also. The children who were desperate for drinks from trampolining were given cups immediately before we ordered & the staff went above & beyond to accommodate us. Usually eating out is stressful & overwhelming but we really can't praise this restaurant enough. I am sat right now as I type this, watching the staff work in perfect sync & efficiently & the biggest thing that stands out is that they seem upbeat & happy - & it's infectious! Great job 👏🏼

Always quick service no matter how busy. All staff always pleasant and helpful, treat everyone as if they are only customer. Food always yummy and properly prepared. Order, dining, and loo areas clean.

Five Guys has the best Milkshakes hands down, and the Cajun Fries are unbeatable - but have to shout out the excellent customer service we received from Liam S. today. They went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful - well worth five stars!

So used to the consistent quality of Five Guys, always felt like they were good value for what you got. Today we were left disappointed. The bun seems to have changed, they felt stale, cheap and lackluster. Also, the syrup on both drinks machines felt dialled back to squeeze every ounce of profit out of the machine, which feels ridiculous as it's now £4.25 for a post mix drink. Couldn't fault the service, just hope this isn't the new standard these guys are setting.

Payed a visit to 5 guys cheshire oakes today best hot dog in town and a cracking milkshake, the young lady and gentleman working there were great and freindly and a credit to the five guys brand.

Just went there after a movie, and I have Five Guys before, but man, it was nice! Plus the huge amount of extra fries, even more than usually for Five guys, and anyone who goes there knows they usually add some extra fires and generous, but this I felt was extra nice. hope the staff dont get into trouble for this review. Because it the main reason Im doing it! Thanks for a lovely meal!

My experience was bad, me and my husband had just finished chewing on each other's sosig in the bathroom and we were hungry, we couldn't carry on with an empty stomach so we decided to get a morning peanut butter milkshake and it was rotten, reminded me of my ex's cooking, tasted like mill doo, so i ate the cashier's sosig because he was so naughty!!!! 1 STARRR!!!!!!

1st time trying five guys, and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a small burger and a hotdog they were both delicious 😋 with a wide range of toppings to choose from. Not cheap but excellent quality 👌

The burger and Cajun chips were excellent. The chips portion was surprisingly generous for a small size. The burger quality stood out compared to other fast food options. Although it was our first time going and we didn't understand the ordering process of selecting toppings so didn't take full advantage of this. Service was fast and efficient

Very very disappointing. When you sit in this establishment waiting for your burger to be ready, you look around the walls and read all the posters claiming their burgers are the world's best and then......What a disappointment. What you get is no better than a burger from a roadside burger van. The burgers are greasy and wrapped up in tin foil. The chips overflow the drinks cup they are served in and are literally thrown into the paper bag all over the burgers. You have to pull the chips out by the handful just to get to the burgers. Very overpriced for mediocre burgers, the drinks that you fill up yourself may be refillable but are only just about fizzy. We all chose different flavours of coke, but strangely, they all tasted the same. I can honestly say that 'Rustler' pre-made burgers in the fridge at supermarkets taste better for less than £1.50. Eat here if you like, but do not expect World Class burgers!

Went today lunchtime just before 2 pm and was served by Ewan m I was so impressed by his customer service skills nothing too much trouble very nice experience glad I chose to eat there with staff like Ewan m it makes going out to eat a pleasure thank you Ewan and thank you five guys for emptying a chap who does your company proud pat on the back

Best Five Guys I've been too (loads better than the Chester city centre one). Super clean, always get the order right, staff are friendly. Burgers are excellent.

We travel a long way for these burgers.

Be careful if you go in a big group. 9 of us and burgers were not numbered, orders wrong, missing extras. Good food but wasn't what I ordered.

Brilliant burgers, loads of flavours for refill drinks, and quick and polite service. It's a little expensive, but its quality food and the fries are amazing. Clean tables and toilets whenever we have visited.

We visited Five Guys for the first time on Thursday just after it opened. The service I received was excellent and the store was clean and tidy. Two burgers, fries, bistoff milkshake and a soft drink yes it was £35 but well worth it. Food was beautiful, hot, and plenty of fries and the milkshake was amazing 30 mins later it was still thick and creamy. If I came across Five Guys with the other two leading burger chains I would pay the extra and walk into five guys. Thank you for such excellent service customer I went in just before a massive order was placed and watching was brilliant. See you again.

Over-rated and over-priced. Definitely not value for money. There were no customers, no soft music, no atmosphere whatsoever. Cold and unalluring. Don't waste your hard-earned cash!

Not sure what some folks griping about. Burgers, fries and shakes all epic. Yes, could be slightly cheaper but great quality stuff cooked well. Also the server was a sweet kid.

Our cashier, Liam S was very friendly and welcoming and made the experience much more pleasant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for what we got.

This place is addictive!! The food is so good and fresh. The staff are brilliant at making stuff to order and nothing is too much trouble. We just keep coming back!

Staff are lovely.... HOWEVER (No I'm comparing to Chester City center which is great) Chips and shakes where good but burger let down by soggy, doughy bun (not toasted) All the tables where filthy, food is served in takeaway bags even if you're eating in. The interior is dull, echoey, dirty and bare and has the feel of a city center kebab shop. If you want 5 guys experience go to the one in Chester City centre as the Cheshire oaks branch actually worse than Bking or MaccyDs. Definitely over priced for the pleasure of having to clean my table and cheap buns.

The Food was cold and burger was too pink in the middle as well as the buns were not toasted at all or warm. Tables were full of crumbs and no one was cleaning them up. I cleaned our table up for them

Tables were dirty had to clean one ourselves.The burgers were cold and dry and the chips were not nice just salty.Will not be coming back regretting spending my money there.

Burger bun was cold. Patty was dry. Some fries were close to being burnt. Potatoes weren't fully peeled for the fries. The 2 servers had an extremely bad attitude, as someone who works in retail it doesn't hurt to crack a smile at customers even if you aren't enjoying your job. Also why does nobody direct you to a table? You have to walk up and down like a headless chicken to look for a table yourself. Place was also really dirty. What are the staff getting paid for exactly? Cooking terrible food? It's like the whole place just needs to be shut down so they can give correct training to staff. I've been to many fast food restaurants in the world and this is by far one of my top worst places. Don't waste your time and money.

Attended Thurs 15th Aug with family and was pretty shocked as this was the dirtiest five guys we have unfortunately come across.. Food and debris/food wrappers under almost every table, tables weren't cleared whilst we were there for 45 mins even though the restaurant was very quiet with roughly 4 staff at the back. My 9 year year old didn't even want to stay, such a shame as as a whole we do like five guys, just won't be visting this particular location again.

On a rare kid free date night with my better half and we popped in for some fries before a midnight flick and we were given the best service from Elliot and Marshall, they were a total credit to Five Guys and we would be back just because of them! Thank you lads

Came with my family today for the first time. Never been before. Was quite busy for a Sunday afternoon. Food was delicious nice and hot and fresh. The guy taking the order was bery helpful explaining the burgers come plane and you pick your free topping. Enjoyable first experience.

Great service and great food. The lads on shift at 8:30, July 21st should be commended, they were very kind and helpful. Will be returning!

Nice change to have a meal with reasonable portions and amazing burgers with free extras on your chosen burger, chips with the skin on are out of this world plus free refills on your chosen drink, with plenty of free parking, welcome stop.

Pricey to say the least ( £20 for a burger, fries & milkshake ) BUT it really is nice 🙂 ultimately if you want quality you have to pay for it!

Went with grandchildren. 3 milkshakes nearly £18. Noisy environment as wooden tables clattering on tiled floor. Didn't have any food but it is served in a bag with burgers served in what looks like tin foil. I just don't get it as it reminds me of a 1960/70s works canteen. Clean but basic but very very expensive for an experience like MacDonalds. Can't see it being there long

If you frequent any Five Guys then this as per the norm and how it should be, despite the pricey part, burger are always well cooked, seasoned etc.. with the large selection of toppings available, always a tasty burger served hot, personally I'm not a lover of the chips and tend to order the Cajun spicing to improve them but that down to the individual. Staff here are more than pleasant, personable and professional...can't ask for anything more. Only small criticism when there busy they don't alway have time to wipe down the tables, last time I visited a member of staff (I think the manager) saw me wiping it prior to eating, ran over apologised and offered to do it...again fair enough you can't ask for more effort.

John behind the counter who was married to Kylie Minogue and won britains got talent (he should’ve done) made our burger experience memorable for all the right reasons. First time in 5 Guys deffo coming back. Possibly the best burger I’ve had. Really good counter team here, great product. Well done.

Great food, quick service. Staff were lovely, a mistake was made on my receipt which I didn’t even notice but the staff member came over to me to correct it. Good atmosphere, clean bathrooms which are private which was a nice touch. Always had a good experience here but today they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. My first ever visit to five guys Loads of parking Well light and nice location Clean and tidy I side and out The food was great very surprised, fries just lovely, burger proper yummy. Refill soft drinks. Cherry Dr pepper omg Prices slightly high for a burger. Staff just great spot on Only down side. NO DESERTS But phesibly could not eat it anyways

More of a religious experience than a meal. Yes, it's expensive for what it is but it's genuinely one of the best burgers in existence. Tip: Save a couple of quid by only ordering little fries as they scoop in extra anyway

Revised review😀, I can't remember anywhere I had better service in the past and have only ever been to the main stream outlets but the Five Guys taste is worth the money, staff are also super polite and helpful as well, better atmosphere , like a real diner. Won't be going to any other run of the mcmill outlets again 🤫

Last wife and went was the 'old' location in the Coliseum before Covid and was not impressed. Staff uninterested and place dingy and greasy. This new location brighter, staff more energetic and food pretty much on par to US as we lived there for 12yrs.

Visited five guys for lunch & it did not disappoint. The staff are really helpful & friendly, food tasted amazing. It is quite pricey though, it cost us around £49 for 1x plain hotdog, 3x little cheese burgers, 1 lx fries, 1x milkshake & 2x refil drinks. Not somewhere you would go all the time but great for a treat.

Service was nice, food was very mediocre at best.. never been to five guys so didn’t know what to expect but for the price I definitely expected better than the sloppy mess I was served. Would like to note that the guy on the grill was not wearing a hair net on his beard which I found disgusting and I think it’s a serious health and safety issue.

After shopping went to have something quick to eat at 5 Guys. Service was very good and thought we were going to have some good burgers like we have at the 5 Guys restaurant in Trafford Centre so the same as the burger patties had a very funny smell like meat that was definitely off. Did not complain as quiet full or speak to staff as did not want everyone to hear so threw the burgers away. Never again will we go there to eat. Wasted a bit of money.

Ive seen cleaner toilets at festivals. This five guys has 4 gender neutral toilets which have basically just been turned into 4 male toilets. Piss everywhere and they absolutely stink. Five guys clearly don't care about fundamental rights for all women and girls.

The food as always was lovely but then tried the pistachio milkshake and it’s amazing . The staff are so polite and efficient as well .

Visited Five Guys for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint, but it wasn’t just the food that made it stand out it was the 2 female staff members who excelled in both their job and customer service nothing was to much trouble. We left after eating with my 30month old grandson feeling he a made new friends because they ensured he was also a valued customer. many thanks and i’m sure we will be back

Very small portion of fries for £5.50, barely filled the cup. Other than that, everything else was very nice.

Had some tea after heading home from Manchester airport. Love the food as always. Particularly impressed with how friendly and polite the staff were. It was so refreshing to see happy staff! It was expensive, in fact very expensive, but the burger and it's choice of toppings was tasty. It was similar to the home made burgers my wife makes. Better than a McDonald's, because it's a bigger burger and the fries were made with local potatoes. The American accents were a bit far fetched, with the under current of Scouse. There was a wide choice of soft drinks and you could refill your cup as many times as you wanted. Lots of kids there, under 10's, which I don't think would appreciate the expensive concept. Just carry on taking them to McDonald's, unless you are like many of the posing people that go there. Treat yourself once in a while when you have saved up enough to go.

Five guys had always been popular to our family, we like the fries and the burger selection s and of course the shakes. Cheshire oaks outlet was great without being too busy

It's absolutely awful, totally tasteless, and massively overpriced. My advice is to avoid this eatery at all cost.

Best burger place ever hands down prefect burgers, excellent customer service, plenty of fries with your order as well you get a cup full and half a bag full so yeah plenty unlike some places we have been. Also all burgers come with 2pattys and the milkshakes are amazing, I recommend this place to any1 and every1. You won't be disappointed the price might get ya but when your eating it you'll understand

Huge disappointment, I'm not 1 to complain but there was a nasty long hair in my cheeseburger, I nearly threw up, I couldn't finish my fries or shake because of this, they refunded the £10 cheeseburger. Absolutely shocking, I will not be eating in this establishment ever again. Extremely disappointing experience.

A long wait for poor quality food, none of which looked like the description on the menu. I had the veggie sandwich and there was probably more taste in the tin foil wrapper which had nicely steamed to a soggy mess any vegetables that were inside the sandwich, (which by the way is a bun not a sandwich). At £4.95 it was totally overpriced and no amount of mayonnaise could have saved it; which was lucky as the mayonnaise machine had run out anyway. Chips were just thrown in the bag as well. Also what is with the ‘we dont sell coffee!’ we paid £20 for a burger reg fries and a bun filled with mush. Criminal. I don’t think Mac Donald’s are going to be worried about this restaurant opening. Good luck to anyone else eating,there I won’t ever be going again.

Food was nice enough. But for an expensive burger, eating in was no great pleasure. Loud, glaring lights and a bit drafty!

I enjoyed my beef hot dog but husband wasn't to happy it came with gherkins he didn't ask for (I was happy because I got to eat them) he said the burger was the tainted and sulked. He did however still eat it and not complain to get another 🤦

Great food, the only downside : staff shouting when orders are ready.
